Hey blogifam and pitsters. First off loved this workout. It’s one of the first cardio work outs in a while I had a lot of fun with. Second I was wondering how people handle sore muscles. Sometimes when I do new work outs I notice for the next couple of days I’m super sore. I stretch before and after and usually through out the day. I try to drink a ton of water and I’ll use muscle rubs and heating pads. Alas, none of these seem to work and it seems like the more I rest the worse I feel. Anything I should try?
Stretch it out with a roller, or a tennis ball. Take hot showers to relax the muscles!
