those easiest cookies in the world looks totally fab and delish, although I belive it would taste even better in the dehydrator to not take away those amazing beneficial nutrients and is like as if eating it baked or in the microwave because using the microwave it adds radio activity to your body…. =)))

hey, if you didnt know, i hurd olive oil shouldn’t be used for high heat cooking, turns it into a bad fat for you. use grape seed or coconut oil for high heat.
i dont think you know this but… fats are actually REALLY good for you!! “fat free” things are extremely bad for you because (although they may not say it on the label) they have to put extra sugars into fat free stuff because they know that when you take out the fat it tastes SUPER GROSS!! GOOD FATS really benefit your body!! your body needs those good fats to grow muscle and give you energy!! :) :)

Hey fellow blogilatiers :), I just made the banana pancake recipe and it didn’t work out :/ I have no idea how I could have messed it up but I’m just wondering if anyone Else’s didn’t turn out that amazing?
you’re not alone! i tried to make it as well and mine was a mess :S i’m not sure what went wrong but i’m going to try it again tomorrow and see if i get better results :P

i made them and they where WONDERFUL!! so i decided to make another batch… they didnt quiet turn out the same. :\ but. when you do get them to work.. they are SUPER SUPER yummy!! :) i hope you have better luck with them next time! DONT GIVE UP THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!!!
same, the first time i did them, i was so exicited to have that bite with the mysterious flavor. i suppose they tasted how they should taste and it wasnt bad, but something definatly wen wrong. i have made them 3 times and its a fail everytime… same for the cookies :(
The first time I made the pancakes they were really hard to flip them but after I got used to it they turned out okay. I loved them and they are my new favourite thing to make on a Sunday morning.
The first time I made them, they came out really bad, too. Like completely inedible. :(
But when I tried again, I whisked the eggs separately and then broke the banana apart with my fingers first, then combined the two ingredients. I then used the whisk to mash the banana even more, sprayed the pan with a nonstick spray, and left them a little chunkier (which made them fluffier and easier to flip).
the trick to these guys is a very very low heat. we are essentially making a baked custard (sort of like a cheesecake or flan). be gentile and patient to them, and the protein will eventually coagulate. throwing a lid over them will also help circulate the heat for a more even coagulation. if it’s still not working, throw in a scoop of ground flax seed or psyllium husks. those guys will definitely bind the pancake together :)
try using a mixer instead of a whisk they turn out smoother and are easier to cook. I loved mine the were less Banana-y tasting than I expected.
I did the pancake recipe but made them into waffles instead and they turned out great! i also put in a bit of hemp seed just to add some omega 3′s :) i hope yours works out!
I went to make the minute muffin and realised I didn’t have any berries so I added a squeeze of honey instead and it was delicious!!

OMG! the banana pancakes are awesome, i made it and it was really delicious. Cassey your really awesome and fabulous. i lost 9 kg since i started doing your videos and eating clean. but i have a question, I’m 5’7 feet and 74 kg. i want to know if i am on my healthy weight or do i need to lose more ????

Got any tips for healthy weight gain? I’m unfortunately underweight at the moment, I need to gain a good 10 or 15 pounds, but I want to do it without junk food. Any ideas?
