Hey POPsters!

HAPPY JULY!!!!

Oh man oh man oh man are you in for a treat. Well many actually! First off, I wanna let you know that I am listening to your comments and tweets and am working to make exercising as easy as possible for you. (Well not the exercising part…but the getting your butt off the couch to exercise part.)

So this month, and every month going forward, I will post a playlist for each day’s workouts RIGHT HERE ON MY BLOG (see above) so that you no longer have to keep searching YouTube and waste precious minutes typing. You’re welcome 🙂

Secondly, for doing such a great job so far through the year, I wanted to reward everyone by hosting a fun Nike shoe giveaway! Yes, these dreamy trainers…

nikes

I am giving away 1 pair of Nikes every week for the month of July in any color you want! The ones I typically wear are Nike Free Runs, so start shopping around now for the color and style you like because those shoes could be on your feet THIS MONTH.

How to win?

Well, something else new that I am introducing this month are POP HIITs. A lot of you have been asking me for the routines I do at the gym and I decided to take all of last month to test out special routines for you…muahahaha. You’re gonna hate me soooo much! I came up with 9 explosive workouts that will make you sweat and scream!!!! Every Tues and Thurs I will post a new POP HIIT Printable with video instruction. All you have to do is share it! 1 share = 1 entry.

So for example. if you look on the calendar, on July 2nd there is a pic of a Nike shoe and arrows around a facebook symbol. This means I want you to find my “WE CAN’T STOP” printable on my facebook fan page and click “share.” That’s it! Repeat this for Thursday’s printable and then on Sunday I announce the winner on Twitter! It’s really easy. Just follow the directions on the calendar.

Also…to help facilitate your transformation this month, all of your POP HIITs will also be available on WeightTraining.com/Blogilates where you can type in how much you weigh, your height, gender, etc. and they will tell you how many calories you burned! I know this is something you guys want, so please make the most of it by making an account on WeightTraining.com!

Okie dokie! It should be a fun filled month! I wanna hear from you! Be sure to use #thisisMYJULY when you tweet anything related to the calendar. This helps other POPsters find one another who may need extra support! And I totally need to be seeing you trying the recipes from my new Cheap Clean Eats series on Thursdays. Use hashtag #cheapcleaneats on Instagram so I can like and comment on your photo 🙂

Great job and CHEERS to another crazy month of healthy living and beast mode training!!!!!

GO POPSTERS GO POPSTERS GO!!!!

Does anyone know where I can find those Mint/Tropical Twist Nike Free Runs? I am obsessed with the color, but I think they’re out of season so they aren’t sold in stores anymore. Thank you!

  2. Irene says:

Omgsh today’s the last day for #ThisisMYJuly already?? Time flies! I can’t wait to get the August calendar password 😀

  3. Eliska says:

    Hi all,

should I do all the videos for each day or just choose one or two?

    Thanks xxx

    1. Lori says:

All of them PLUS any cardio workout (doesn’t have to be blogilates)

  4. Kaitie says:

    Hey Guys!
I’ve tried to get in touch with Cassey herself but I have no idea how! haha
So i’ll just ask you guys.. If I’m following the calendar exactly, do I need to add extra cardio throughout the week? Or am I good with just following her calendar??
    THANKS!

    1. Anna says:

you’re good with just following her calendar but if you’re capable and/or want to lose weight more quickly, just do more cardio.

  5. Katie says:

I just finished the beginners calendar yesterday so I wanted to finish up the month with the July calendar, but when I try to click on day 29 from my iPad everything loads but the videos. They don’t even appear! When I load the page from my computer the videos show up fine, so I don’t know what’s wrong. I don’t think it has anything to do with my iPad because it had been loading the beginners calendar just fine, but I don’t know what else it could be. If anyone might have a solution to the problem, I’d appreciate it very much!

  6. Cristina says:

Do you girls have to stop everytime with this workouts? They’re too much for me, im sad… im supposed to be able to go with Cassey’s rythm? I can’t 🙁 (this is my first calendar after the beginners one)

    1. Naina says:

Cheer up girl! Cassey’s workouts are a lot harder than other workouts especially for us beginners. so I think you could just do them at your own rate at first and then when you get stronger you should be able to do it at her rythm. Also Cassey has a modification box in her harder videos so she probably understands that not all of us will be able to keep up with her.

  7. jazmin says:

has anyone lost weight with these exercises

    1. Lotta says:

Yes i have lost 6 kgs! I have done blogilates videos for 5 months (i have followed monthly wo calendar) I started eating clean too. Remember you cant exercise a bad diet out! Good luck to you!!

      1. Julia says:

Hey Lotta! Congrats on your weight loss!. I was wondering if you were on a strict diet when you started blogilates and lost 6kgs. Or did you gradually start eating more healthy? Thank you!

        1. Lotta says:

Heyheyy! First of all, i watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUybMyx4KBM) and i counted my active metabolic rate. Then i cut 250 calories away from my active metabolic rate so i would lose weight. Cassey explains this thing so much better on her video, just check it out =) And yes, i kind of gradually started eating healthy. First i cut all soda and fast food, and then maybe two weeks later i cut out all white breads, regular pasta and white rice away. I craved so much pasta and white breads but i just ate less and less of it. I have hard time not to eat candy and chocolate, but i allow myself eat candy once a week, so it doesnt bother me anymore! And i drink 3l water every day, and i guess that is it what have helped me too losing weight!

