  1. I made these this morning but only used 3 eggs and 2 bananas (for 2 people). I thought the consistency was fine without adding in the 4th egg. They tasted great and I’ll definitely be making them again soon!

  2. These sound amazing! But i’m a vegan, so i’ll have to find someway to veganize them! :)
P.S. Love all of your videos but I was hoping you could make some more printables? My laptop is staring to die on me :( and the only other computer is in the living room where my family always is, so printables would be helpful! :D
    Thanks Cassey!

  3. Delicious! I made mine this morning with cinnamon and topped with peanut butter!

  4. can’t wait for the cardio dance video!! :)

  5. I made these for brekkie today, tasted lovely but I had issues trying to get these to flip they just kept falling apart. Great taste not very pleasing on the eye. No where near what you picture looks like. What did I do wrong? :o(

  6. Ok, I didn’t really believe that those pancakes would taste good – but omg I just made them and they are yummy! I used just 1 egg and 1 banana, got 4 small pancakes out of it. Sprinkled it with cinnamon and a tiny bit of sugar. This will be my new treat whenever I’m craving something sweet. ;) Thanks Cassey!

  7. I know you need to whole egg for the recipe to turn out right but i made it anyway with egg whites (its all i had and i really wanted pancakes) so i made it and added a little flaxseed and it was like a banana omelet…NOT COMPLAINING because it was delicious :) as weird as it sounds. i topped with just a teeny bit of natural peanut butter and some sliced strawberries. totally adding this to my meal plan, thanks!!!!

  8. Just made these and added in some slivered almonds and raisins. OMG. Amazing way to start the day.

  9. This is just amazing! I tried them 30 minutes ago and the pancakes were soooo yummy!
I also served strawberries with them!
Thank you so much for this simple, yet delicious recipe!

  10. Made them this morning, with a little bit of quark (in my country it’s called “kesella” and it’s really high in protein and in the same texture as greek yoghurt so it’s easy to mix). They where SO yummy that they’re now the official saturday breakfast at my house. Mom loved them too! Thanks Cassey! :)

  11. As youtube artist I suggest Alex Day. He’s a Londoner and a big part of his music is pretty upbeat also he says everybody can use it in their videos. Here’s a link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7q1bHK8te0

  12. I did the pancakes today , I love them :) when frying them they smell soo nice. but i was wondering if i should just eat them alone with out any FIBER …bread?

  13. Just tried them and they are sooo yummy!
I never had a problem motivating myself to do pilates because it’s fun – but eating clean is so hard for me… I just LOVE burgers and chocolate and soul food…
Delicious AND healthy recipes like this make it so much easier for me to stick to my diet, so thank you so much for sharing them with us, Cassey!

  14. Well I tried to do them this morning.. but well, it turned into a disaster.. I couldn’t flip them(I think because they’re flourless) and it turned out really ugly.. Though, they weren’t that bad – looking by the taste. But I think i’m going to stick with a ”regular” pancakes. :)

  15. I have a love hate relationship with banana’s; sometimes I like them, other days I can’t stand the taste.
These pancakes are delicious! Will have to break my once a year rule.

  16. Valencia Lia says:

Wow, so amazed it super simple! Definitely trying these for breakfast tomorrow! Woohooo~ Yay to quick and healthy pancakes in the morning~

  17. Just made these and I have to say they are really yummy! Great idea Cassey!

  18. WOW!! I was a little doubtful about just two ingredients until I tried them, and they are FANTASTIC!! I will definitely be making these delicious little sweet treats regularly! Thanks so much Cassey :)

  19. WHEEEEEEEE I can’t wait to try this! I have this predicament where I love the taste of bananas but I hate the texture of them. My mouth refuses to eat one plain. So I’m always looking for ways to incorporate them into my diet and this is perfect! Thanks!!!

  20. That is an amazing idea for pancakes! I’m definitely trying this recipe out tomorrow! Love your blog btw. You inspire me to workout everyday!

