Here’s a cool DIY project to do with your family this holiday season! or whenever really! Grab your old t-shirts it’s time to make fitness fashion free and easy! This is the DIY Muscle Tank I am wearing in my latest VS Bombshell Butt Workout Video:
Cute yeah? Here’s how to do it!
STEP 1: Cut the crew neck and sleeves off. Then cut the sides of the shirt completely. If you’re bold enough you can go from the hem of the shirt to the top of the shoulder in one straight line instead of doing sleeves then side. Up to you!
STEP 2: Fold in half and cut a U shape!
Step 3: Open up! This is what you have. Then pull, pull, pull!!! This gets rid of all the jaggedy edges by stretching the cotton and it starts giving cool shape to your top!
THE FINAL RESULT! Pair with a bright sports bra! It’s so bad-a** sexy to wear this to the gym over a pair of booty shorts. It’s like your a tough girl from the front and back but from the side you’re a sassy bombshell!