Thank you so much! =) I hope all the best for you and good luck x

ps: watch this video too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8784JC75Zbw
cassey explains what eating clean means! =)

    2. joanie says:

yes! I started following the monthly calendars 2 months ago and I already lost 8lbs and gain more strenght. I wasn’t eating clean at the beginning though but I’m sure that if I had started to eat clean before I would have lost more than I did 🙂

      1. Jlia says:

Congrats!. What does it mean by eating clean? What do you eat? Protein?? If I cut out fast foods and any food that will lead to weight gain.. will that be considered as eating clean? Thank you.

    3. Jess says:

Of course! Since i started to eat clean, doing Casseys WorkoutPlans and making some cardio i lost already 12kg. From 66kg to 54kg 😀

      1. Helen says:

        Was that in 1 month??

  8. mercy says:

by the time i got to 13 going “down” the pyramid, my elbow was really hurting. Is it supposed to do that? or does that mean i should stop? thanks!

  9. JH says:

Thank you for posting the playlists! It makes my life much easier. I just wish the website pages loaded faster 😉

  10. Laura says:

Hey PoPsters:) I wanted to ask if it’s okay to move somewhere else the rest day,i wanted it to be sunday so i was planning on doing the workouts without the friday rest, and i will only rest on sunday. It is somethin wrong if i do it like this?

    1. Jayleee says:

Yes you can! I usually love having my rest days on Saturdays, so I just do the Saturday workout on a Friday 🙂
I feel like she just mixes up the rest days each month to just have the pattern different. As long as you’re doing the workouts you’re fine!

  11. Whitney says:

is it normal to just stop losing weight when your still working out and eating right?

    1. Tess says:

Yea it is. Usually it’s a sign that you have to intensify your workouts and/or start eating more metabolism boosting foods 🙂 Weight loss plateaus are totally normal

  12. KC says:

Hi all! I just discovered this website and I LOVE IT already! I would like to start the workouts, but can’t seem to get organized with them. Are they all found on youtube??

    1. Joanna says:

Yes search them all on Youtube. She also has the links as playlist here on this page as well.

  13. Maria says:

Why the videos isn’t appear when i open the link in my phone? Am the only one? Pls help this is annoying.

  14. Hirasia says:

How much time do each day’s workouts take and does it matter whether we do them in the morning or at night?

    1. Anna says:

around 1 hour depends on your own pace. you can do them whenever you want, whatever fits you is best

  15. Vivien says:

On Mondays where it says *New workout* what am I meant to do for this? Sorry if I’m being stupid but I really appreciate your answers!

    1. Jasmine says:

every monday she posts a new workout on her youtube channel, i’m assuming it’s that 🙂

      1. Vivien says:

Thank you that makes so much sense!

  16. Jasmine says:

This is gonna sound sooooo stupid but do we have to do every workout in that day’s box or do we just pick 1. thanks!

    1. miranda says:

Well i guess we could sound stupid together haha i was going to ask the same question.

    2. Anna says:

      do everything that’s listed! 🙂

      1. miranda says:

REALLY *_* That’s gonna take some getting used to lol

        1. Anna says:

yeah it’s a bit challenging at first but just try your best and you will get used to it soon! have fun working out!!

      2. Jasmine says:

        oh :O ok thanks haha

  17. Naina says:

& also I live with my parents so eating clean is very hard. how much of a difference will it make. I dont need to lose weight or body fat.(I am 5 feet 3 inches and my weight is 49 kilos which should be about 100 lbs) but I really want to get stronger. so will this work without the clean eating?

    1. Joanna says:

Unfortunately, you will not see improvements if you do not eat clean. Youtube blogilates clean eating and cassey explains very easily on things you can do. She also has links here on this site on what to eat and what not to eat!

  18. Naina says:

& sorry about the timing. I live in India so the time is ahead

  19. Naina says:

Hey,I am 14 and I just created a gmail account so I could get Cassey’s calendars but they didnt show up. The area where they are supposed to be is blank. what should I do? coz my parents are definitely not getting me a computer or a laptop anytime soon

    1. Maria says:

I also experienced the same thing! The video isn’t there. So what i do is just look for the videos on youtube base on the calendar said.

  20. Naina says:

Hey,I just created a gmail account so I could get Cassey’s calendars but I only have mobile internet and my parents are definitely not going to buy a laptop or computer soon(I am 14) and I cant see the calendars on my phone. So what do I do?

    1. Joanna says:

Is it a smartphone? It’s still possible to view it but if not try to print it at your local library or a friends house!

      1. naina says:

        OK thanks

  21. Chey says:

Hey! If I really just want to lose weight, could I go back and do the June calender this month?
Or would it just be best for me to stick to the July calender and follow the rest of them like so?
Please and thanks if anyone can help!:)

    1. Anna says:

I think you should just follow the July calendar. The POP HIIT workouts are intense and I think those will help you lose some weight!

  22. Amy says:

These POP HIITs always kill my knees with all the squats or things like in and outs… Any suggestions of what to do to help this? I don’t normally wear tennis shoes while doing HIITs, I had really bad blisters the first time I tried wearing tennis shoes for a POP HIIT and since then I’ve just gotten into the habit of not wearing them since I do everything at home. My knees hurt for at least a day or two after HIITs…

    1. Anna says:

try doing the moves on a yoga mat or a towel or something?

  23. Katy says:

wait a second, I’m lost. This isn’t the calender I’ve been following at all!! the one I have printed out says “wake up and…” and now my book marks are leading me here. whats going on?

    1. Hunter says:

The beginner calender is the one I think you’ve been following. Each of the days on that calender start with “wake up and..” 🙂

  24. Renata says:

Where do i get all of the workouts? From her youtube videos? Thanks 🙂

  25. Desiree says:

Love your videos, great work outs!

