I totally like the last video ^^ and this upper body workout – I FEEL that my hands became stronger! I did it almost without breaks =3

I did it, yeeeeees. It was amazing mounth and tomorow let´s go for a new calendar. I really love pilates and Casey is amazing. After this calendar I not lost weight but my body looks much better. Thank you Cassey <3
I’ve started this calendar several times, but I finally made it through! I have to be honest, I took breaks during the videos, there was no way I could keep up with Casey and all her energy! I didn’t lose weight and I am not sure how much stronger I am. But what was most important for me was to do something active each day. Now in December I am going to use the elliptical machine in the basement at work three days a week and the December calendar the other three days a week. I hope I can stick to that plan as well as I stuck to this one.

I can’t believe I made it to the last day of the begginers calender. It took me 6 weeks instead of 4 since I work 2 jobs and got injured at work , twice. But this is the first time I have ever stuck with a workout plan. The videos are fun and not to hard, you get stronger by the time you reach a video the second or third time, which makes you feel better about yourself because you know you’ve been working and training- and you’ve already got small resolts . Can’t wait to start December with this amazing group! Thanks for all the support !
Just finished the Beginners Calendar! Couldn’t watch/do the “Drive by Inner Thighs” video as I’m in Germany, so I decided to go CRAZY and do the 1000 Squat Challenge instead. AND I FINISHED THE WHOLE THING! I am so proud of myself right now!!!!! Nothing compares to that burn and the soreness… I think I won’t be able to walk at all tomorrow :)
Thank you so much for beeing an inspiration to me. Finally i found something i like and stick to. I can feel my body getting stronger and are starting to se results. Loving pilates and cassey.

I remember trying to do this last workout about a month ago and failing, now I did it all the way and though I did shake- it feels amazing. I am also finally going vegan (I didn’t eat meat, fish or eggs for years but did take some cheese and yogurt which is off limits now) and it really feels great.
I am happy with my body but have history of cancer and illness in family so hopefully this will help me in my health and life journey.
Well done all of you (us) for finish this calendar, I will use several days I’ve got until November and do some “more advanced” workouts and then do a regular November’s calendar!

Woooo finished! Today was really hard for some reason. Also the sound cuts out during the second video for most of the middle part so it’s hard to focus because I had to keep staring at the screen. ROCKtober starts tomorrow!!!! Did anyone else’s hips click during that last vid? My left hip was really clicking, it’s never happened before :/

It’s okay to do so :) Everyone is at a different level, as you continue working out you’ll become stronger and more flexible. Before you know it, you’ll be able to keep your legs straight while doing the Drive By Thighs Challenge!
So happy to have stuck with this for all 28 days – going on to the September 2014 calendar now!

I can’t believe I actually made it! Now I’m off to follow the monthly programs. Cassey, if you’re reading this, I want to thank you so much for doing these. Ever since I started working out with you, not only do I see physical results, but I also feel so much more confident and happy with who I am. So thank you so much for helping me better myself, you have no idea how much that means to me.

Whoooaaww!!! I made it, we made it :)) It was a great month for me becuase i eat vegetables, meat, bread, jam, cheese, cheesecake, cake and everything i want but i lost weight! My body got in shape. I just tried to didn’t eat when i’m not hungry at all. That was all i do, and this calendar of course :) I’m so happy and proud of myself. I love my body, even if i gain weight later. Thank you for everything Cassey.

I just finished the begginers calendar. I am so proud of myself. I managed to lose five pounds, and I see a better definition in my body. I still have a ways to go. I want to lose 10 more pounds. I know this is just the first step and that the future workouts to go will only make me that much more stronger. I want to thank cassey for her guidance. Ever since I first ran into her videos on youtube, I’ve followed up with blogalates. She’s a great mentor. Congrats to everyone who made it thus far. I am dripping in sweat as I’m typing!!!! Keep going on your journeys, anything’s possible.(:

Wow, I’m so happy that I finished the Beginner’s Clendar and the Inner thighs were very effective and sore. Now I’m off to do the August calendar. I’m so proud of completing the Beginner’s Calendar, I feel so much stronger and happier. This has motivated me to do her regular calendar’s every month. Can’t wait. Love you Cassey. :)
Finished! Wow wow wow, on to GIVE YOUR ALLGUST now! I can’t believe I finished this, I had no idea I’d feel this strong and good about myself at the end. I have seen physical changes (toning, weight loss) and mental and I love that, I’m beginning to love my body and I’m absolutely loving how strong I feel !!! If anyone is at the beginning of the calender and reading these comments (I did!) just give it all you got and stick to it, you will see results, just hang in there!

I Didn’t skip one day, for the first fime in my lifetime I stuck to a fitness shcedule ! Amazing. Would you have told me this 3 months ago, I would not have believed you.
I dit this to try to get in shape after some surgery, and lose the 10 pounds I had got during this harsh period. Sadly, I lost ZERO pounds,despite my efforts (I also tried to eat cleaner) and I am really disappointed about that. But I do feel stronger though, and that’s still a good point.
I still want to lose those pounds, I feel they are weighing me down… What do you think could do the trick ? Should I start again the beginner calendar and wait for it to slim me down ? Should I start again the calendar and add more cardio ? (wut, even more exercises ?!) Should I just stop eating ? (half kidding, I mean I already didn’t eat so badly and I am not sure I could eat much less/healthier. Life is hard, I need to eat !)
Probably combine the cardio exercises with the calendar. The calendar helps you tone up and build muscle and the cardio burns off the fat.

I absolutely love Drive by Inner Thighs! Amazing! I’m a huge fan of these quickie workouts to songs. I love to add them to my workouts as something extra! I would love to see one for an arm workout with 3 or 5lb dumbbells (if you don’t already have one – and I just can’t find it). Thanks!
