Hey Cassey,
I LOVE YOU, AND YOUR WORKOUTS!!!! x
I agree with Jessica, you really do kick my ass, i always give up but i then say : ‘No alisha stop being such an idiot, you really do wanna get rid of the belly dont ya?’ The i talk to myself and reply: @ Yh i hate this belly to bits!!!!’ And i try not to give up but sometimes just eventually give up!!!! Sorry!!! BUT….
Those banana pancakes looked absolutely amazing that it made my mouth water!!!! Can you Believe that??? (I’D LOVE TO TRY TO MAKE THE PANCAKES, BUT I’M ONLY 12 YEARS OLD!!! =(
Lots of love,
Alisha xox
Cassey,
I just wanted to stop and say thank you for all your hard work. You put in so much effort and seriously you changed my life with a fun way to work out and motivation to go along with it. Thanks for all you do!
Cassey, I just want to say that I have never hated someone and loved someone so much at the same time haha. you completely kick my ass with every video, but they’re amazing and i’m totally seeing results only two weeks in. thank you thank you thank you :)
Hi Cassey! I absolutely LOVE everything that you do, the workouts, the ogorgeous clothes, everything is perfect! But I was wondering, since all the tops look really nice paired with bright sport bras, maybe you could make some sport bras too :) xx
Hiya Cassey,
I am just 12 years old BUT i do your workouts!!!
Cassey…. U ROCK!!! YOUR TOTALLY AWESOME!!!
Lots of Love,
Alisha
P.S:Could you make a video for a flat-toned stomach??
xox
Hi Cassey!!
If I don’t have a treadmill for doing the cardio workouts can I instead run or do you have others videos that I can do instead?
Thanks!
Cassy, I recently found your vids on YouTube, and now your site. You’re awesome!
Four weeks ago I started a journey to losing weight, feeling good, and getting toned. I decided to do the 3-day Military diet to push the weight loss and to exercise daily as much as I could. (I’m a homemaker/wife; no kids yet). I started at 196# (not my heaviest, but I don’t like the number either – pants were getting tight). I’m very densly built and even at that weight looked ‘padded’ not really heavy – my lightest ever was just before I got married at 155#.
I feel it is more about how you look/feel than the number on the scale so I’ve been really fighting weighing myself, despite my husband’s curiosity…
I broke down, and I weighed myself today. I’m 180#!!! That’s 16#s lost average of 4#/week. I am tickled pink. I know that my losses will improve now that I ‘ve found your vids as I can mix it up and do more to challenge/tone my body.
I absolutely LOVE the challenge workouts as they almost ALWAYS make me sore the following day – I know that I did GOOD when I feel it the day afterwards, :).
You are an inspiration, and I will continue to use your vids to reach and maintain my goal weight of 160# (would LOVE to get down again to 155#).
Take care, thank you tremendously for your AWESOME vids, your lovely smile and enthusiasm during the vids. It’s contagious!
Keep ‘em coming. PLEASE!!
~Nona
I always do pilates weekly and of course as expected, my abdominal muscles have gained strength and volume.`

Hi, Cassey!
I found your videos during late summer and now I’m ready to really start going on a journey to lose weight starting December 1st. My only problem is that my family isn’t really the healthy type and my mom refuses to buy foods from those health markets because she thinks it’s too expensive. What should I do?
Hi Cassey, I’m 16 years old and on a social network site I asked people if they have any online help to work out (since I can’t drive myself to a gym yet), and some girl sent me to you! I’ve been so interested in working out to your videos, they’re so aspiring and motivating the whole way through! Actually the first time I worked out to your videos, I felt muscles burning that I didn’t even know could be toned!
But what I really wanted to get at was the fact that I am concerned with the nations health, and no better way to fix a bunch of people is to start with yourself and make an example. I’ve always been a little chubbier than what I should have been, but this past year after my grandpa passed away, I didn’t care what I ate and I went into emotionally eating; completely on accident. I’m 5’3″ so I should be like 135lbs if I remember right, but when I started eating all the time, my highest weight was 169lbs, when I KNEW I had to do something. I was disgusted at how I let myself go, and I’ve vowed to losing the weight, and getting in shape so that I feel good about myself, and not have to wear giant hoodies so that I’m not self conscious.
