Hey POPsters!!!

Here is a fabulous elliptical workout I want you to try! 45 min long and all of the incline and resistance changes will keep your mind and body alert! Go as hard as you can with each of the changes – I won’t tell you how many steps/min you need to keep up with but DO NOT GO EASY ON YOURSELF. I want you sweating. 1. I just completed this workout. My legs are dying but I’m feeling awesome! I’m definitely going to do this one again! :)

  2. I can’t see this :( is there an alternate link or something? This workout would be really useful to me..

  3. Hey Cassey!
I have to agree with other girls – the ellipticals in our gym do not have the changing of incline. Should we follow the resistance only? or what to do now?
Thanks for inspiring me to have a better and healthier life!

  4. What can we do that is about the same intensity as this if we don’t have an elliptical that we are able to use? Please help! :)

  5. What do I do if I don’t have access to an elliptical?

  6. What can we do instead of elliptical workout especially today if we dont have one at home or not go to the gym?

  7. Dawne Morgan says:

umm, elliptical has resistance not incline, so do you mean resistance and speed int this workout?

  8. Yayy!! I’ve been waiting for the elliptical workout since I have an elliptical at home! =D

  9. I rarely leave a response, however i did a few searching
and wound up here Elegant Legs Elliptical Workout + More
Winners!. And I do have a couple of questions for you
if you tend not to mind. Could it be only me or does it give the impression like some of these comments look like coming from brain dead individuals?
:-P And, if you are writing on other places, I’d like to follow anything new you have to post. Would you list of every one of all your communal sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?

    • Ok, so clearly you’ve never been on this site before. Let me clear some things up for you: 1. You can find all of Cassey’s information on the right hand side of the site between the news letter sign up and the work out calender. 2. We don’t call each other “brain dead individuals”. We are a POSITIVE online community, whom are there for each other for support and inspiration on our goal to better health. Please keep your negative comments to yourself.

  10. I’m not sure if I could last that long on the elliptical! I usually do either 10 20, or 30 minutes. 45 will be a new record by itself. Usually its just my warmup.

  11. Thank you soooooo much for putting up an elliptical workout! I can’t usually go on the treadmill because it aggravates my knees, but this will be great!

  12. Congratulations to the winners! I will need to try that workout. It sounds intense.

  13. YAY! Thanks Cassey! cant wait to try this!

  14. I think most ellipticals dont have incline…?

    • Yeah we have an elliptical and it doesn’t have anything to change the incline. Only the difficulty

    • Yeah, ellipticals at my gym do not have incline, I guess we just have to follow the resistance indication? But then, it might be not “hard” enough…

      • Don’t worry it will be hard enough, I’ve just done it and I’m dying… It so good:)

Thank you Cassey please post some more awsome gym workout like this one

  15. Hey Cassey!

I absolutely love your videos. I have stuck to every single day of JaNEWary so far, and I feel amazing.

I know you’re really interested in healthy food and finding those really healthy recipes that taste sinful. I found a blog http://www.healthyrevelations.wordpress.com that seems right up your alley if you want to check it out.

I love you keep doing what you do best :)

  16. Can you do one for cycles at the gym!??!? Thank you sooooo much :)

  17. I am planning on trying this tonight at the gym! This morning I am doing the Calendar Cardio!!

  18. PLEASE do such a workout for the bikes at the gym? I would really appreciate one!

  19. Hey Cassey,

Can you make up something like this for a spin bike??? I love getting on my bike but could use a good routine!

    Kristen

  20. I am sooo going to try this!!!
    Thanks Cassey!

  21. How would I do this if the elliptical I use does not have incline? Would I just use do the resistances side?

    • teilzeitDAU says:

I can’t change the inc on the ellipticals at my gym either, but i guess we’ll be fine by just kicking up the resistance a bit higher than it says – or/and go extra crazy quick w/ the strides :)

    • I would just use the resistance level and pick up speed.
