  1. My inner thighs feel the burn & I LOVE IT! I really want to slim my thighs & knees down without bulking up too much muscle. I’m working towards a thigh gap & a strong core so I really want to make continue with these exercises, keep working out, & maintain my clean diet, & im sure i can do it with your help. Your videos are spot on & your peppy persona makes it 10x more fun!

    Hi Cassey, your workout videos are great!!!!!! :]] I have really huge calves, and they are kinda muscular. :[[. I do cardio (jogging) everyday and I ‘d like to do your pop pilates to slim my calves down. But I really don’t want to bulk them up!!!!! Any suggestions??

    I have been doing your videos for about a month and I love them! My favorites are the challenges, because no matter how busy I am, I can squeeze in a few challenges and I always feel a burn!

    Would you consider doing a bicep challenge and a shoulder challenge?

  11. Love the inner thigh and calves challenge. Could you make a outer thigh/butt flap challenge to B.O.B and Taylor swift Both Of Us!?!?!? (yes butt flap, I would like my butt to look like two volleyballs, not two mud flaps behind the wheels of a semi)

  12. I recently discovered your site and its so much fun. Love all the bright colors, it suits your chipper personality perfectly! I just did the “Drive By” inner thighs video. I didn’t think I could get sweaty that quickly, it was great. My hip flexers were quickly tuckered out. Will need to try some of your others videos to target my inner thigh areas that really need the work!

    Hello,
    I`ve looked at all your videos and they were amazing!!
    I have a very fat leg and it`s super short and it`s really embarrassing when I wear skirts and shorts. I love to wear them but I hate my legs. I have a flat tummy but my legs are bulky and muscular…… I do a lot of dancing. I`ve tried everything on the internet but nothing worked and finally I found your videos and I`m planning to do them now!! Will these Excersize help me??? My friends say that it`s really effective though.

    • at first you said your legs are fat, and then you said they’re bulky and muscular… they can’t be both! If they’re bulky and muscular, this probably won’t help them get smaller because Pilates builds muscle. But if they’re “fat,” then this will tone you up but you need to do cardio exercises to burn the fat.

  17. Cassey do you know anything about bow-leggedness? I’ve recently discovered that I have it & apparently pilates can help? I love all your videos but find it difficult sometimes due to this e.g. straightening my legs. Any help would be so appreciated.

    I know you are the busiest person alive, but when you get a chance- could you make butt bulking vids. I want a BIG athletic booty that sticks WAY out there! Like: “WOAH! MOON in the ROOM!” Also i think Tom-Boy Hips would be a fun video to add!

    Love this one! I had to walk around on the balls of my feet for three seconds a few times so I didn’t die, but it was great! Pointing my toes in made me feel an area of my calves I’ve never felt before. You’re a genius :)

Hi Cassey….i have been doing ur videos from last 4 months….i have got saddle bag problem…..i workout 5 times in a week….n i do ur video for saddle bags twice every time with cardio n other videos….but not seeing much difference :(….even have cut off most of sugar in my diet….kind of demoralize…….should I assume that itz never gonna go cause itz genetic… help plzzzz….:)

    • do you incorporate cardio? if you dont do enough cardio, you’ll just have muscle building underneath the fat.

    I just came across your perky butt and long lean legs workout and decided to give it a shot… All normal (cute as usual) until you say you’re in Cairns… Then I think wait… Cairns? My friend Elizabeth & I do them in my dorm room a few times a week & we’re trying to do a few every day to the point where we don’t have to stop. Any tips on how often to do each video per day/week? And what kind of cardio do you do as well? I’m reallllllyyy trying to get that perfect spring break bod but have fatty thighs!! Help!

  35. hey cassey, i suggest that you add stretches at the end of your workouts. if one does not stretch immediatly after building muscle, one becomes tight.

  39. Hi Cassey! :) I was wondering if you would be able to do a printable and/or maybe even a video JUST FOR CALVES…? I wanna start running, but my calves wont be able to handle it. I thought maybe I should tone them up with some Pilates first :) some times I like to do little exercises through out the day when I don’t have time to take a whole hour to work out. It is also easier on my muscles, so that I don’t over work them all at once.

    Any suggestions on exercises to tone my calves B4 I start running?

  43. All the exercises are killing and you just give enough motivation to keep on doing that exercise even when we feel that we are 1 sec apart from giving up!