Since January of this year, I started eating healthier/cleaner and I’ve gotten down to 154lbs, although that’s not where I would like to be. A big problem of mine is that I’m a picky eater, and I can’t shake that. Generally, teenagers eat junk, but I don’t want to. I want to start cleansing my body, and eating only healthy foods. I want to completely rid my body of any junk food that I eat, and start eating the way it should be. But with the peer pressure of just having junk food all around, sometimes it’s hard to say no.
Second, I follow you on Instagram and I see the food you post, and obviously it works for you but I wouldn’t eat anything like that. I was wondering if you had alternatives for people who don’t like anything like mixing their foods? Or a few suggestions to replacing some ingredients in your recipes?
Also, I’ve been having trouble lately with getting into working out after school. And I don’t have time in the morning to go for a quick run. I generally like to work out when nobody is home, and that’s from 3-5 now a days. I also have a yoga video from Rodney Yee, and it works well.
I’m really just wondering if you had any advice on how to re-kickstart my life, with being healthy and being happy with who I am so I can do so many things I won’t while I’m self conscious. I would love you forever if you gave me some tips, or tricks to live a healthier lifestyle like you do. If you read this, thank you so much for taking your time out and doing so.

Hello! i want to start off saying that you have been such an inspiration to me, and i mean that from the bottom of my heart. i struggle with insecurities within myself when it comes to my body. I think about it day and night and all i want is to look and feel good, and be comfortable in my own skin. My dream is in fact to be a nutritionist and personal trainer, and to make videos that inspire people just like you do. i have wanted to do this since i was 10 years old. But i struggle with depression every time i eat bad and it becomes a cycle for me and i continue to eat bad. I put myself down because i know its not what i truly want and who i truly am. I want to be an icon of health and fitness. Victoria secret models i know are not ideal especially since i am 5’1 but my dream is to be my own version of a Victoria secret model. I just want to know the right way to do it, and i know i will! i have a strong will, but this insecurity is making me so weak. I am so passionate about health its crazy. I know you may have sooo many of these e-mails to read but i pray that you respond to this one. I am someone who will truly benefit from your advice and im just looking for some help. Some help on how to overcome this cycle i keep going through. Please, please if you can give me some advice. i would truly appreciate it. Thank you cassie :)

Heeeeelp cassey ive been a popstar for awhile but have always had a belly pooch. i workout daily and eat healthy but i just found out that im an emotional eater and always eat till im stuffed and then regret it afterwards. im trying to eat normal portions but its sooo hard because i get cranky and depressed when im hungry. how many small meals do you eat a day? and will i EVER be able to wear a bikini? (when im married of course, but it doesnt hurt ot start early :). im a teenager with morals). ive never worn a bikini before and really want to. ive had a belly pooch forever and im pretty sure my emotional eating is the cause but its also hereditary……help if i eat 4 fist sized meals a day and exercise for an hour with you how long will it take to get a flat stomach? abs are about 36in now….. 3 in bigger than my boobs………(im an a cup so my shirts offer me no mercy. even if i have a little pooch it shows).
will i ever be able to wear a bikini? motivate myself to stick with my new lifestyle?
Ah! You’re out of Train like a beast look like a beauty tanks! Please please please make more coral ones, my friend wants one so bad and I was going to get her one with sweatpants for her birthday.
