Hey POPsters!

Can I ask you for something?

The DVD is coming into the final stages of being edited and I wanted to include more of you in the production!!! Can you do 1 or 2 of the following?

1. Write a quote about how Blogilates or POP Pilates has changed your life, your mind, your body etc. Also include your name as to how you would like it spelled if used.

2. Send in a video testimonial that’s no longer than 2-3 min long (but if you go over because you can’t help yourself, haha, it’s ok) about how Blogilates or POP Pilates had inspired you, changed your life, your mind, your body etc. Just upload the clip to YouTube and paste a link in the comments below so I can see it! Also, when you title the video call it “Why I Love Blogilates” so I can easily find it! (See example above I made about 1 year ago! Y’all made me cry with that one! Love our community so much!)

Thought it was time to embrace the holidays. I will no longer try to shy away at the Xmas music playing at the store. Instead, I welcome you Turkey and Santa!

    Hi Cassey!
    I have never before been able to have the same motivation working out at home as I do going to a class or the gym. Blogilates gives me the inspiration and motivation to work hard and push my limits so that I can improve. I never even need to weigh myself anymore-every day I work out with your videos I see myself getting slimmer and more toned. What you do is truly amazing, and I hope you know how much of a difference you have made in the lives of me and so many other people! Love you Cassey!! xoxo

    When I first started my journey into fitness, I could hardly finish one of Cassey’s videos. But over two years later, Cassey has made me STRONGER, FITTER, and a more open minded kinda fitness chick! Thank you Cas for always keeping me motivated while pushing my limits!

    I came across pop pilates late one night while searching the pilates tags on tumblr. And well..the rest is history. I started June 2012 and haven’t stopped since. It was never my true intention to get in shape when I started but as I started to learn more and more about pop pilates, it kind of ended up that way! I have always struggled with my weight and committing to working out but for some reason, I have committed to pop pilates. I was probably a week into doing pop pilates that I realized that this was the first time I had ever worked out for 1 week straight! I dont know what it is about Casey, but she truly motivates you. Her upbeat attitude and passion for getting you fit jumps out with each youtube video she puts out. Its not like other workout videos I’ve done in the past where it can be so reptitive and boring! Casey is different.She changes the moves, adds current music, and creates a theme with each workout. You may be swearing at her with each workout but at the end of the day she will have you saying “I love Pop Pilates!”

    I’ve been doing your workouts since January of this year and you’re the only person I’ve stuck with when it comes to workouts! I’ve tried doing workouts on my own and doing some other videos but I never got hooked until I found you on a health-focused Tumblr blog. I keep going back to your workouts because of your energy and your positivity. Your cardio videos are really hard and I really hate you and love you for it! I also feel really guilty everytime I see you post updates on Facebook or Twitter whenever I don’t eat healthy or don’t exercise regularly. I’m really glad that everything is working out for you and that you’re living your dream! Please don’t ever change (I mean it!) because we all love you for who you are and thank you for all the work that you do for us! :]

    I was never into working out and being fit my whole life im 24 now .I was never overweight growing up but extremely unfit and it wasn’t until I came across your first video Total Body Sculpt in 2009 I became hooked! I heard about pilates but didn’t know much about it. That night I played your video on youtube got on the floor and followed along with you and as painful as it was the first time I never gave up. I got through the entire video and loved every minute of it and as i watched through the years i came to fall in love with not just your workouts but your personality your bubblyness (i know its not a word but its the perfect one to describe you) and your passion. Doing your videos while I was getting stronger and more fit I felt like I was making you proud and most importantly making myself proud. Now I’m at a place where I feel nothing can get in my way. I feel stronger in mind body and soul and pop pilates ignited the flame to start me on the right path to a healthy life. I want to thank you so much for that you truly are an inspiration to anyone and everyone and. I will continue to follow along with you now and through all that’s to come in the future.     Hi Cassey!

    A year and a half ago I made a commitment to change my body because my confidence in myself was really low and I wanted to have a love for myself again. I started by reading diet books and joined a workout club. Those helped to jump-start me in learning what to eat and what kind of exercising to do to lose weight. With those alone I went from 165lbs to 130lbs in 10 months and was on my way to really getting to how I wanted to be mentally and physically. However, the next step was maintaining this and the workout club that I was at was getting too expensive. To save money I looked up workout videos online and found your videos. I started out small doing a couple a day but when I noticed that you put out calendars I really became a full blown Popster! Now, I daily do all of the workouts (or try!!!) on your calendar and religiously follow your updates on dieting and life. You have really helped me to stay true to myself and know that losing weight is not a quick thing and is really a new lifestyle and not just a boring diet.

    Thanks again for everything! You truly are an inspiration!!

