I really hope you don’t stop talking in your videos. It helps with coping with the burn when it REALLY burns. I hate you while doing your workouts sometimes (with your “go lower!” when I’m squating and it hurts like hell already), but it’s a love-hate thing and you talking is what keeps me going. And yes, it’s mostly love!

Ok, here’s one. What is your opinion about artificial sweeteners? Do you have one that you prefer, or should they just be avoided completely? I’ve heard people say they can actually make you gain weight, is that true? PS I know that Stevia is great and I use it when I can, but I just can’t get away from my gum and diet soda which all have aspartame or splenda in them. Hope you answer this one, thanks!

Hi, thanks for the answer and motivation! I have a burning question. I feel like I’ve always had cellulite and nothing I’ve ever been ale to do gets rid of it. What’s the science behind it and can exercise minimize it? It drives me crazy!!!
I would love some suggestions on how to eat clean for less money! And what would you suggest as the best before bed snack?
2 questions!
1) Is it really the worst thing ever to have a snack before bed? I try my hardest not to, drink water and stuff, but I just can’t stand it! I can’t do anything on an empty stomach, sleeping included. :(
2) I’ve been breaking my workouts up every day so I do 2 a day. Usually cardio in the morning (eliptical or jogging) and pilates in the afternoon, with some pop cardio mixed in. So it usually works out to about an hour and a half. Is this beneficial? Or should I do it all at once? I was kinda thinking that if I break it up then it would help keep my metabolism going all day?