  26. Madi says:

Thank you Casey so much for these calenders! I’ve tried so many things and other work out videos such as Jillian Michaels and going to the gym for 2 hours at a time and nothing and no one gets me in better shape and looking/feeling as great as you do thanks to these pilate video combos on your calenders!! Please please please keep them up because I wouldn’t know how to combine them to get an effective work out. Thanks so much for everything you do 🙂 🙂 🙂

  27. Anna says:

I have been following the calendar since March and I have been doing these workouts regularly everyday (i have only missed a few days throughout the past 3-4 months). i also started eating more healthy, less rice & more veggies but i still havent lost much weight. i’ve only lost 2 pounds and though i am really really glad that im getting stronger everyday and cassey motivates me to work out so much. but im kinda sad and disappointed that i cant lose more weight… im 5’5″ and used to weight 99 lbs consistently for around 2-3 years. but then something happened i started binge eating a looot and gained 22lbs (i was 121 lbs at that time). now i weight 117lbs and wanna go back to being 99lbs. is there any way that i can make this happen? probably i should do more cardio?

    1. Stephanie says:

please dont misunderstand me, I do not mean to offend you in any way!

that being said, im curious, is 99 lbs at 5’5” a healthy weight? because my sisters 5’3” and at 117 pounds, shes so thin already, to the point where I can see her bones in some places

      1. Anna says:

it’s probably because of the differences in our bodies because i really didn’t have bones sticking out or anything and when i weighed 99lbs i ate normally too. maybe its because my bones are smaller and weight less? i dont know… its ok i dont misunderstand you!

        1. Alicia says:

Hello! I am here to answer your question 🙂

I am also 5’5″, but I currently weight 155lbs. This isn’t overweight or on the verge of obesity, it’s just very toned or slim in some places. That being said, in my personal opinion…you are never going to be 99lbs again. The only height where it is safe to be under 100lbs in 5’2″ and under. Your body was most likely in the process of growing–not in height, but in muscle weight–and therefore you have increased weight. The exercising that you’re doing demands protein and nurtients for the body. Without the proper diet, you will not only NOT loose weight, but you will also become malnourished and unhealthy.

My advice to you is to stop focusing on the number. Look at your body in the mirror. You sound like a petite woman who wants to slim down, but not to the point of being bony and unhealthy. Continue eating right and exercising and your body will gain muscle. That’s what’s making the number stay high, not your fat percentage.

          1. Anna says:

yeah.. it’s just kinda hard because I’m an Asian living in Asia where many many people are thin and I was thin back then so now when I meet people who I haven’t seen in a long time, they always comment on how “fat” I look and it’s kinda sad no matter what. I try to not focus on losing weight from time to time but it’s really hard seeing thin people everyday, and I have fat in my arms so it always shows when I wear sleeveless shirts 🙁 I guess I will try to do more cardio and arm exercises to tone them up! >_<
Thanks so much for reading and replying to me, btw! 🙂

    2. Gilda says:

Hi Anna! I used to have a similar issue. All through high school I was relatively skinny and weighed about 105 pounds (I’m 5 feet tall). Now I weigh about the same as you, about 120 give or take. There was a time where I wanted to go back to weighing 105. So I decided to stop looking at the scale, and I decided to focus on my goals, which are to 1) be stronger and 2) have a flat and toned tummy. And also try to remember that since you are working out, you are gaining muscles and muscles are heavy. My suggestion is to not look at the scale so much and try to go by how your body feels and how you feel about your body. I may not weigh what I did back in high school but I feel healthy and I’m getting close to meeting my goals. Stay strong Anna 🙂

      1. Anna says:

thanks for the words of encouragement, GIlda! 🙂 to be honest, i still want to lose a few more pounds but i am happy that im obviously getting stronger.

    3. Alex says:

i think the reason you may have a hard time losing weight is because your already at a good weight for your body
i’m 5’2 and 117 is considered average for my height
i’m not saying you should stop working out or anything
i’m just saying don’t worry so much about the scale. it’s all about how you feel 🙂
      Love always
      Alex

      1. Anna says:

thanks for the words of encouragement, alex! popsters are the best <3

  28. Estelle says:

I am usually unable to do the majority of the POP HIIT workouts because of all the jumping involved and I have really anal neighbors living under me. Can anyone recommend alternative POP HIIT or cardio workouts?

    1. Christine says:

Well, Cassey has a quiet cardio video that you could do.

    2. Halllie says:

I do hiits at the park sometimes. You can use a bench or picnic table in place of a box or weight bench. Then I do the exercises involving hand weights, which are usually jump-free, when I get home. The first time I worked out outside I made a friend go with me because I was self-conscious, but now I’m not embarrassed to go alone.

  29. Danielle says:

I’ve been getting the calendars for a couple months now but haven’t been entirely motivated. This month I saw before and after pics of my friend who lives in California and couldn’t believe how AMAZING she looks now. After that I decided to throw myself into working out and getting healthier. I can’t wait to see my own before and after pics!! 🙂

    1. Sierra says:

      Good luck! 🙂

  30. Maiya says:

Hey the Nike giveaway sounds awesome, but for me it’s a bummer. I don’t have a Facebook, just twitter I do follow you. Will you have any giveaways where we can RT or repost on twitter as well for the people that don’t have Facebook ?

    1. Maja says:

Well, it’s not just Facebook. If you check the calendar, you’ll see that there are weeks for twitter, instagram and tumblr. Zoom in on the days with the sneakers on them, you’ll see what I mean 🙂

  31. Beth says:

I just started your workouts again and I really like them. I amnow going to be part of the community, which I was not before. I had a question for you. i am not able to access a couple of your workouts on the YouTube app on iPad or on my android phone. Is there any way that you could make these available? I was not able to do the toned triceps challenge because I cannot access them on either device, but I did all the other workouts for today. I jut wanted to let you know in case someone else also has issues.