Thanks!!! :)
Oh hi, Cassey! I just want to say that you´re the most extraordinary fit and workout instructor so far i´ve practiced with, i´ve started practicing with your workouts because of lack of new home-fitness practice variations, i´ve been searching for new ways how to train to keep in sport shape and increase my strength and power and i have to say i LOOOOVE it totally. It´s fun and i feel even after one week since starting much better again and much stronger, physically and mentally. It really helped me mainly after loosing my weight too much, what´s not so much good for figure skater, yep, this sport requires muscles, not skinny, nearly bony body, what i almost reached till i haven´t came to myself, when all my ice practices started to be weakened, i had been loosing my energy and strength all the time, shitty me, eating even less than half portion of food. Somehow i went stupid, but it´s okay now…. i hope so, ahahah. One thing i know that´s for sure, that i´ll deffinitelly continue working out with you, because i´ve already told you so, how much i like it, you encourage me, everytime, to play again and again the videos, making series, repeate and have fun while sweating and creating better and better body!!!! I´m looking forward on every upcomming and very creative workout!!! thank you again! Mashka
Hey Cassey,
When I was around 15 years old I started dieting and doing cardio with my mom and losing weight. I lost too much, (I was never anorexic or bulimic though) and I lost my period for about an entire year… 3 pounds heavier and lots of prayers later I got my period back again. Just recently, halfway through my 20th year I started gaining weight. No change in diet, increase in exercise, I went from 114 lbs to 123 lbs very quickly. I was upset about it because even though I was more toned and everyone said I looked waaaaay better I am a little obsessed about my weight and worried about being fat. So, I decided to try to lose just 4 lbs in sweaty sept. I dieted, but really only lost about 1lbs and that was when I was sick for a week. Ugh. Then October rolls around and my period has gone missing again. Why is this happening to me? I was at 110-114 for SO long, and then I shoot up to 123 and lose my period after only losing ONE stinkin’ pound. By looking at pics on the Internet I would say that my body fat % is around 20-22% I work out hard with you 4-6 times a week and no, I do not eat completely clean, but I do not overeat either. Did I cut my calories too low and that’s why my body refused to let go of weight? I guess with tons of working out 1500 calls isn’t very much. Any thoughts? For reference I am 5’5.5″ 123lbs 36-28-36 I have a short torso so no matter how skinny I get my waist never gets smaller than 27″. Poor me. Well, I love ya. Respond if you can.
Margaret
Hey Cassey!
Love your workouts and they’re killer! However, I’ve noticed more lately that when I’m working on the ab videos, all I feel is my legs getting worked. It’s so frustrating because I feel like my legs are getting so overworked because of it. Do you know what I could do to try to fix it? Thanks so much! :)
Hi, Cassey!
How are you?
I was wondering if there was any way I could get the password for the bikini meal plan. I really need it? What do I have to do to get it?
Thank you so much for being so amazing, you have no idea how my life has changed for the better because of you!
With TONS of love and admiration,
Noa <3
Hi Cassey,
First of all I wanted to tell you that I love your attitude, your work out ( even though they’re killing me) and I’m grateful for your support. I have a question, well.. it’s more like a problem and I don’t know how to deal with it. For a long time I had been trying diets and living healthily just to loose some weight, and at the beginning it was ok, I’ve lost few kilos, but then I’ve started to working out harder, basically I was doing a lot of cardio, I was running for an hour or so… but then because of my school the thing that it’s getting darker very quickly I stopped doing that and I started to do your workout more often. The thing is that I’ve gained weight, few kilos and I weight now same as I used before I was dieting. I’ve got a feeling that I’ve hit the plateau and I’m trying to convince myself that it’s because my muscles. But I’m feeling like I’ve got a fat again, and I feel horrible because of that. I know that I need to do more cardio to burn that fat and then pilates to reveal muscles and tone up my body, I dunno if it’s working out on me. I haven’t change my diet, I’m trying to eat clean so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong ( I’ve been training for over a month now – there should be some results, don’t you think?).I love you Cassey! :)
xoxo
If I am sore from a previous workout a day ago, should I continue working out the following day and just ignore my soreness or should I just wait until I can move well?
Hey Cassey!
I started watching your videos just a few days ago and now I can’t stop! I love them! You are so inspirational and makes me want to start working out with you! I printed out your calender and am going to begin right away! I’m really going for a toned body like yours, but just have to shed a little fat first with your insane cardio videos. More cardio videos please!
