Finally! Last category of the night. The People’s Choice Recipe of the year. The nominees are: Easy Cookie, Minute Muffin, and Banana Pancake. In all honesty, this may be the toughest category. Which of these was the easiest, yummiest, and most shockingly amazing recipe?

And to add, I know this is something most people that are not Japanese, (well, actually, many Japanese people cannot even eat this…the smell is…well, very gross) will not be able to eat, but it’s fermented soy beans. In Japanese, we call it Natto. I personally LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
Being half Japanese, and living in Japan, we have lots of tofu, fish, soybean foods, and of course, seaweed! Which makes me happy.
