My lil sister Jackelyn who you’ve seen in the POP Kicks vid sent me an unexpected gift yesterday morning just as I was getting ready to film. I heard the doorbell ring and was like “Ugh seriously! Good thing I didn’t start recording yet!” I found a lovely fruit bouquet with a Disney Princess crown at my doorstep! When I found out that it was from my lil sis, I felt all warm and special inside! She’s coming back from Australia next week and I cannot wait to see her! It’s nuts that she’s been out of the country for 1 year! I seriously can’t believe it!!
I was so ecstatic to get an Edible Arrangements bouquet!! I’ve never gotten one before so it was so exciting looking at all of the pretty fruit flowers and things. Honestly, this is way better than roses!!! BECAUSE I CAN EAT MY FLOWERS.

I just want to say, that even though I’ve been doing your videos once in a while, this year I’m totally committed to doing your workouts this year. I’m still doing your #JaNEWary calender which is a huge improvement from when I tried to do your October calender which I only did a week of. I love your workouts and I’m so glad I found you waaaay back in April. You’ve really inspired me so much and I know you’ll help me reach my three fitness goals this year: do a plank for 5 minutes, be able to run for 5 minutes, and build more muscle. I’ve already noticed more muscle popping up and it’s only been 16 days! You’re amazing and I hope you have the best birthday ever today!
Oh, and congrats to all the winners too! You guys rock just as much as Cassey and the rest of the blogilates community!

It has been my dream to be able to really kill my workout by watching along on tv! It was wonderful and so cool! I looked at every single feature!!!