    Thanks for the great videos.

    Beth

  32. Megan says:

Getting pumped about starting this! 😀

  33. Lauren H says:

Completed the workouts for today! The plank workout was really hard work, I hate plank so bad but I completed it, so I’m really proud. My favourite was the Victoria secret arm workout I loved it! Thanks Cassey!

  34. Marie says:

I just finished the beginners calendar and I want to dothis one but the workouts are way too long! Should I just repeat the beginners calendar or what? Please answer!

  35. Melanie says:

What about a warm up? Do I need to do it? HEEEELP

  36. ELIF! says:

at times like this I wish I had social media for the Nike competition!
    🙁
anyways im just starting the July calendar today, its a little late but im so excited!
thanks for making exercising so fun Casey!

  37. Giselle says:

Today was a 9 for me! Lol, Finally I can say that!

  38. Thuy says:

    I gave this a 6, overall.

  39. Giovanna says:

  41. Brooke says:

loved this workout! The last video was probably the worst for me haha, I give the whole workout maybe about a…7 just because I wasn’t drowning in sweat but I was out of breath!

  42. Robyn says:

Hi Cassey!!! I live in Australia and was wondering if the workouts could come out a few hours earlier?? I love to follow your workouts everyday!! and Thanks for everything so far!!

    <3

  43. Catherine says:

    HELP.
I was just wondering. I’m currently following this calendar and I was wondering whether we go through way workout once and do all of the workouts listed. Or are we suppose to do day workout a few times then go to the next workout if that makes sense.

Also, is it bad if you do 2 workouts then you have to take a long break due to a random occurence, and then you do the other 3 workouts maybe an hour later? In order to receive results, do I have to do the workouts all back to back?
    Please help!
By the way, I’m currently 15 years old, 120 lbs , and is 5’3. Is this a unhealthy body. My goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month. And then 5-10 more in august. The terrible part is that I’m leaving for camp tomorrow and I’ll be gone for a week. So that will for sure delay my progress. /:

    1. Maxi says:

You’re 15, and besides your BMI being very normal, you shouldn’t worry about loosing weight.
A healthy body has not always something to do with your weight. you can have a perfect BMI and perfect measurements, and still be very unfit.
Also: more training means more muscles and that also means mass. (Depending on what, how and how much you train, and on your diet, a lot more mass.)

Personally, I try to do the workouts once a day, in a row. The training is more effective that way, because you can keep your heart rate up. But it is better to split the program than to skip. 🙂
If you look at the exercises, you can notice that often there is cardio and then strength/ muscle building, or one that is hitting everywhere/hard and than specific areas. The other workouts become harder, as your body already worked before. (In Kendo you use the same technique to build muscles faster…very effective.)

I guess it depends on your time, energy and on your goal. Even with splitting, you will get results (depending on how trained) you are before.

  44. Sophie says:

    Hi!

I do workout almost everyday since 3 months but I’m not loosing any pound. Moreover, I’m eating clean as much as I can… So I’m quite discouraged… Please give me some inspiration and motivation ♥

    1. Tamar says:

i was the same way at first i was eating clean i didnt think i was going anywhere but ounce you believe that your changing your life you will and actually you begin to lose fat in minor places before you see it in major places so your face may be slimmer and yiour fingers and your abs and butt and idk love handles will take time you cant expect it to be changed overnight and i know 3 months seems like a long time but in the gran scheme of it all its not but i am so proud of a fellow POPster who has stuck it ut that long because most people would see all the work you have to do and just chuck it out so i am proud of you..dont give up sophie you can do it

      1. Sophie says:

OMG You’re so cute! This give me so much motivation! You can’t even know.
When I’m saying 3 months at first I was not doing so intense workouts like blogilates. Just running 2 times a week but trust me it was sooooo hard for me. I did not like sport… at all…. Now I run 4 times a week for 44 minutes. That’s true: it’s not a very long time but you’ve gave me motivation to keep going. So thanks. Thank you so much. ♥

(Sorry for my approximate english, French is my first language :))

    2. Marissa says:

These workouts aren’t designed to make you lose weight – they are designed to make you lose fat and gain muscle to give you a more lean body. If you are indeed eating clean, that is what will happen! Muscle weighs more than fat so you might even gain a little weight. You should definitely be seeing changes in your body. Don’t just go by what the scale says; that’s not important. See if you can notice anything different in your body. Also, how do you feel? Do you feel happier and stronger? If so, the workouts are doing their job! 🙂 Don’t get discouraged. Just focus on how you feel and how the workouts have changed your body, instead of just a number on a scale!

Strong is the new skinny <3

      1. Marissa says:

ALSO, make sure you’re doing your cardio every day! Cardio is what really shaves off the fat on your body! Make sure you’re drinking a lot of water too 🙂

        1. Sophie says:

Reading your message gives me the courage that I need. Thanks a lot for that, for the time spent to write this message. You’re totally right. My biggest complex is my thighs. When I look in the mirror I just can see anything else. I run a lot and I’m afraid that it makes its bigger… I want its to be slimmer… I’m afraid that cardio will build the muscle… I heard Cassey saying that it’s one of the biggest muscle of the body so I’ll wait. 🙂 My stomach changed a lot indeed! It’s flatter and that makes me proud even if it is not a phenomenal change! ^^ Thanks for the tips!

