Hey, Cassie! Really enjoyed this half hour work-out! I usually do an arms, abs and legs video, but love that this video checks all the boxes. I’d definitely love to see more of these, especially any that don’t have such high intensity on the knees, since I have a knee injury. Thanks, Cassie – keep up the amazing work! After almost 2 months of grief (because of a loss) followed by an injury in my piriformis, this is just what I needed to begin this new year with renewed energy! Soon I´m also coming back to my PIIT28 routine! Finding Blogilates was one of the best things that happened to me in 2016. Thank you, Cassey and the whole team of Blogilates!