    Growing up, I always had insecurities about the way I looked because the people I was surrounded by constantly reminded me of it. I tried numerous exercises and diets but gave up each time because I couldn’t see any results. Soon after that, school and work became valid excuses to not exercise. It wasn’t until I got back into yoga and stumbled upon one of Cassey’s videos did I start to make exercise a daily part of my life. It was definitely hard at first. I couldn’t get through most of the moves. It was around the third or fourth month that I saw literal results. After ten very long years, I saw results for the first time ever. I used to just do yoga, one of Cassey’s videos coupled with a cardio video and be done with my exercises. Now I make it a point to do at least 45-50 minutes of exercises with her videos. I’m sure you hear it all the time, Cassey, but you have changed my life. I’ve always felt the need to hide my body in over sized clothing because I was absolutely ashamed with it. One of the things that hurt me so much growing up was hearing my mother tell me that my body looked awful compared to hers even though she has birthed four children. That stung and it has always stuck with me. However, for the past year (since I started exercising to your videos), I’ve gained a confidence I hadn’t had in a decade and I feel so energetic and just healthy for the first time ever. You are truly inspirational. If not for you, I’d probably still be making excuses to not exercise and be ashamed of my own body. You have motivated me as well as people all around the world. We love you for those endless pulses and burpees! Thank you <3

    I love blogilates <3 I never, EVER thought I would enjoy exercise of any kind, but now, I do! POP Pilates videos are just so enjoyable and fun! I love how bubbly and motivating you are Cassey, I love how you include awesome chart songs to motivate us, and I even love feeling that ache the next day and knowing I worked out hard! You make me proud of myself. I've seen amazing improvements in my flexibility, endurance, muscle definition, stamina, and overall fitness and health. I LIKE the person I'm becoming, and that's something I honestly wouldn't have thought possible before. All because of you. Thank You <3

    Cassey, you’ve changed my life so much. Not only with your body-changing workouts, but with your encouragement to drink water! I used to have problems with dehydration; I never EVER drank water. But once I discovered you this summer, I’ve been drinking 8 glasses of water a day! Thanks for your encouragement and just being amazing at everything you do 🙂

    Cassey has simply changed my life. She has taught me to like working out! I always look forward to getting home and listen to Cassey killing me 😀 We do POP Pilates together with my mom sometimes, and it’s really fun! I LOVE Cassey’s recipe’s too! I have tried them all and simply love them. It was an honour to meet Cassey in an airplane in August on the way to SF and have a little chat with her 😀

    I’ve tried multiple workout plans, diet plans… anything to get my pre-baby body back. Nothing has worked until now. Cassey and her Blogilates have shown me that it’s a lifestyle you must embrace, not just an end result. I’ve been using her workout calendars and I’ve never felt this good. I have a 10 month old son and I’m already seeing tone in my belly and my legs, which were hit the hardest with baby fat. The workouts and meal plans give me energy, something difficult to come by as a new mom, and gives me that special “me time” I’ve been craving. Without Cassey I’d probably be still very unhappy with my body, my image, and my overall health. So thank you Cassey, honestly. You’ve been a lifesaver.

    A a young teenager trying to become healthier, POP has helped and motivated me to get fit in a way that made me comfortable about myself and comfortable in the environment I was in. It is so lovely to see casseys huge big smile in the comfort of your own warm bedroom and go at your own pace (not at the pace of bikini models around me in a normal Pilates class). I have also started to travel and cassey has been my savior to going overseas to freezing countries and not coming back un-fit! Thank you for all the sweat and motivation and I take the opportunity right now to apologise for the times when I have disliked you because I thought I was finished only to hear ‘okay, 10 more now’!

    Blogilates has enabled me to completely overhaul my perspective on fitness and healthy living, and has shown me strength, muscles and determination I never knew I had.     I never realized how beautiful and strong my body is. Cassey showed me that my body exceeds my expectations in strength, and my mind exceed my expectations in power.     I went from 140 pounds to 120 within 3 months (new goal 110)! All with the help of Blogilates.com, Pop Pilates, and of course the ever so motivational Cassey Ho! Cassey really motivated me to exercise, and believe it or not, I’ve actually learned to LOVE exercising! “Train insane or remain the same.” that has been my modo since the start (even bought the tee!)     Hi Cassey!
    I’m Gretchen and I am 15, I’m not overweight or anything, just wanting to tone up my body! I started Blogilates around early September, and have been absolutely LOVING it ever since!!! I work out at least 4 or 5 times a week to your videos and you have taught me a few things. The first one is just to appreciate my body for all it can do, and also you have helped me realize being fit can be fun and I now love to workout! It makes me feel so empowered!