    3. Maxi says:

Don’t mind the scale! I actually gained weight, ever since I started to train more and watch my food. But the muscles I build are pretty obvious as a reason. That doesn’t mean that I am slimmer though. My body type seems to build rather big than lean muscles, so I actually look bigger now, than I did before.

I am still not sure if I like that part, but my fitness has increased drastically and I can probably lift more than some of the boys now. 🙂 And that does feel great.

      1. Sophie says:

Yeah I think my body type is similar to yours… However I hope that I could have lean muscles! But I’ll keep going and see what will happen. 🙂 Thank you motivate me! ♥

  45. Casey says:

ALSO, do these workouts include cardio? Cause doing the exercises for 1 day takes about an hour. Thanks friends!

  46. Casey says:

I recently signed up for the Blogilates newletters and other fun stuff ^__^
Can anybody tell me how long it usually takes to complete one day of the workout calendar? I looked at the video for tomorrow’s workout and I think my butt is going to collapse afterwards heheh. Thanks!

  47. maissa says:

are you suppose to do every single video that is listed on the specific day or are you suppose to pick and choose?? im confused

    1. blogilates says:

      Do all of them!!

      1. Giovanna says:

Do you include your own cardio???

  48. Talya says:

    I lost 5 pounds already O_O

I rate this workout a 7; This was challenging but I thought the “We Can’t Stop” workout was a bit more difficult. Maybe I’m just getting stronger though so it doesn’t affect me as much 🙂

  49. Lexi says:

Omg I just got on the scale and I have
Ost 1 pound after only 3 days!!!!! About a year ago I started at 148 and weight had always been a struggle for me. From last June to this past April I had lost 20 pounds and i am only 13 so that’s a lot. I also grew 5 inches haaha. I started gaining weight again and I wasn’t going to let myself go again so I though Cassey’s program would be good because it would challenge me and it had structure. I’m is happy already being only three days in and losing a pound! I play 2 sports so I thought I was in ok shape but I guess not hhaa. I am so excited to see myself at the end of the month if these are the results a I have after only 3 days!!! Thank you so much Cassey!!!

    1. Tamar says:

🙂 you inspired me thank you and keep at it im sue Cassey is proud of you you should be proud of your self keep at it <3

  50. Pearl says:

    Everyone
i can’t find workout for thursday
    Can’t Hold Us, POP HIIT
anyone know, where i can find that workout???

    1. vivian owusu says:

You go to WORKOUT VIDEOS in the menu bar then down to SERIES. When that opens up scroll down to POP HIITS 🙂 My sister and I just did the workout and loved it! Tons of sweat and you feel really good afterwards!

  51. Lexi says:

So today was my second day (I started a day late) and the pop HIIT was awesome! I loved doing the sprints at the end. I only did 2 sets because this is my first btime doing the workout calander, but next time I’m going to push myself to do all three. I feel so good about working out almost everyday. Tomorrow I am doing the upper body workout. I am literally so scared haha. The core day kicked my butt and usually core is pretty easy for me. Oh boy. Wish me luck 🙂

  52. Sydney says:

OMG! My arms are ON FIRE. I couldn’t even do the Never Ever workout because I’m THAT sore. At first I was cautious about doing this program since it doesn’t really incorporate weights, but I’m so pleased with my results of sore muscles in these first three days!

  53. Taylor says:

Hi!!! Just wondering who has tried PB2? I love all nut butters but tend to over eat them so I’ve been substituting with some PB2 because I actually like the taste and can have more than 1 tbsp. Just wondering what your thoughts were on this product, I have heard a lot of controversy about it not being clean ect!

    With love

    1. Sydney says:

What is PB2?! And where does it come from? I’ve seen it all over but don’t know what it is!

      1. Taylor says:

It’s powdered peanut butter, most of the fat is taken out so it has a lot less calories so essentially you can have a little more peanut butter, you mix it with water. It tastes pretty good! I use it in shakes as well

        1. Lexi says:

I’ve tried it before and I don’t think it’s as good as regular PB (obviously) but for how much you can have for so little calories I think it’s good.

  54. Jessie says:

Hey Cassie, I’m so sorry I’m not beomg loyal or following my promise! But I will try
And finish this calendar with my body completely ready for the next!!

  55. Eve says:

    Checked – 47min & I m raining sweat!!! It’s a 7!

  56. Kassandra says:

Just finished the “we can’t stop pop hit #1” and OH MAN!! I usually don’t sweat but I sure did this time! Casey you kicked my butt and i was’t able to print out the check list but that didn’t stop me i took a pic with my phone and drew check with an app i have on my phone:)!!!

  57. Yuri says:

Hey Cassey! I was just wondering, what do all the little symbols on your calendar mean? I feel like I”m missing something really obvious…or maybe they’re just there for decoration…
I started doing your workouts in the middle of last month, so this is the first full month that I’m doing the workout calendar! I actually really like the POP HIIT days even though I’ve only done one so far 🙂 Thank you so much, I feel really fit and happy with my body when I finish your workouts (although I feel like dying during them, haha) <3

  58. Lexi says:

Okay today i did the first day because I’m a day behind and it was hard. A lot harder than i thought. I started crying because i felt terrible. Pep talk please? ;(

    1. Wendi says:

Hey, just remember, no matter how hard it is, how much it burns, how sore you feel the next day, it will be all worth it in the end. You can look back at all those times you felt so tired but you still did the workout and feel proud of yourself for each time you got up and did it. Never give up. Once you get into the routine of it, you will learn to enjoy every workout and end each of them with a smile on your face. 🙂

      1. Laurie says:

Even though those words weren’t for me, thank you Wendi! I really needed to hear that because I’ve been getting VERY lazy nowadays. But I will push myself to get fit and meet my goal. Thanks again! 🙂

  59. stephanie says:

This is GREAT!!! But I start training for my second marathon next week…is this something I can do on top of that? Or should I just do the upper body/core days?

