No, you need to stay focused, and determind girl! YOU WILL GET THERE! You just gotta believe! I know it sounds stupid but you must stay motivated! Look at pictures of girls with abbs for instance, then strive for them! Plus try eating super healthy too, thats the most important part out of it all.

I just need some advice and I thought I can post here because I have no one to talk about it. I have been doing calorie counts and exercising everyday and I can’t seem to shed any weight. It’s been almost 2-3 weeks already. The thing is I still want to continue but then my brother and cousin started saying:
-“Oh, where’s the difference? You’ve been doing that for weeks now.”
-“You’re still fat.”
-“I really can’t see the difference”
It’s teasing but it really got to me. It is true that I have been doing this for weeks now and there is still no difference. I know this should motivate me but it gave the opposite effect. I makes me want to stop and give up. I just hope some of you can give me some advice. Thanks!

Hey Cassey I just discovered your awesomeness and you got me inspired to lose weight again. I was fit before but over time a lot of things happen and so now I want to go back to having a flat stomach. So i just started the beginners workout calendar and the 30 day ab challenge and I have a question, should i only be doing the beginners workout calendar and next month do the ab challenge or can i do it both and also when i do the roll up my legs won’t stay down so how do i fix that? I just want to say thank you for being an inspiration to me and i hope you will always have a great day because you affect so many peoples lives to be great. ^^

I am starting school on Feb 3rd. tues-sat i have class from 8:15-2:30 and mon-thu i have work 4-9. Sundays and Mondays could be great workout day! i would like to work out at least 4 days when this crazy scheduale starts. I am not an early bird! more of a night owl but either way i will be sacrificing sleep! please help!

I love Blogilates but stopped due to some serious discouragement. I realized I was trying to get fit for the wrong reasons, to make people close to me stop picking at my weight instead of working out for my bettermentor happiness. hey amber! are you eating enough healthy food during the day? also can you only keep healthy food in your home that way if you want to binge eat all you have is fruits and veggies to munch on? try not to be so hard on yourself, it takes time for our bodies to adapt to change and always keep trying. also try making a faux lemonade in the evening to sip on- lemon juice ( to your taste), water, and stevia.
I need some help and I don’t know who else to talk to or where I should even post this. I think I might have a problem with binge eating. I follow the blogilates calandar and try to eat healthy but something inside me just wants to eat everything I see. I can eat healthy throughout the day but I get so stressed out and start to eat everything and anything I see in my path. After an “episode” I feel ugly and depressed. I just don’t know where else to turn. Please help.
I have been following you calendar the entire month of August and I have shaved off my sattle bags!!!! yay! I feel the muscle in my legs and arms but my stomach is a major issue. Even when I was younger and in shape my abs were my hardest to tone. I decided to follow your meal plan. I am having trouble on the web site downloading the week 1 the page keeps telling me error. what do I do? I really want to follow it to the Tee since it is the first day of the month. Also, your work outs are intense and I sometimes cant keep up and stop and rest for a minute and my lower back is killing me. Does this mean I am doing the movement wrong?

She wanted to get fit before school started and I was gonna help her. :-) The order came in on july 14 but without the 12 Week Meal Plan. We thought to give it time to arrive maybe for some reason it wasn’t in stock. But we are now August 17th and we still haven’t received anything. I was wondering if you could help me with how to go about the beginners calender. I starting the Beginners Calender and I am into my 3rd day, and was wondering when you’ve finished the routine that has put in the plan for the day, do you repeat this workout again on the same day ( if so how many roughly?) or is doing the routine once enough ?
The only other form of excising I do is going on walks with my dog which can range from 30 minuets to an hour. I am 5″6 and I weigh 138lbs/63kg trying to lose 8lbs and generally tone my body.

I just watched your video, The Story of BODYPOP, and I just wanted to share that I am going through with what you had to deal with in the past. I’m 19 and my dream is to be a grapic designer. However, my parents are still uncomfortable with me wanting to be in the arts. They shot my dream down pretty harshly. The funny thing is that today I was debating whether if being a grapic designer was a good idea, but then I saw your video pop up on my feed (right at that instant)and inspired me to not question what I love to do. I would just like to thank you for sharing that story. I feel that it lead me down the right direction when I needed guiding the most. I need some advice.
I’m starting college in less than two weeks, and I’m really worried about my diet and eating options. I’m scared that the meal plan I was required to pay for won’t have many healthy eating options, but I’ve been working really hard on eating clean and working out as much as possible. I have a really limited budget as far as grocery shopping and eating out because I’m already on the meal plan, but I’m super afraid of the infamous Freshman Fifteen. I’m afraid I’ll get too busy and just give up!
I will have a small fridge in my dorm I’m sharing with my roommate, so I can refridgerate some foods. I can’t follow a meal plan because I can’t afford to shop for all my foods, just supplement what I can. Any advice for staples to keep in my room?
Hey Cassey!!! I need some advice here(well, I guess tht is what ur corner is for). It’s Sunday August the 3rd today. On Friday, early in the morning I am leaving to drive from near Toronto to New York. I am staying there for a few days, going to Cape Cod for a few days and either on the 15th or the 16th I am coming home. I can’t really workout on my trip cuz we r busy exploring and also I have a family of seven(including myself) and we r sharing a hotel room in New York and a little beach house in Cape Cod, so idk bout Cape Cod but there might not be any working out in New York. There is a lot of walking involved, which is good, but while on vacation, nobody really pays attention to eating clean. I want to get as much working out as possible this week before I leave but idk wat to do THERE. Advice plz?
On Monday (7/28) I did your “Simply Slimming Circuit”. I was a little sore yesterday so I did cardio since I’m only lifting every other day. Do you have any suggestions on what lifting routine would be good for today since I’m back to a lifting day? I need to work that lactic acid out because today I am more sore than yesterday…please help!!

I have done blogilates for about a week now and I am loving it! I am feeling better about my body workout after workout and I can’t wait to finish the beginners calender so I can look hot and toned for the first day of school (;
I have been noticing that I am stronger in one side of my body than the other, is there anything specifically I can do to get them to have equal strength? I have tried doing extra reps on one side but that isn’t helping.

I’m 15 years old and have been working with Blogilates since February. I recently bought a dress for my cousins wedding that I thought was a size 18 but it was actually a 14. I really love this dress and cant get it in a size 18 anywhere, I was wondering how I could lose the fat around my upper back quickly so I can have a chance of fitting into the dress. Hi Cassey, I love your workouts! I was wondering if you had any recommendations for workouts that don’t put too much strain on the neck or back? I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and I haven’t been able to run since, which is annoying as I was a keen cross country and track runner before hand? I don’t eat as well as I should but want to change that and was also wondering if you could recommend any ways to stay lean and fit without hurting the neck or back?

Hey, I was like that as well. So i started doing squats going up by five each day for three days with a rest in between, my thighs are now toned, slimmed down and they don’t jiggle at all when I walk. I also combined this with Cassey’s beach series butt workout, and I’ve seen amazing results :) hope this helps :)

Hey, all us REALLY younger teens have a harder time buying food that is healthy for us. For example, if you look at a 14 to 16 year old who lives in a household who eats junk food, he/she is more likely to EAT that food. Now, like me, I have a family that cannot afford healthy food, and nor can I… due to babysitting population. Well, I exercise and don’t really eat that healthy. What should I do to make life EASIER, more wanted, change. Actually, my house has about 17 people that are food-eaters. My mom also does your exercising and all I want to do is tone up. People are at me for this because I’m skinny. I am slightly seeing change, but it’s not going as fast. I cannot help it! My sister, who is dying of cancer, chews up a lot of money for the family. WHAT CAN I DO? HELP, please, that would be appreciated.

Do you have a weight chart for women that is an ideal weight according to your height. Also would like a heart rate chart that I can monitor myself when working out so that I am burning x amount of calories or it would be great to know how much calories am i burning when working out.

So I wanna ask you a few question , I trying to lose 10 kilos that I gained , I am doing your may calendar workout everyday and before doing your video I do 30 mins of bike for cardio so my question are : are your videos gonna make get muscle and or lose weight at the same time? hi emma! i have a bad back due to a motorcycle accident many years ago. one of my legs is longer than the other, no doctor ever gave me any advice on how to deal with this. i found stretching is the only thing that helps. pilates is great cause if you do it right you can strengthen your back along with all the muscles. if you still have pain you should see a doctor, at least get an x-ray. hope this helps, have a great day!