Hey Cassey,
I’m in my first trimester of being pregnant and i really want to continue to work out and stay in shape but i contanstantly feeel like crap! I start to do one of your videos and get half way through and half to stop. I would love a laid back workout maybe? So i’m still doing something at least! I would love to here what you think! Please give me some advice thanks Cassey! PS. your the only pilates/ yoga person on youtube i can find that doesn’t drive me crazy! Your awesome!!!! <3
Hey, Cassey
I’m a mom of two. I have some unwanted belly fat from having kids, I’ve been having heck getting rid of it. I diet and drink water but i cant seem to get rid of it. I’m not sure how to work out. I mean do I do everything in one day, or cardio one, pilaties the next and hiit the next. How does it all work?
Hi! Everyday I do 200 situps, 100 squats, 140 side toe touches, 120 second wallsit, and 100 jumping jacks (but not all together, I do them whenever I feel like it inbetween the day). And I was wondering, does this count as cardio, and if so, can I do this instead of my daily cardio?
I wouldn’t really say so, unless you’re doing them in close succession to one another. A cardiovascular exercise typically needs to raise the heart rate for a period of time.
Hi Cassey! I was wondering if you could do a work out video to really tone up that little bit of flab under the biceps. It’s where you lift your arm, and it jiggles, it’s just so annoying for everybody, I guess. I don’t know if there is already a video for it, I’ve looked, but I couldn’t find any, and I was hoping maybe you could find some time to make one! Thank you! :)
hello everyone im 12 years old and i love cassies vedios so please keep moving and excesice. I love you cassie and please reply

Hey cassey, I want to thank you for the work out videos you have been posting, they keep me motivated. I am a very thin person, I can eat alot and not gain a pound. I don’t do cardio, but I do exercises to build some body mass in my lower and upper body. I was wondering how often I should do strength exercises that will not make me lose weight, or will not make me too bulky.
Hi Cassey! Would it be possible for you to do a workout with some of the upbeat Glee music? I always have it on for my cardio workouts, and it would be great to have a Pilates workout set to Glee!
Thanks!
Hi Cassie,
I would like to purchase a blogilates booty shorts? Please advice how I can order it and when will they be available. Thanks.
Hi Cassie~~ I’ve been doing your leg workouts… I was wondering… will I have muscles or will i get slimmer thighs! Thanks so much
Hey Cassey, i just wanna say that you have been my inspiration since the second i found out about your blog. Your videos are the most motivating things i have ever seen in my life. Considering my dream is to do what you are doing. I was overweight as a kid and i guess i just have a complex from it and right not its been a little rough. I have this confidence issue and im always constantly searching for the answers to solve it because the only thing that makes me feel strong and happy is being healthy and excercising. Latley its been having the opposite affect on me. I’ve lost motivation to workout and i’ve gotten pretty depressed everytime i eat something bad. Then i keep going downhill until i gget so depressed i dont want to do anything. My dream in life is to be a nutrionist and personal trainer. I am 16 and i have wanted to be this since i was 9 years old. I’ve just been struggling with it. You are exactly the way i want to be. Your so happy and confident and full of life. You set an example for others to follow and thats how i want to be. I want to influence people in health and make a difference. I want to wear cute fitness clothes. i LOVE that lifestyle of eating strict and working out and getting abs. i just dont know how to stick to it without the fear that it will be dangerous to go to low carb or ect..If you could helpe me out with a plan that could help me lose fat that would be awesome. im thinking about trying your 8 week plan. thanks for all you’ve done to make a differnce in my life and other people’s lives im sure! best wishes to you :)
-Jessica
Dear Cassie,
I made the transition to begin eating clean a few weeks ago, and that was pretty difficult/has been quite a process. But now, my palette has changed so that even a banana tastes super sweet, and I don’t need to put any honey in my oatmeal for me to enjoy it. Then, after my friend introduced me to the Paleo diet, I have been sticking to this form of healthy eating for the past week.
I want to stick to the Paleo diet or clean eating (and thus including grains and dairy) long-term as I focus on getting healthier and stronger, but I’m not sure which one is “better” for one’s health. And I’m not sure whether being on a Paleo diet would restrict me too much from enjoying the company of others in a situation where we’re eating…
Also as an Asian-American, I can’t imagine telling my mom that I’m not eating rice any more for the rest of my life, even brown rice…
Might you have any helpful thoughts or suggestions to my approach in changing my diet for long-term health and fitness?
