Fitness, Food, & POP PIlates
This is one of my favorite leg workouts because it is simple but EFFECTIVE. I am thirteen and I don’t really do sports and so I do pilates to get in my exercise. I really enjoy your videos!!!
I wonder if you have any tips on thickening the neck? I have tried slug oil, but it isn’t working very well. My doctor recommended that I wear a 50 pound choker for a month, which I did. However, my neck is still only as thick as a polish sausage. I feel like I need more neck muscle during these workouts, so please let me know how to strengthen them.

I actually loved doing this workout. I couldn’t do the last set perfectly, but I am so happy you did this video. I only wish that the sequencing was slightly different. I wished that I could do the figure 4 squats earlier in the video so that my ankle wouldn’t slip off due to the sweat. thanks for a great routine.

I’m looking for prenatel workouts as well! The specific prenatel ones that I’ve found so far on YouTube feel a little bit too easy for me, I want to actually feel like I’m strengthening my muscles not coasting.
I can do all the moves except when it comes to the circles – my right hip pop really badly [it kind of hurts sometimes]. I stretch and am working on my flexibility – but what else should I do to prevent the popping?

Exactly! I do gymnastics and am pretty flexible but my hips still pop.
I fell out for 2 1/2 weeks because of that horrible flu that is going around here. Just started back up tonight and couldn’t believe how hard it was. My hips were clicking, my muscles were weak, I was out of breath, but here I am again! Thanks for the inspiration, Cass!
Juicy Couture makes these really cute one-pieces (if you’re into that) that are very feminine… ruffles, cute pastel colors, and almost look like a skimpy dress. I bought 2: a pretty pink and a powder blue. To die for!
I really need your help, I’m trying to do the calendar but sometimes there are some moves that I don’t like so I’ve decided to pick a video from each body part and do it everyday. (With always my hour of cardio) what you guys think? It’s ok in this way?
Well, that’s basically what I do, so hopefully it’s fine…I do try to have some “focus days”, though (focus on upper body one day, abs the next, then lower body, etc.) and then mix those up so that I get a bit of a break and my body doesn’t get too used to anything. Hope that helps :)

I wish you would not talk about “murdering” and “attacking” body parts. I know it is a figure of speech but it seems to promote body hate, which I know you do not intend to do with these videos.

Which workout or what to do if my lower leg muscles are rounded when i am wearing high heels and it doesnt look very sexy, what I can do do to make them look more longest?
So when I do the half clam lifters it is really uncomfortable all over my sciatic and really bothers the back of my legs…. is their something I’m doing wrong? I kind of wish that their was a different angle so I could see exactly where her knee is and how far it is back… any suggestions? I tried different angles with my leg straighter and more bent and less behind my hip and yada yada.

Hey, I love doing ab work and I REALLY need it. I’m having terrible back issues :c Doing any kind of ab exercises seem to hurt my back, and even my neck, more than my abs. Any advice??
You could try using a thick pilates mat and putting a pillow under your head. If that doesn’t work, try googling “standing ab workouts”…I tried some of those, and while they aren’t usually as intense as most of Cassey’s videos, they felt pretty effective. Besides, you can do it even without a mat xD