  21. I did the math (and by that I mean I input the 2 ingredients onto MFP), it’s 248 calories for the WHOLE batter, regardless of how many actual pancakes it makes.
Not bad at all! I just made them and my dad went nuts for them. I only got to eat 1 pancake…

  22. Could I use tofu as a sub for the egg to make it vegan or do you have any other suggestion?

  23. Im gonna try this tomorrow, do the pancakes taste eggy though?

  24. Oh. My. God.
    Cassey!! You are a genious!

Ok, seriously, I was a bit skeptical about this, cause I expected it to taste like an omelette, but OMG. It is soooo good. I drizzled some microwaved no sugar strawberry jam on top and PERFECTION <3
Loved it! Loved it! I'll eat this all the time now! <3
And thanks for posting a recipe like this, cause in my country we don't have those fancy ingredients you guys have. So for me this is perfect.

  25. You can cut calories in half if you make it without egg yolks. I personally only use 1 yolk and 2 egg whites, add cinnamon and whatever else healthy I have – flax seeds, wheat germ. Sometimes I take a tbsp of greek yoghurt mixed with honey and cinnamon and mix it and put in on top – like a sauce topping with whatever fruit I have. DELICIOUS.

  26. Can we substitute egg whites for whole eggs? Also how much is one serving?

  27. omg i made this and it was like half fried egg and half banana pancake
hahaha i dont know what went wrong

  28. I just made these with the cinnamon then topped them with fresh strawberries – so delicious and has set me up for the day

  29. these pancakes are freakin awesome. THANK YOU CASSEY! I recently went paleo so I’m always looking for cool recipes to try.

  30. I just made them and they taste soo good! Thank you!

  31. Jut made these and thy smell so good! My batter made 6 pancakes. Thanks Cassey!

  32. I was just wondering, how much is considered one serving? Is it the amount made from the 2 eggs and 1 banana?

  33. Dear Cassey! Thank you for everything. I know Youtube aritists, please check if you like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA7fJSlll3Y ndayi7 (they have some different songs) they are realy great freinds.
You are amazing, all the best for you!!!

  34. this recipe sounds soooo good – i have to try it :)

  35. Hi! I found your videos on youtube half a year ago and they are amazing! I did them from time to time after my cardio and I fell in love with them! You always make me me work hard! I started with your august calender and I must say that I´m getting better every day. :))
I am actually not a huge fan of protein powders (I prefer natural ingredients) so I cannot use any of your pancake recipes, but this one is fantastic!! so simple and delicious!!! :))
Thank you, Cassey, for doing such a great work :)

  36. so RIGHT AFTER i saw this recipe, i went and made it. i mean the ingredients don’t get any simpler and i needed something to eat.
    it was so yummy (:
but unlike the picture..mine did turn out to look more ‘eggy’ but a ‘banana omelet’ was sorta expected haha . and i did take your advice and added cinnamon <3 was worth it .
i don't think i mushed the banana enough tho so next time i think i'm gonna spend extra time mashing it~ thanks cassey! i need to learn to eat more protein

  37. cindy jayy says:

So… Basically Banana Omelets ? Lol sounds good though :D I hate bananas but i shall try it ^_^

  39. Just made these! Yummy and sweet, I think ill put cinnamon in it next time because I’m so used to it in the protein pancakes! Yum! Thanks Cassey!

  40. Nikki Allen says:

Well, I guess I wasn’t using the right pan…b/c they’re hard to flip. I did mine with one egg, one banana, cinnamon, and egg whites. It’s delicious!

  47. how many pancakes did the recipe yield?

  48. Liz Humphrey says:

I’ve determined that bananas are the ultimate miracle food because you can make so many delicious things with them and substitute them for so many ingredients! Totally trying this soon, for breakfast or maybe with a teensy bit of cocoa powder and a few dark chocolate chips for a special dessert treat!

    • Hahah tooootally miracle food! Omgness whaatan easy and delish recipe. I know for a fact that it’s good just by looking at it. I would smother that wit sunflower seed butter! :P

    • True facts. Have you tried banana ice cream? Essentially you freeze some ripe bananas over night and blend them in the morning. So yum.

I mean… whoa. Here’s the mash-up! Not quite pancake, not quite crepe. Hence, the pancrepe. Oh, and this happened, too. Bacon makes the world go round… in moderation. [...]