So I’ve been thinking about losing some weight and toning up a bit. I don’t know much about fitness to be honest, so I thought that I should only eat when I get hungry, which I don’t really get. I also got this My Fitness app to calculate the amount of calories I consume every day and it’s always less than 800, and I heard that it’s not healthy at all, but I don’t know what to do. I don’t feel like eating, I only do when I’m hungry or I eat a small snack before a workout and a good healthy meal after my workout. I’ve just lost like 5 pounds within a month and a half, but it stopped there. I think I’m starting to gain weight.. I’ve also been doing the workouts on Youtube that you’ve posted (I LOVE THEM!). Maybe that’s why I’ve gained weight, since I read that muscles weigh more than fat? By the way, I’m a high school student, almost going to college, so I don’t really have time to workout much; just during the week ends. I’m 17 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall and i currently weight 125 lbs, wanna get to about 110lbs……I know there’s something wrong with what I’m doing so please help!

Hi Cassey, I’ve been really determined lately to tone my stomach. Unfortunately it hasn’t really been working, I’ve tried all of your ab exercises but it just doesn’t hurt. When I workout I feel the pain in my neck and back. I’ve tried almost everything to take the strain from my back but it still hurts alot and is stopping me from getting the ultimate results. I’m really stumped at what to do now and am almost giving up on the body I really want. If you have any new tips please let me know, nothing seems to work! :(

Hey Cassey! I am a first year college student. I never knew Freshmen 15 could be real until I actually gained almost 13lbs from just the first semester of school. I used run cross country in high school and watched what I eat but it is extremely hard for me to do that in college. I feel like the dining hall options and lack of working out has really caused me to gain all this weight. I was wondering what foods you ate during your college years and how you tried to fit in time to work out. Right now, I am eating a lot more salads for my meals and trying to run and work out at least 30 minutes a day. Thanks for all you do Cassey! <3

I have RSI in both wrists and find it difficult to do a lot of arm workouts since I can’t put any pressure on my wrists. Are there exercises you would recommend that wouldn’t hurt my wrists more but still give me a great workout?

I just wanted to let you know, thank you so much for spending all this time and effort to make these fitness videos- I really mean it. I was first introduced to Blogilates by a girl mentioning it in a Youtube video, and thought it would be interesting to try. And I loved it! You were so peppy and funny, and the titles of workouts made me excited for the next day when I would be able to get down on the mat and work out again. I used to have terribly low self-esteem about my body, and after finishing the beginners calendar, I took a look in the mirror at my sweaty, panting self, and admired my body for the first time in a long time! Thank you so much for all you’ve done to help me jump that hurdle and keep posting videos!
Hi Cassey, I just had started to exercise with your videos for beginners, but now, I just find out I’m pregnant, Do you have any routine for prenatal pilates for beginners? Or Does anyone know is Cassey has this exercises included in her videos?
I was wondering if you have a routine that i can follow where I do not have to lean forward or bend forward. i have a condition with my stomach and have been advised to always pick things up dead straight and bend my knees and not learn forward this restricts me in doing any exercise ( when sleeping i also have to sleep upright so laying on the floor for exercising is not suitable either ) I’m struggling to find a routine that doesn’t involve lying down or bending any suggestions on exercise I can do?

I have problems with a weak back and neck and have had hard to find good woorkouts to streangthen back and neck. Do you have any good tips how i could work on the mucles in this area?

