Hey Cassey! I’ve been wondering if you could do a video that targets your hamstrings and that general back of the leg/glute area. I do my cardio, but I really want to gain a bit of muscle there. I’m afraid I’m not working that area enough and I don’t know how to. A hamstring video would be WONDERFUL! Love you so much!

Hey Cassey! I love that I can do your workouts with little to no equipment. I love that you incorporate things I have around the house like books and magazines. I actually bought some equipment like a regular yoga ball, a bosu ball (the half yoga ball for balancing) and a weighted hula hoop because I thought they would help me get in shape. But I have no idea what to do with this stuff! Do you have any recommendations for exercises or websites with videos using this kind of equipment?

I ordered a bottle and in english it does not say mono sodium glutimate, but it french it says glutimate monosodique.
It is like they were trying to say it was just a ” food additive” in english to fool consumers! ugh!
Anyways, thought I would let you know since you are big fan. :( Cholula does not have monosoduim glutimate in it though. So maybe you can switch — if you prefer.

Although I love Your vids I just more like to memorized them and exercise during watching tv or something on the compjuter. It would be helpful to know which muscle exectly I’m now slimming down ^^

I just did your thigh video from London- which I always love to do, but just a little suggestion- you should try to set an amount of reps per leg. For the inner thigh pulses, you did a TON more reps on the 2nd leg than the first. This makes me feel so uneven because I notice this on most of your videos.
Also, you need to stretch at the end of workouts. Especially inner thighs. If your inner thighs are super tight and stiff, it affects your knees and your outer hips and sacrum. Stiff muscles are not effective muscles. So you should consider stretching the muscles you are targeting at the end of each video.

When I just workout 30 minutes in one day, I usually do some sort of HIIT and then fill in the rest of the time with pilates toning. The rest of the day, I try to take as many extra movements as possible like walking as possible for errands. Doing things on my feet instead of the desk.
Also, you may want to look at your diet and see what habits you can cut…. like for me it is eating too late at night. When I don’t eat for a few hours before bed, I notice a pound or two difference in weight just by changing that habit alone.
I absolutely love your videos! You are the only person I feel right working out with now. I was wondering if there is an exercise that builds outer thighs but tones inner thighs? I want slim inner thighs (thigh gap) but slightly muscular outer thighs, so my legs have that nice shape to them. I know some exercises to build outer thighs but I am afraid it will build my inner thigh as well. Any suggestions?

My calves died today during that calf workout, lol. XD I used 10 pound weights (I woulda used 5 pounders but I didn’t want to go get them and the 10 pounders were right next to me…), so halfway through the video I got cramps in my calves… but I just worked through it and stretched them real good afterwards to get rid of the cramping.
When I started, I thought it would be easy, because my calves have never gotten tired from a workout.

I totally agree with you! I love how enthusiastic Cassey is. If she were like all those other boring fitness video people, I wouldn’t do her videos. The main reason I do her videos is because she makes it fun (believe me, if she didn’t make working out fun, I’d have stopped after the first video because it was so hard, lol).
BTW, Can, her enthusiasm isn’t fake. She is a fun and energetic person, and her videos reflect that (if you actually followed her blog instead of just doing the workout videos, you’d know that). I’ve done workout videos from people who were trying too hard to sound happy and upbeat. It’s wayy different than Cassey’s enthusiasm.

I’ve been doing your workouts for 3 weeks plus eating clean and I’ve lost 7 pounds since then! whooo! amazing!!! i do a lot of your POP Cardios… and lot of pop pilates. actually have a problem with my legs. I’m a short Asian girl with short legs. so due to my short legs, my thighs and my calves are really huge. after doing your pilates exercises, my thighs got smalle! thank God! but my calves are not so good. before, my entire legs, below my knees were big. from the calves to the ankles. people used to measure my calves with their hands and make fun of it and laugh about it. i laughed along too.. but to be honest, I never felt okay when people did that. now after losing weight, my calves are still big while below it, my legs became slim. So its like a lollipop. its a thin lollipop stick and then boom! the calves! the lollipop is there. even after burning fat, my other body parts are getting slimmer. but not my calves. its not muscle. its fat. cuz my calves are not firm. they wobble a lot. so it is fat. but i can’t seem to burn the fat in my calves. any help Cassey??
HEY! your story sounds really successful! I’ve been doing alot of Cassey’s workout and I’ve noticed that my legs have definitely toned up alot than they were! Which was your were your favourite workouts? I really want to be able to slim my thighs like you have as well!
You can’t spot reduce, you just have to lose body fat overall if you want a slimmer face, through a clean, healthy diet and exercise (hiit and strength training)

Your videos are amazing! They work so well & are super fun to do, unlike other Pilates :) After watching the Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge, I could really feel it in my legs. Would you suggest doing the exercise everyday? Or would that be too vigorous to do frequently ?
I love how many pairs of colourful sneakers you have in the legs n’ lunges video! Also, that and all your other videos are killer, but in a good way! I just did an hour of legs and thighs with 2 cardio videos and I’ve been seeing major results too! Thanks so much Cassey! (:
