I am soooo delighted to share with you this 3 minute inner thigh workout to Train’s “Drive By”. Inner thighs were the MOST REQUESTED muscle group this round so I had no choice but to grant your wishes. It actually makes my job a billion times easier when I know what you want – all I have to do is just DO IT! So thanks for your comments – I am always reading them :)

Also, I had a thought. I know you guys like the FOOD Bites videos on BlogilatesTV – but I was wondering if you wanted like super quickie food videos where I can show you how to make something healthy in less than a minute? What should the series be called?

I just did this video as part of the April 1 calendar set for my first ever Blogilates workout, and I LOVED it! I liked this one the best of all the videos because of its repetitive challenge throughout the song. Really cool workout concept!
My back and stomach really hurt and felt nothing on my hips or thighs, am I doing it right?
Do I just do this once a day then to slim out my thighs?
I am trying this tonight.. hope it helps and fast
The first time I did this my hips hurt mostly hurt but after the 3rd or 4th time I could really see improvement in my inner thighs! Thanks Cassey!
This hurt my hips more than anything. My thighs didn’t even burn much. What’s up with that?