Thanks so much.
Hey Cassey,
I stumbled across your videos on youtube whilst looking for workouts the other day and I fell in love with them! I tried two for the first time this morning and I am hooked, hooked on them and your website! I watched the video you did you Eating Clean, I too have Tosca’s Recharged book and it is amazing! Watching your videos has given me the boost of energy I needed to get my butt moving again! Tell you they may be short videos but man can I feel the burn!! Thanks for providing such a wonderful selection I cannot begin to say just how much I appreciate that!
Lisa
Dear Cassey,
For your high-protein bikini competition diet, what do you eat on your rest days? Do you eat strictly protein on your rest days, too?
Good luck with the competition, you look great!!! <33
Hi, Cassie :)
Love your workouts, I do them almost every day!
Anyway, the email-thing didn’t work (an error-message came up ;s)
So..
I run on the treadmill (20min) 4 times a week, and I do pilates, but I never get a defined thigh gap :( If I don’thave a thigh gap, does that mean I’m fat? Or am I too short to get one? (I’m 5’2 and 103-104 pounds)
Hope you answer me :)
- your biggest fan from Norway ^^
You are definitely not too fat because you don’t have a thigh gap! That’s ridiculous! I don’t think you have to be a specific height to get one. If you really want to get one you should check out her Bikini Blaster series! The thigh/legs workout would probably help you out best.
Dear Cassey,
A few weeks ago I discovered your videos on youtube and your really cool website. I love reading your blogs, and I absolutely admire your strength and lifestyle! I really want to start doing your workouts, but.. yeah, there’s a but.. I feel like I don’t have the time!
I wake up every morning at 5.30, go to work and get home around 6.30. By then, I’m totally exhausted from traveling and working (I have to travel 2 hours to get to work, and then 2 more to get home), and I often don’t have the energy to start up my computer, change into workout clothes en get started. I just want to watch tv, take a shower and go to bed early.
Can you give me some advice on how to get myself energized and motivated to start working out?
Love you! x
have a goal in mind and want it badly enough. u’ll figure out a way to be motivated.
Hi Cassey! I just wanted to thank you for what you do! I’ve been doing Pilates, Yoga, and dancing for my whole life, and am always looking to mix things up and challenge myself with my workouts. Finding fitness/nutrition information on the internet can be overwhelming, as I’m sure you know. I recently stumbled upon your blog and videos and I am HOOKED on POP Pilates! Your workouts have helped me supplement my dance classes and your nutrition guides have been just the thing I’ve needed to properly support the amount of physical activity I’ve been taking on. Thank you so much for sharing your love of fitness and healthy lifestyle so openly and with such enthusiasm. You have found a life-long fan in me!

Hi, I’m extremely, I mean EXTREMELY confused about the whole burn more calories than you eat thing. My bmr is 1288, and my amr is 1370. You said we should have a deficit of 500. or something like that, right? So should I be eating 1288 and then trying to burn 500 a day at the gym? I’m very lost. Or should I be eating only 870 and having the 500 already gone….
HI,
love your videos and meal plans, but I’m struggling with carbs, I’ve been all over the internet trying to figure out what a good daily carb intake is for losing weight. Do you have any recomendations?
Hi Cassey! I love your youtube vids! I have been blessed with a lot of booty and I really can’t press my lower back into the mat. What should I do? Also I can’t balance on my sit bones and hold my legs up? Is that normal or do I just need to continue to strengthen my core?
Thank you! Congrats on your new body :D
(P.S. I searched the FAQs but apparently my situation is…unique)
Continue to do the movements with bent knees. You’ll get stronger! I promise.
Hello! You are adorable! Thank you for sharing all that you do! You are such an inspiration to me. Now to the nitty gritty cause I know you a busy bee! I too, am a fitness enthusiast and have my own Zumba and PT business going. Please can you give me any advice as to how or who does your blog/website? Like is it Tumblr? HELP! I think it’s fun and creative, and I just want to pick your brain! ha ha ha! If you ever have time, or are in the LA area- PLEASE come to my Zumba class! I would love to meet you and have fun dancing! I hope to hear back from you about how you do your website, and how to get my business going as successfully as yours is! I really appreciate your time, thoughts, energy, and all that you do! Keep a POPPIN’! ;o

Hi,
A good female friend of mine has introduced me to your blogilates (mainly for your meal plans/ideas).
