I finally got a chance to record a video of me opening your fan letters! So much fun. Loved getting messages and cute things from you guys :)
Please take a look and see if your name got called! I want to thank everyone who took the time to send me a letter and/or gifts. It makes me smile to see my PO Box full of envelopes!
Now I wanted to make this a little more fun. I got a message from a POPster today who said I should have people send me their secrets kinda like PostSecret.com. I remember watching a feature on this on 20/20 like years ago. Basically people send handmade postcards to this one address and it’s all anonymous…and they spill their deepest darkest secrets.
Well I thought…hmmm…why don’t we make this more of an inspirational project…
You know how I tell you that if you want something really bad, just declare it to the universe and it will happen? Well, I’m setting up my PO Box as a place where you can safely send me your dreams. I call it…Dream Mail.
You can keep it anonymous but make it super personal. Tell me what you want and why. Tell the truth. Write it on a pretty handmade post card and send it to me. Then I will announce your dreams on camera to solidify them.
I think this will inspire a lot of us to write things down and be aware of what we want. Remember, you can always paint your own future. It all starts with your declaration to the universe!!

I think this is an awesome idea for multiple reasons! One bc it is very positive and allows people a chance to express themselves in a safe way. Also I love the idea that its mail, you encourage postcards, I feel with so much of our lives based around technology (which don’t get me wrong I love technology) we tend to lose the art of handwritten letters or artwork as expression! The name dream mail is a perfect fit! I think this is a great idea and I love the constant inspiration and motivation your videos and blogs brings! Thanks! Xoxo

This is such a great idea! It’s one thing to always think about your dreams, it’s another to have it written down creatively on paper. I’ll have to make two copies -one for you, one for my wall. Haha :)
The blogilates community is a great idea & possible thanks to technology but I LOVE that snail mail will now be a part of it too!

This is a totes amazing way to dream out loud! Voice your dreams to the universe and they will surely be heard. 2013 will most certainly be our year to turn our dreams into reality fellow Popsters (: Then we will all be living our dreams… how cool would that be!?!?

That’s an amazing idea! I’ve been following PostSecret.com for many years and have always loved the freedom it brings by having an anonymous secret published. That’s why I think it’s inspiring that you thought of the Dream Mail idea :) There are lots of things in life which are too scary to announce that you wish to achieve from fear of not achieving them, but by allowing people to send you there goals and dreams you are yet again finding a creative way to help motivate those in need.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS IDEA!! My big sister that lives all the way in Bermuda, is always telling me that I must declare to the universe what I want and that MY THOUGHTS CREATE THINGS! She always tells me to THINK POSITIVE! I know she will love this idea too! My sister thinks you are awesome too, Cassey! She loves the fact that you have taken your talent and something that you love to do and have manifested it into an opportunity to work at it and that it helps and makes others happy in the process!!

I love all of your workouts. ive done them before and got great results.but now that ive gained some weight its time to get back with it. I did 2 cardio vids this morning and feel AMAZING!
This is such a sweet idea! It kind of reminds me of post-secret, but more motivational in a way because it is not just a secret but a dream that one wants to achieve. I will definitely have to send one maybe that will get me to move my butt towards achieving my dream. Thank you so much Cassey for being such a motivational person fitness wise and personal-life wise and everything in between! This is such a great idea Cassey! I know it is hard sometimes to really speak your dreams because you are afraid of being judged by others, or even worse, told that you will never achieve them. This has happened to me in the past and it’s very hurtful. It is awesome though that you are taking it upon yourself to really motivate people and tell them that not only should they believe in themselves but that you believe in them too. You are such an inspiration! Your compassion for others is something I strive for.
Again, so inspirational! I m definitely going to send you a dream mail, since I feel stuck lately and I’m liking the world we live in less and less every day. I try looking on the positive side, but it’s not always easy… Maybe it’s time to reorganize my thoughts and my dreams and reconsider my life. Thanks for everything Cassey!

You are such an inspirational person Cassey, you don’t even know! I never really got excited about working out before I found you last november. It was love at first sight! if you know what I mean. :D Because of you I have lost some belly fat that I honestly never believed to be able to lose (otherwise I have almost no fat on my body and thought that this belly was genetical) and I’ve built muscles everywhere and cannot stop admiring them! :D I work out about an hour every day, I even have serious troubles with having a day off… Never ever before you has one person made me this inspired! Thank you, Cassey!

I am in love with idea! As an art teacher, the homemade postcards about dreams sounds like a pretty sweet idea for a lesson plan for my elementary school youngins! Definitely look for some dream cards projects on twitter!!

Loved the idea. My letter will get there maybe in 2 months tho lol but in the meantime my dreams will be flying into USA I wanna thank you for the motivation you brought back to me this year, it’s so hard find strong by youself to keep going and think you worth and have someone like you, even not knowing me, make me fell better and capable of things, some days when I fell alone, out of focus and lost it’s great have your videos, not just for the workouts but they way you can talk to us, so full of energy and happiness, we can see and fell it and that bring us hope and strengh to continue.
