Hello cassey. I’m rofina from Malaysia. I love your workout so much because for me, it’s hard to get gym membership as its so expensive here. Beside I’m a kind of person who don’t like people staring at me while I’m doing a workout. 😅 I follow your calendar for almost 3 month now and I can feel the changes of my body as well as my strength. At first it was so difficult to follow your workout routine, it’s hard, seriously, like I’m gonna die, and sometime I ask myself, like how can she (you) do that.. Then one of I saw one of your video, you said that do not compare yourself with others. From that, I started to follow you on YouTube, IG, and FB. I like the way you encourage people. By saying a lot of motivational thought. The way you make your workout video also so much fun as you always show your happy-go-lucky face. I mean,, that’s what I’m looking for. A fitness instructor who can communicate with her “popsters” with a good expression and a good vibe too. 😁 but most of all,, is because your workout is free. Your calendar wo also free. I really2 appreciate for what you’d willing to share and doesn’t expect anything in advance. Thank you cassey. You’re the best fitness instructor!! God bless u. 😇😇