I noticed that you hold classes.
I’m new to pilates but I do not know if your class (at Union Sport Center on 24th April) are only for women or open to both sexes?
If it is open to both sexes, could I come along and try your class once?
Many thanks,
yes please come! and yes it’s open to everyone!
Hi Cassey!
I was just wondering when your Blogilates Booty Shorts would be available?
I absolutely adore them and can’t wait to get a pair!
in 2 weeks my love!
woo hooooo!
Love your work
Hey Cassey!
I LOVE your workout videos and I was wondering if you could help me get ready for my PROM by doing a video :D. My prom dress is floor length, off the shoulder, with some back showing and a plunging neckline. Can you help me with making my shoulders/back and arms look great, my waist look tiny, and my butt perky and big so my legs look longer? I would really appreciate it if you could make a workout for prom! Thanks Cassey!
Hi Cassey, has been an ardent fan of you for years and 2 questions here:
1. Do u mind to do a video for preventing or removing varicose veins and cellulite? Perhaps sth related to pilates, exercises or a how to video? (I’ve posted this several times, but it didn’t get any responses)
2. Is there a way to get flat abs without those bulging muscles? After doing your pilates video, it indubitably helped me toned up my abs, but I noticed there are ” sinking holes ” on my abs, which I guess must be the muscles. Is there anyway where I can get flat abs without those muscles like Nicole Scherzinger?
Thankkk yoouu <3 and thanks for the giveaways this week!! We <3 uuuuuu
Hello Cassey,
My name is Itzel I’m living in Paris, I saw your videos in youtube from Pilates and I try to do it everyday I’m very happy because you make me love pilates, I just want to say thank you very much because I think that the people that watch your blog start love sport!
Wondering if you have any great chest excersices for those of us who chose breast feeding. LOL. I could use a great workout just to shape that part of me back up.
Love your workouts. You are incredibly motivational. You have inspired me and really encouraged me to change my lifestyly.
hmm i will have to make a chest vid for sure!
Hey Cassey! :)
Love Blogilates so far and just had an idea. It would be amazing if there was a specific place for people to submit songs they think would be cool to work out to. People would get their wishes and you’d have an endless supply of music inspiration!
As for my own request, ever since the Glee episode featuring Run the World by Beyonce (and the awesome choreography they did) I’ve been desperate for a workout to that song… hoping it will appear on Blogilates one day. :D
Aaaaanyway, keep it up! Love your work.
I emailed you but no reply.. I want you to come to my college to host a pop-pilates event! Please check your email from me as I would really appreciate you coming!
Oops I just emailed you about a Skype event but didn’t realize you wanted a live one!!! OK will you email me again how many people you think will be coming etc? Let’s talk more.
Cassey,
I just found your wonderful videos on you tube the other day on a desperate quest to find some workouts to help shed extra fat. I am 24 yrs old, 5’2” and 124 lbs, I like to be around 105. I eat about a 1000 cals a day. I have just started your beginner videos paired with the cardio videos once in the morning and then once in the evening along with your advice to eat clean. I am getting married in march of 2012 and so that about 4 1/2 months. Will the above routine show me results by then? if so will they be significant or just minimal? I look forward to your response.
I am so glad I found your videos your attitude makes them fun to watch and motivates me to keep going!
thanks!
KARA :)
Hi Cassey!
Amazingly I am in the exact same situation as Kara (age, weight, amount of weight I want to lose, etc.), so I’m interested in hearing your response to this particular question. Ever since college I have been struggling to lose the same 15-20 lbs. I used to be 107-110 and now I am around 123 ish. I know this is still healthy for my height, but if I follow your 90 day plan, what kind of results can I expect? Is there anything else I should do? I love your videos and how motivational you are. I am very excited to see what the next few months have in store for me. Thanks!