  60. Ann Eriksson says:

Cassey! A playlist – GREAT – just what I wanted. As you said – it takes a lot of precious minutes to search all the you tube-videos 🙂

  61. Linn❤ says:

    H

With the cant hold us pop hiit wo i pushed myself through it,and went and did 5 sprints taht turned into jogs ( 🙁 ) on my street but i understood her wrong and only took like 5 sec breaks… So i was crumbling and only did 5, showered and am rrrlly sad and disapointed cis i didnt finish. I feel like a failure.. But it maybewould have been better if i would have taken 30 secs ,right?

    1. Linn❤ says:

And anyone (sry it cut off) have a peptalk? 🙁 would need one!

      1. Linn❤ says:

Arg i meant we cant stop pop hiit wo

        1. Lexi says:

Okay idid it today too and it kicked my butt. i had to take like a 3 minute break in between each circuit and i felt really bad about myself because I’m like oh, i bet everyone else can do this just fine, but I’m sure that there are others out there who are having a rough time. Just think though that no matter what you are still getting it done, no matter what the pace, and you’re not sitting on the couch. You’re taking the initiative to do something good for your body. Some people can’t even do that, so just keep your head up and push through it because in the end, you’re going to look great! Hope this helped! xoxo

          1. Linn❤ says:

Oh my gosh yes that did help! ❤Thx so much 🙂

  62. Simone says:

Cassey, I’m 13 years old and I just had a vaccine. My arm still hurts a little bit. Do you suggest not doing arm included exercises or do it anyway. Please help

  63. KMM says:

Ok, so I’m doing the beginner calendar, and I tried some of these, and they’re just too damn hard!!! well some of them anyhow. How about doing an intermediate calendar? Yanno, for those of us who finish the beginner but just can’t keep up with the regular routines…

  64. toni says:

hi cassie , i need your help…i gave birthday to my lovely babygirl and i m still breastfeeding her 4 months now…what can i do..?

  65. Beyza says:

CASSEY, I’M HAVİNG TROUBLE WİTH THE LİKE BUTTON IN YOUR E-MAİL. IT’S GIVING ERROR. :((((((( WHAT SHOULD I DO???

  67. Sukii says:

😀 Woohoo! I am going to work my butt off this month. This is my first month, good luck everybody else!

  68. rosedale4u says:

Thank you for the playlist! I go to the gym and do ur workouts (for the mirror) but then looking for the vids ruins the momentum of working out!! Love it!!!!!! Thank you!

  69. Abi says:

Hey Cassey! But what if i don´t have twitter, will you be announcing the winners on facebook too?

  70. Gina says:

Do you do all of the videos all at once?

  71. Shannon says:

So today I wasn’t able to do the entire playlist all together. I did three videos but work called me in early so I had to stop and get ready. After work I am going to do the last two, Is that still okay? I feel bad because I couldn’t get them all together- but I think If I add another to the last two (so i’m doing three) it’ll hit the 30 minute mark since I do the videos kind of out of order.
I just wanted to make sure It wouldn’t mess up my progress too much.

  72. Autumn says:

I don’t have facebook or twitter I only have instagram so how am I supposed to keep up with you? Its just hard cause I’m only 11 years old

  73. Nicole says:

What if you don’t have a facebook? :/

    1. Laurie says:

You can just make one for the purpose of winning the shoes. That’s what I’m going to do since I don’t have a facebook either.

  74. Julia says:

Cassey, I can’t do the candle dips for the life of me!…so I just put my hands on my hips.

  80. Kyra says:

    Hey Cassie,

just wondering if you’d be able to make a printable list of the moves and reps? I suffer from slow internet syndrome and the videos take forever to load, so it would be very helpful! Thanks!

  81. Monique says:

Thank you Cassey for making the video playlists! I know that is very time consuming so I really do appreciate the extra effort! I’m one month away from my wedding so I am ready to train like a beast all month long so I can look like a beauty on the big day!

  85. Bethany says:

  86. Marina Kalle says:

Just wanted to let you know I’m getting a error message! In the email where you like the facebook icon, I get this error:

You can’t post this because it has a blocked link.: The content you’re trying to share includes a link that’s been blocked for being spammy or unsafe:Body of an error/warning message. Title is: You can’t post this because it has a blocked link. For more information, visit the Help Center.

I get the same error message ):

  97. Laura says:

Hey! I discovered POP Pilates at the weekend, printed out the beginner’s calendar and started today with the first video. Parallel to this I wanted to do the videos from the July calendar. But I was so frustrated today because while the workout of this month’s calendar AND the beginner’s calendar I had to stop, take a short break and then moved on. Is that normal or am I just a very big looser? I mean, even in the beginner’s calendar! The leg exercises killed me. I am so afraid because I really want to get myself fitter and lose some weight. Is there anyone who can help me? (And: I’m so sorry. I’m from Germany. 15 years old and I hope my English isn’t the weirdest. :))

    1. Marissa says:

That is normal for a beginner – no worries! You’ll get better as time goes on if you work hard. 🙂 Just do what you can. You don’t want to overwork yourself!

