14 kettlebell swings, 14 burpees
13 kettlebell swings, 13 burpees
2 kettlebell swings, 2 burpees
1 kettlebell swing, 1 burpee
This will kick your heart rate up like crazy, engage your core muscles, and melt off fat in the quickest time possible. Try to take no more than 15 sec of rest between each set.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, use a heavy dumbbell or swing a small rice bag with sturdy handles.