I started Blogilates about four months ago when a running injury required me to stop running all together. As a marathon runner, I was skeptical that any other form of exercise could keep me in shape. I started doing 3-5 Blogilates workouts a day and I’ve lost FOURTEEN pounds and NONE of my pants fit me anymore. I haven’t been this size in my waist since high school (8 years–yikes!). I also can’t believe the muscle definition I now have in my obliques and my butt! I really love your full body videos and your muffin top workouts…so keep those coming! Thank you–you are such an inspiration.
Holding in belly= good. Holding breathe= bad. Pulling rouyour abs helps train the muscles to stay flat and not push outwards. You can actually make yourself appear bloated by doing ab exercises and not pulling in your belly.
Hello cassey I want to do loads of pop Pilates but I can push myself coz when I get home from after school clubs and stay behind late I come home around 5:30 and the time I start it’s 6 so I wanna know how to be quiet coz I live at the top floor in a flat and their are old people below me so I can’t push myself what shall I do

Don’t worry about it, and don’t let it get you down. We all have weeks that we go down and then the next we go up. Just try to get back in the routine, and not dwell. I hope that’s helpful! Don’t feel defeated, feel empowered that you are trying to make healthy changes (like being able to balance your life for workouts)!

Don’t sweat it. Keeping up a routine is difficult and I have always sruggled with this myself. I used to drink at least one can of Dr. Pepper a day and would get headaches if I didn’t drink it. But one new year’s eve i made a decision. I would no longer drink Dr. Pepper. It was an extremely unhealthy habit and I wanted to change that. From that day forward I have succeeded in my goal and its been years. What im trying to say is that it is as simple as making the decision to change your way of life. Any time you feel the urge to regress into old habits make it a conscious choice. Be aware of your choices and simply choose what you know is right. If its too much to handle all at once I suggest designating a certain cheat day. You can treat yourself to something speacial for your hard work without ruining your overall effort. Hi, feeling down… I feel like I’m getting no where. I feel confident at the beginning of the week and tell myself, “I Can Do This. I Can Follow The Meal Plan!” … I know I can but I keep cheating! I know I’ll feel super guilty later but I still do it -.- I did great in the first week! Followed the meal plan PERFECTLY and i lost 7 pounds! Then week 2 and 3 I cheated a lot with fast food and treats (chocolate, chips, COFFEE, ice cream) and I gained 0.2 of a pound in week 2 (Really nothing lol) idk yet about week 3 since tomorrow is my weigh in day to start off week 4… with how I’ve been eating though I don’t have much faith that I’ve lost anything -.- But my goal is to lose weight to be at a healthy weight… Not maintain :s On the upside I’ve figured out somewhat of a balance in my busy life to get in workouts! So it’ll be day 4 of following my workout schedule tomorrow :D Anywho, just feeling incredibly defeated for bbeing unable to follow this meal plan properly even though I KNOW it works (proof in my week 1!) and was wondering if you had any advice v.v

Hi Cassey! I have a few questions. What is your advice for exercising during that time of the month?? I’ve heard it’s a good idea to exercise but others have told me you should just rest. I don’t want to kill myself but I don’t want to sit around and be lazy either.

I love dancing and I love your pilates. Would you do a whole-body routine based on the movie Burlesque with Christina Aguilera?? It would be so much fun. I already dance to the soundtrack but I really want to incorporate some pilates moves into it!

Hey Casey! I’ve been really sick for about 6 years now. Sick to the point of almost losing my life more than I can count on one hand. I won’t bore people with details but it’s really hard for me to workout. Before I got sick, and even during before I took a turn for the worse, I was really active; I would run 8 miles a day or swim 200 laps at the pool. Now I’m lucky if I can use the elliptical for 20 minutes a couple times a week. A lot of people tell me I should just be content with not exercising for a while but I honestly crave it so badly. Sometimes I feel bad when I look at workout slogans and they say things like “stop making excuses” or “just do it” because I have the drive, just not the physical strength. How do you stay fit when your reasons are bigger than just “not doing it”?
Cassey, you’re so great and I love your videos! You are so motivating and always know exactly what to say to get me through a workout! I also love your videos that address health concerns and other body-related questions, and I have one of my own.
Why do some people have knobby knees and how can those of us with knobby knees get rid of them? I feel like I’m always having to squeeze and flex my knees to make my legs look straight when I am standing.
First of all, I am in love with your blog. I discovered a couple of months ago when I was surfing the internet and finding fitblrs [tumblr blogs which are dedicated to getting fit]. Anyway, it took some time to get me motivated and now, well, today, actually, I’ve just started the beginner’s workout calendar. It was a really good workout for me and I think it’ll benefit me a lot. But, the thing is that, since I’m on winter break, I do the workouts in the mornings. But, once school starts, on Jan 7, I will barely have time to workout after I get back home from school. Should I do the workouts in the morning instead? [I normally have to wake up at 6am on a normal school day and shower as well].