    2. Laura says:

As a fellow Laura from a neighbouring country (Holland) who is also just starting I can tell you that it is perfectly normal. I did about half of then beginner’s calendar. It was very tough. Today I started the July calendar and collapsed half of the time, i feel like a total wimp/loser/etc. But I figured that it is just a matter of hanging in there and doing all the beginner modifications Cassey provides, like bending your legs or not getting up so far. And I just take breaks, curse at Cassey for making it hurt so much (sorry Cassey!), and then continue. It will get better and I am looking forward to the day I will be able to complete an entire workout session.with Cassey. so , don’t give up! Oh, and your English is perfectly understandable.

    3. Laura says:

      Thank you so much! 🙂

  98. Se Hee says:

I have been on a really bad eating habits for the past few weeks and I really want to get back to my healthy eating routines!! I’m hoping this month will help me do this!!!! thank you so much cassey for your encouragement

  99. Sofia says:

Hi Cassey, I just had a quick question…is there different sizes to choose from on the Nike shoes or is it the same size for all? Thank You 🙂

  100. Cheana says:

    Loved the workout 🙂
But I couldn’t do the starfish (muffintopless workout), too weak to hold the weight on my arm and move my leg at the same time :/

  101. Taylor says:

In loveee with the purple, gray, and aqua colored shoes <3 thanks for this opportunity!!

  102. Lydia says:

omg, the work out playlists are incredible! cause it would take so much time to search all the videos ect. now i have no excuse! thanks for putting in the extra work for us Cassey, your the best!

  103. Anna says:

    Hi Cassey!

I love your workout routine and I am about to kill myself today with these workouts! They are insane! (In a good way!) But, one complaint and that is I can’t find some of your workouts on WeightTraining.com and some of the videos I can find but have no idea where it says how much calories I burn :(! Critical help please? Thank you.

  104. Cheana says:

    Aw playlists, that’s great! 🙂
Going to start my first workout NOW, so excited <3

  105. Maria says:

About the shoe giveaway, will we be able to choose the size and color? Or how is it going ti be? I’m confused…

  106. Monica says:

Hey Cassie! Could you post the winners of the Nike shoe giveaways on Facebook and Twitter? I don’t have a Twitter because I know I will be too distracted to do anything, like workout lol. Thanks so much!!
Also, I love doing your workouts and you’re so inspirational!! I have been trying to get bikini ready for the past few months and I’m ready!!! I have so much more confidence about my body and I’m not afraid to walk outside in my bikini! Thanks soo much!!!!!

  107. Gurli says:

    Hello Casey:)
is the workouts on the calender names on workouts, or names on your workout videos?
I’m a little confused how to follow the workout calender.. Please help me:)

  108. Gabby says:

OH MY GOD CASSEY THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR THE WORKOUT PLAYLIST!!!

  109. Rishma says:

Hi Cassey, I’m so excited to follow this month’s calendar. It would be really helpful if you could mention the estimated amount of calories burned with each HIIT workout. 🙂

  110. Chrisy says:

I’m so excited to start this months calender 🙂 Thanks to your June calender, I dropped 2 sizes on my waist! You’re the best Cassey!! <3

  111. Maddi Whitworth says:

awwh Cassey you’re such a physical inspiration! love following you from youtube every day 😀 xxxx

  112. Patricia says:

It’s sad that i can’t do one week + 1 extra day for this calendar and probably not stay(that much) to that healthy side of eating since I’m going out for vacation >~< :\

  113. Marsha says:

Cassie I love your workouts but are
you still going to do the cheap clean eats series??

  114. Emily says:

Hi Cassey! I’m so excited for this month but can you please post the new videos a little earlier?? I workout at 8 am on the east coast and this wasn’t up in time for me to do it! Please post earlier because I really want to follow the calendar!! Thank you!

    1. cvest says:

Just do the new video from last week. And then you do this weeks video next week. No worries.

      1. Lydia says:

I do the same thing. If a workout plan says do the new workout and its not out yet, just do one from the week before or pick a favorite one from the previous month. ^.^

        1. Emily says:

Thanks for the tip! I’ll do that next time!

  115. Nana says:

    Oh Em Geee!!! >.<
Still doing last week of the June calender but I'm doing it too anyway!!
Just love your workouts, Cassey! They're so funny and motivating!!
    And effective too ;D
    Thank you a lot!! <3.<
    Thank you again <3

  116. Neele says:

I was wondering how it will gonna work: Does the POP HIIT replace the cardio, I mean like the one from the Juneonfire calender? So does it burn the fat? Because i want to burn fat an the cardiodays were made for that. How will you do this workout? I live in Germany so the timezone is different and thats silly :/

  117. Hanna says:

Is the giveaway international or only for the people living in the US? Does anybody know? 🙂

    1. Stasia says:

Its international she said it in her email

    2. Christine says:

      It’s international. 🙂

  118. Katherine says:

Hey Cassey! I know you’re on the west coast but for some of us working on the east coast we can only work out early in the mornings. Is there any way since we are doing HIITs this month and not videos on youtube this month you could post the videos for the next day the night before? I just can’t work out at nights because of my job but really love what you do!! Thanks!

    1. cvest says:

Or you could shift your calendar by one day. So you do mondays workout on tuesday and so forth.

  119. Tyronnisha says:

Hi, Cassey. I have a question. Well, actually anyone can answer this….Are we doing every exercise on that day or we choose only one. So for example, on Monday CORE, Are we doing every exercise listed?

    1. Neele says:

Yeah, you have to do every single exercise on one day 🙂

      1. Tyronnisha says:

        Thank You!

    2. Rach says:

Yes, do all of them listed each day

    3. Sofia says:

You will be doing all the exercises listed for that day.

    4. Ellie says:

Yes, do every exercise listed on that date 🙂 should take about 45-60 mins

  120. Jannie says:

Are the Tuesdays and Thursdays videos for the gym only? Because I don’t have a gym membership. Could I replace them with other videos?

