I finally got a chance to record a video of me opening your fan letters! So much fun. Loved getting messages and cute things from you guys :)
Please take a look and see if your name got called! I want to thank everyone who took the time to send me a letter and/or gifts. It makes me smile to see my PO Box full of envelopes!
Now I wanted to make this a little more fun. I got a message from a POPster today who said I should have people send me their secrets kinda like PostSecret.com. I remember watching a feature on this on 20/20 like years ago. Basically people send handmade postcards to this one address and it’s all anonymous…and they spill their deepest darkest secrets.
Well I thought…hmmm…why don’t we make this more of an inspirational project…
You know how I tell you that if you want something really bad, just declare it to the universe and it will happen? Well, I’m setting up my PO Box as a place where you can safely send me your dreams. I call it…Dream Mail.
You can keep it anonymous but make it super personal. Tell me what you want and why. Tell the truth. Write it on a pretty handmade post card and send it to me. Then I will announce your dreams on camera to solidify them.
I think this will inspire a lot of us to write things down and be aware of what we want. Remember, you can always paint your own future. It all starts with your declaration to the universe!!

Genius. It’s really hard to believe in your most passionate dreams when you feel like there’s no one to share them with. But we know we can trust you, Cassey, because you wouldn’t ever doubt our ambitions or poke fun at how superfluous they may seem. You showed us that as long as we follow our passion, which for you, was teaching Pilates to your students, and with determination and belief in your own creative ability, you won’t have to constantly worry about money (yoga bags/inspirational swag!), you can love your job and help people dig deep down to discover the drive inside of themselves in an enjoyable way. You contribute to saving the world and lengthening lives. I bet you even help farmers sell fruit and veggies with your global following! Your excitement and happiness is contagious, AND you make time to take care of yourself, connect with those whom you appreciate, and work. And for all of that, you’ve convinced me my dreams can come true if I never let anyone stop me, including my own previous doubts.
You’ve also inspired me to speak my mind on blog posts, because you actually take the time and care to read them. It’s revitalizing to remember that my opinion actually matters. Thank you. <3

I love how you took the idea of post secret and made it your own! When I lived in a dorm we had a post secret and some of the stuff people said really turned me off. This is so much better than that! I love that it’s like an art project too :)

Cassey, my boyfriend just broke up with me, but I won’t let that stop me from doing your workouts, because your videos help get rid of some of those negative feelings. Also, I think I might actually send you mail, because you’re my biggest role model, and I really look up to you. I’m thinking I might draw a picture or something…I’m getting really excited about this!

I think this is a wonderful idea! The only thing is that sometimes postsecret is rather depressing to go on…hopefully ours can be uplifting and inspirational rather than sharing secrets that put other people down. :)

I think this is a great idea. I believe it can really help a lot of people to get more inspired to leave the past behind and continue forward with that weight lifted off them. Cant wait to hear more on this!!

I had to do a mock PostSecret assignment for one of my classes last year; it was certainly an interesting task! I like this idea a lot, though! Thanks for being willing to help others set goals and achieve their dreams; you go so far beyond just posting videos for people to improve their physical appearance, and I really appreciate that!