Is if better to do exercise at a certain time during the day? I’ve read that is better in the morning it’s absolutely impossible for me to wake up earlier! But if it’s better I’m ready to accept the challenge

I’m in a bit of a rut…last year I decided to lose weight and I deprived myself. I lost 13 lbs and had a better body for ballet but due to deprivation I began to overeat and am now 10 lbs heavier than when I started. I can’t seem to find a solution to lose what used to be 15 lbs but is now 20 lbs. I was wondering if you had any suggestions? Also, if I do your workouts that aren’t pilates will they make my muscles bigger? Because I got comments about “doing the wrong exercises” in the past when doing your videos; I love your videos though so the comments kinda bummed me out \:
I am in the exact same situation and I have found a friend in the freezer. If you buy veg all in one go, pre chop it and keep it in freezer bags it is so much easier to cook from scratch quickly. I found that doing this with mushrooms, peppers, green beans, aubergine and courgettes works well, and then I just freeze leafy greens like kale and spinach in their packages, as well as herbs like parsley and basil. That way you just have to add them to your other ingredients when your cooking which is a real time saver, plus your veggies wont go off before you can use them. Another tip is to make a huge batch of something freezable, like veggie curry, ratatouille or pasta sauce or whatever and freeze it in portion size tupperware (for laaaazzzyyy days :)). I know that freezing veggies can make them less crisp but if you are planning to steam them or add them to a dish it doesn’t really make a HUGE difference.

Hi Cassey, I’m carmen from malaysia. I hv 1 concern, my tailbone hurts eventho I double up the mat while during your abs training. What should I do? I feel the mild sore on my tailbone when I’m sitting and standing up. Pls advice.
No it really isn’t. It drastically decreases metabolism. In 2 hours someone could easily consume thousands of calories and eating like this promotes binge eating disorder which can turn into bulimia. If you want to loose weight eat 5 – 6 small meals a day.

Have a question for you… Do you recommend the following diet, which has somewhat of a popularity in Korea these days… It is called, 1 Meal A Day. Many celebrities have proceeded with it and one said she ate the meal between 2pm to 4pm of the day. She ate anything including fast foods to the point that she almost threw up since she only has 2 hours in the day to eat… Is this diet okay to follow for sometime of the period to lose weight?

Here’s my story.
Last year in 2012, that’s when I started taking note of my body and how much I’ve gained weight because since young I was always that skinnier girl in the family who can eat almost anything and everything and still be slim but when puberty hits me, I gained so much fats that I evem cried. So I worked out every day and changed my diet drastically and lost 6kgs in like 9 months. Amazing but I didn’t know I was doing it the wrong way because I got really skinny and I lost my period…
Then after 1 month of holidays I gained 5kgs back but back to the normal average weight. But I’ve gotten fatter again. And flabby. Now I’m still doing cardio like running and elliptical 5 to 6 days a week while doinh some weights. I try to eat mostly lots of fruits n veggies and lean meats like fish chicken turkey. But I don’t know why I’m still not lpsing weight because my shorts are getting tighter!!! Help me… I do blogilates too!

I discovered your YouTube videos while looking for some short workouts that I could piece together to vary my routine. Yours are FANTASTIC! I love your energy and enthusiasm. You seem to really enjoy what you do and it shows. I have a one year old and work full time so that doesn’t always leave much time for exercise. I try to fit it in wherever I can, even if it’s during my lunch hour. After my son was born, I lost the 42 pounds I gained while pregnant pretty fast. But I really needed to regain muscle tone and your videos are awesome for that! Keep up the great work.
Just discovered your blog and videos today ands have to say just from surfing around I really like what I’ve discovered. I’ve always been average sized, a few pounds bigger at points of my life and a few pounds smaller at other points of my life, but I’ve always been so embarrassed by my stomach. Hi Cassey I’ve been doing blogilates since february & I really love what you do!. The reason I got into fitness more was because I re-kindled my love for Britney Spears, I was a fan when I was little & she helped me get into dancing which is my passion now & she’s always been such a wonderful fitness role model – she works hard as hell for her body, she’s not one of those people that diets on kale & carrots but eats like a normal person & works her ass off so she inspired me to do the same.
I’m writing because her new song came out it’s called Work Bxxtch & it’s awesome, the beat is killer, the lyrics are hilarious & its strangely motivational & empowering I would be so grateful if you did a video to this song – it’d mean a lot for me as a Brit fan & as a fan of you as well!

I have decided that to make a september new start and want to get fit, (averagly fit at least) I have taken up pop pilates for beginners, but I was wondering if you have any suggestions of what to add to my fitness regime, I was thinking of jogging, things that dont cost money. I am 23 5 foot 3 and very slim build, so im not looking to lose weight.. just be a better version of me :)

no it’s not! your body can’t tell time as long as it doesn’t affect your sleeping duration and eating habits it’s absolutly no problem,there isn’t a set time to workout you could even workout at 3:00 am,me as a night person i work out around 8 pm becuase that’s when i’m more energized and lively,just make sure to refuel after ! :) hope this help
Hi cassey I was just wondering if it is bad to exercise at midnight or 1am? that is the only time I end up having enough time to do a full workout session due to working and having my child be fussy and not want to go to bed.

lately I found your site and now it’s already two and a half months I’ve been working out with you. My results are great and my inspiration too. I hardly wait the next morning to have a new workout!
Especially I like your new HIIT workouts because I can do it at my own pace and I know exactly how much effort I need to accomplish the whole routine.
But I also like your short videos because they are like chocolates in a box – you don’t know what’s inside. Just open it according to the list in the calendar and start doing it.
I want to know your apinion to isometric training and your thoughts about it. Do you think it’s a good idea to do some isometric workouts like Kallanetics or it’s enough to follow your changing tempo to strenthen the inner deep muscles?
And one more question. I used to watch your videos on Youtube but sometimes (rather often) it tells me that the owner prohibited to watch this video on mobile devices. So I need to find the video on your site and it’s inconvinient to loose time for that in the middle of the workout. Is it possible to fix it up, please?

When we go out I try to order something on the healthy side but then they look at me like I’m a weirdo or something. Cassey – I know you love the Nike Free Runs and I know you do a major variety for workouts. I’ve only ever bought running shoes but am finding that I need something for indoor/gym cross training as well as running. I am also an underpronator and needs additional support for my arch. Do you still recommend the Nike Free Runs for cross training, running and arch support?

I had my oldest son very young, and I got pretty big. But after I had him I went from a size 13 to a size 1 in 6 months. Nursing really helped, but since I wasnt working out, I got stuck with that wrinkly baby belly. 8 years later, it’s still there and no matter what workouts I do it won’t budge. My question to you is what workouts go you recommend to help get rid of it? Maybe I’ve just been doing the wrong thing? Thanks for everything you do!! Your awesome!!

veggie juices are a great way to get a ton of necessary nutrients in one drink. Don’t buy bottled veggie juices, they have extra ingredients in it to preserve the drink which isn’t good (the less ingredients listed on a package the better). Juicers are kind of expensive, but they’re definitely worth it! i have one and i absolutely love it. there are tons of great juice recipes online, they usually consist of 1-3 veggies and then a fruit or lemon to make it taste good. some health food stores make juices, and there are also juice bars around but buying those every day can get pricy, buying a juicer is cheaper in the long run.

I currently go to the gym 5times a week. I do cardio 30 mins and strength training with free weights and on the machines. I am 24 mother of 3 kids( they love to eat plenty of fresh fruits only so my frigde is sort of stocked), I have been trying to eat clean(my inly probably like sine other people is that I’m not a fan of veggies) everyday expect on sunday. I have lost weight especailly around my midsection. But I believe I still have a bit more fat that I need to reduce around my midsection inorder for me to tone my midsection. I was wondering if maybe you might be able to make a video with gym equipment (cardio, machines, etc.) with some of your home routine workout for a rare hybrid like me. I love your videos, some are challenging, but love your energy and spunk.
Please maybe a hybrid work between gym cardio and at home workout?
Want to know if might be able to substitute vegetables with a vegetable juice, if yes which one or maybe how to make an at hone vegetable juice?
Oh and what do you cook your eggs with oil, butter, a non stick spray? (Cuz I cook with canola oil but I place two napkins under my eggs to absorb the oil and place another on top as well. I tend to do this with anything that has grease or oil.)
Hi Cassey – I’ll definetly not able to thank you enough for the tremendous help your workouts did for my body and my spirit. For my health overall. I’ve been doing the pop workouts for about a year now, 4 to 5 times a week, I’ve lost about 50 pounds since i started and I feel and look better than never. However I now would like to maintain the weight while keep toning and I’m not sure how can I best incorporate the 2 days 1 hour cardio workout with the pop calendar. Could you please advise on how to schedule the intense cardio (and here im also talking about treadmill and eliptical workouts beside the Hiit pop ones)and pop Pilates for best results?Thank you so much!!!
just a quick question! I workout 6 days a week, eat clean, but drink coffee like nobodys buisness!!!! Is this very bad? I work nights and quit smoking and this seems yo help with both….

Hey Cassie! So I just started your workouts this month and I LOVE IT! But one concern I’ve been having is while doing the pilates workouts I’m trying to keep my stomach sucked in, like you said in order to get those flat abs, but for some reason I can’t hold it in :'( now I’m developing those puffy abs, which are cool, but not really the goal I had in mind. I eat healthy 5 times a day, but I do keep dairy products in my meals and snacks could this be a big factor why my abs aren’t slimming the way I want? I used to have a nice six pack so I know it’s attainable for me, but that was from barely eating at all…. and that’s definitely not the lifestyle I want to go back to…. So please any suggestions?! I really wanna get this down! :D

Im a total night owl trying to get fit. Im 20 and real over weight and on top of that have spinal issues!(boy could it get worst?) Well i stay up pretty late even if I have to get up early. My body just does not adjust well to morning. And the big question is, will my unaverage meals cause me to not reach my goals?
My breakfast would be others lunches and so on and so forth. And im really new to the eat clean world so at the same time I am trying to convince my mother so cook and keep food thats un processed and healthy in the home. And I have tried to wake up and excercise but I cant seem to get on with my day without a nap.
And finding time during class and work to excercise is hard work but I am trying!!! And I really do appreciate some of the videos where you give an alternate for back issues! And your possitive attitude is a positive considering how people here talk so negative about fitness! Thanks for the videos and your future answer to my question!

I have a different case, I’m really skinny and I have a apple-shaped body. I have veru broad shoulders and very narrow hips — which I dont really appreciate. I want to get thicker hips and thighs and legs maybe. I want my hips and butt to look wider than how my shoulders are so it’d be more feminine less manly. Can you have a specific workout for me? I love your videos, especially all of the lower body ones. But I was wondering if there are any modifications for side planks. I have an old elbow injury and for most things it’s ok but side planks even when I go down to my elbow are still really painful. If there isn’t a modification is there a similar exercise to substitute when you do them in the videos?

I am 21 years old. Weight has always been a iffy topic for me. Went through anorexia in my young teens and got really unhealthy. I gained some back and was at a healthy stage til I was 20, then I had my daughter 10 months ago. I gained over 60 lbs! I lost a lot of the baby weight earlier but had troubles with birth control and gained majority of it back. I have not started your full workouts yet but I have singled out a few and my sides burn! Wanted to let ya’ll know about an amazing thing I had for supper tonight. Cabbage cooked in coconut oil in a skillet and then take Ezekiel bread, tear it up and put it in. Put soy sauce on and it tastes like a healthy egg roll!!! It was soooo yummy!!!

Hi Cassey! My name is carly and i am in desperate need of your help. I am 16 years old and have struggled with my wieght for a very long time.I have done just about every diet and nothing seems to help too much. In October fo 2012 i got very strict with what i ate and exercising, so much that i got very sick an unhealthy. I then gained all of my weight back and i am stuggling so hard wuth my appearance. I am 5’3 and weigh 140 lbs. my sister weighs 129 lbs and makes me feel swful about myself because she is so skinny. I am currently trying a lo-cal diet, keeping near 1000 calories a day. But i work at a fast food restaraunt and am a full time student, so its very hard to eat clean. I need some help and motivation if i reallt want to get my life and health on track. Hey Cassey! I am DESPERATELY in need of your help. I am 15 years old and about 35 pounds over weight (for my hight). I love working out and eating clean but my parents are the complete opposite. They know I’m trying to change to a healthier lifestyle but it is very difficult when they make it so difficult. :( It is hard for me to eat the healthy foods I would like to eat when the only foods they buy arent good choices and full of processed sugars and etc. I run everyday and workout to your videos (me and my best friend absolutely love you!!) , but I know I need to change my diet as well. I was wondering what you think I should do to/how to talk to my parents.

Second, I know you’re not a parent but I wondered if you have any advice for me in light of the honey boo boo saga ;-) my family is not like that & my daughter no where near that weight but she is addicted to food and snacking and constantly asking for more. Her brother & my husband have a ‘normal’ attitude to food & have embraced the clean eating thing but the daily battles with my daughter are exhausting esp eating vegetables at dinner time. She’s 5 btw. I want to do the right thing by her but also don’t want turn food into a huge issue to battle over. For example she likes yogurt in her school packed lunch. I switched the little kids pot ones for natural yoghurt with honey & she just spat it out (not enough sugar??!) and while the rest of us loved your two ingredient cookies she wouldn’t eat them. Am I worrying to much she’s only 5 & doesn’t have weight problem probably because she doesn’t stop running about! She won’t always be like that though & the rest of the family have embraced a change. Nothing seems to fill her up..! Got any snack/meal ideas for her? Thanks hun x
Hey Cassey, I’ve seen on your facebook that you have been getting a lot of negative flak on your recent blog posts, so i thought I’d send a little love your way! I’ve been doing your work outs and following your blog and youtube for about a year and a half now, your positive energy and fresh attitudes towards food and working out is such a motivator! I don’t have the body confidence to work out in public places such as the gym, so your do at home videos have literally changed my life and my body, and I am now getting closer to the achieving the body I’ve always dreamed of, and changing my attitudes towards what a healthy body image is and my attitudes towards food. I really love your vlogs too! they really help to pick me up and motivate me to keep eating clean when I’m stressed and find myself wanting to eat bad foods! Just like your totally cute gym gear motivates me to work out by making me feel fabulous when I’m getting gross and sweaty :L Thought it would also be worth mentioning that I introduced your workouts to my brother who is anorexic and its also helping to turn his unhealthy body ideal around too.

I love your workouts! You are so great, I’ve already seen a nice difference in my body, which is wonderful because before this no workout had done anything. It’s nice having a calendar to look at instead of choosing which videos to do.
Request: can you do some more workouts that focus on lower abs and obliques? Most of your workouts focus everywhere but there (they touch on but don’t focus) and I’ve noticed while doing the #jaNEWary workouts that my legs n butt have gotten MUCH more toned and so have my arms and shoulders as well as my upper abs, but as you can imagine the remainder is… unfortunate and makes clothing fit VERY weird.
I found out about you/Blogilates a couple of months ago but really settled in to figuring it out in January when I started the JaNEWary calendar. I just wanna like shout to the world about how great you and your resources are! Seriously. I’m an insanely busy college student and I’m going to be student teaching this semester and I think being able to do some quick workouts at home will be the exact thing I need to stay on top of fitness this semester. I always would do great for a few weeks but then get slammed with work and it’s hard to find time to head out to the gym. Being at home makes it so much easier!! And I FINALLY have someone who knows what they’re talking about to tell me what to do! Instead of me just trying things and hoping I see results. I just love you Cassey thanks for everything!! <3
You should add a little blank box on the bottom of every sunday or a day to put your weight to track it. Or add room at the bottom of each day tp write what you ate!
is there anyway you could make an eliptical work out cause i get bored just elpticalizing

I LOVE THIS BLOG SO MUCH!!!!! Im just a teen and going to the gym is still a bit intimidating but doing these online workouts has helped a lot! not to mention your crazy happy moods in ABSOLUTELY ALL OF THEM :D your cooking classes are topnotch and i just love the banana pancakes with only EGGS AND BANANAS :O
