I really love how all her workouts can be done at home with now equipment just the body. I try to get my workouts done before I go to work and I feel great. Thank you!
I think I’m doing it wrong. My butt is hurting, though it’s the one on my standing leg that’s hurting and not the one, which is doing the workout…
I think i’m doing this wrong because my back is hurting more than butt.
You might be arching your back if the chair is too high. Find something you can stabilize with that’s in line with your “T”