    1. Ellie says:

Me neither, if you have to have game access, I might do the cardio from last months calendar again :s

      1. Ellie says:

I meant gym – damn predictive text

        1. Jannie says:

          Thanks for your reply

      2. Katya says:

Same here 🙂 Also going to do cardio.

        1. Jannie says:

          Okay 🙂 sounds good

  121. Tzu says:

Hi Cassey! Thanks for keeping us motivated and doing wverything you do so passionately 🙂 that motivates me! The playlist is not working 🙁

    1. Sofia says:

If you are on your phone or iPad it appears that it doesn’t work. I use my computer instead 🙂

  122. phyllicia says:

I totally feel you there. I missed out so many day this month I feel fat all over again. But July is gonna be different I’m making the commitment to train hard and stick with tha workouts. #Alltheway

  123. Aayah says:

Ok so its says on monday new workout, where is the new workout?

  124. Lillie Wyant says:

So excited to do this calender especially because it’s my birthday month! I’m turning 16 on the 25th, and I’m a bit nervous because there’s a POP HIIT workout waiting for me on that day…

I have been working out off and on and could never fully commit to anything, but I’m gonna try my best to workout everyday with this calender and hopefully bring that habit on to the next calender and the next until I get to the point where working out comes second nature to me.

  125. Andrea says:

Those Nikes are calling my name! Can’t wait to get started! I’m still sore from the POP Pilates DVD workout I did, and that was 3 days ago…

  126. casey yee says:

Does anyone know the style name of the pink nikes? They are just beautiful and would love to own a pair, since most likely I wont be winning the competition.

    1. Angela says:

Those are Nike free run 3’s. That style is Cassey’s Fave! 🙂

  130. Kelsi says:

What about cardio? When and how much do we do?

  132. Kaileigh says:

New to Blogilates. Was just wondering if we do all the workout videos on each day?
Thanks so much! I might just start with the beginner calendar but I’m bot sure yet.

  133. Bronwyn says:

This came out and I decided… I’ve done a week of the Beginners calendar. I’m totally a big kid now…

Video 1… I’m going to go back and hide out with the Beginners’ again tomorrow.

I start to struggle and suddenly you wonderful bouncy chatty personality has me giving up quicker instead of trying harder. Which makes me then hate myself for giving up on you too easily. So by the end of the video I’m crying in a ball feeling like I’ve let you down when I should be doing earthquake. (I wish this was not what literally happened).

Hopefully in the next month I’ll harden up and be able to try again in August….

    1. Anja says:

Honey, don’t worry! You go and try and try again, that’s what we all do. Complete the Beginners’ Calendar, then try again, then, if you feel like going back, do the Beginners’ Calendar all over again. YOU WILL BE FINE because you’re a great person to start with. I have authoritiy to say so although I don’t know you. You’re a person – so you must be great!

  134. Aleksandra says:

    Cassey,
I don’t know what I would do without you! I’m doing POP Pilates for 1 month , now. I know it’s not much but I’ll do this for at least one year. I’m so happy that I can transform my body and get healthier with your help ! Thanks a lot ! Greetings from Germany

  135. Sandy says:

Thank you so much Cassie for creating this July calendar and the playlist. Your hardwork and motivation really pushes me to do well too. Last month, being a newbie, I made myself excuses and skipped many days of the June calendar. This month I am making myself a goal to keep up with the workouts even if I am tired or have difficulties with some of the workouts. I got this!!! 🙂

  136. Jessica says:

So excited to start these workouts!! I liked June but I’m glad to be back to mainly strength and HIIT workouts 🙂 I like to do cardio that isn’t on the calendar. Hooray for running!

  137. Jennifer says:

I dont have a twitter, so how can i know who won? -tenx xo

    1. Alexandra says:

It says you will have to create a twitter account to find out if you don’t have one.

  138. Stephanie says:

    Hi Cassey,

You have truly inspired me to continue eating healthy and working out not just for a bikini body, but for my health as well. Again thanks for taking the time to make these videos.

  139. Katie says:

Alright, this is my first time trying one of your calendars…I’m probably going to die after the first day, but at least I can go with the knowledge that I tried. XD Thanks for posting it, Cassey!

  148. Anne-Sophie says:

    Hi Cassey,

I want to thank you for motivating me to do muscle exercises. I never liked them, but you make them so mutch fun! Last month I did the beginner’s calander and saw that you can do the excercises at your own level. So this month I’m gonna do this calander at my own level and I’m convinced that you are helping me through.

I like the special printable thing and the rest day on friday. Now finishing the routines would be a lot easier. I dance on friday (1 hour cardio yeah!), also on wednesday but i will figure out how I am going to do that. But now I don’t have to worry about the friday exercises anymore.
A fake rest day, but i love it.
I’m 14 years old by the way, if someone would mind.
    Kisses!
    Loveyou Cassey.

I am really pumped for this month, especially after doing so well last month with the beginners calendar and the dietbet. I am ready to give it my all for July.
I love the competition too. However, not all of us are bloggers so the week where you want us to reblog is a little exclusionist. But I guess not everyone is on facebook, twitter, or pinterest either. You can’t make everyone happy. I’ll be entering where I can.
    Thanks Cassey.

    1. laura says:

You have to share it over facebook onto your own timeline.

” This means I want you to find my “WE CAN’T STOP” printable on my facebook fan page and click “share.” That’s it! Repeat this for Thursday’s printable and then on Sunday I announce the winner on Twitter!”

  180. kimberly says:
