I was doing this video but it didn’t burn my inner thighs, it just REALLY hurt my hips, does that mean I was doing it wrong?

Yeah me too, i have really skinny legs and I just want to have abit more shape to them, but i dont always know if i’m burning calories or actually toning them? Because i want the opposite of losing cals, but i love the bubbliness you have Cass, and thanks for the perkiness my butt now has because of you :P

I have a question. My legs are huge and I’m trying to slim them down but its mainly muscle, not fat. If I do something like the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge (or any video with a lot of squating) would my thighs and calves get larger or slimmer? And what kind of exercise should I do so that it does get slimmer?
