It's gonna be a SWEATY SEPTEMBER!!!!! On Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri, you will do 1 POP Pilates/POP Sculpt/Bikini Blaster and 1 POP Cardio/POP HIIT alternating for 1 hr. YUP. You're gonna be sparkling with sweat.
On wed, you will do all POP HIITs back to back for 1 hr. It's a hard core day. You could also sub something like Nike Training Club here.
On Saturday, it's cardio day!!! You could do all POP Cardios or just go for a run, do the elliptical - whatever.
Also, you'll see that this month we have written workout commands! You are to do these every morning. First thing you do when you wake up. No excuses. Just do it.

This month is all about being ON FIRE! Your butt, your abs, your arms, your thighs, you name it - I'm gonna burn it. BUT I also want you to feel like YOU'RE on fire too! I want you to chase your dreams and reach them! I want you to feel HOT! You are IT and you know it, so let's rock our confidence because you know what? Confidence is the SEXIEST thing a woman (or man) can wear. It's so true.
Also, for those of you looking to transform your body with me this month (especially those of you committing to the DietBet with me), I want you to take a before picture on June 1st. Front, side, and back. In underwear or a bikini. Then you will do the same on June 30th. I want you to see the hard work you've earned!

First off, I wanna let you know that I am listening to your comments and tweets and am working to make exercising as easy as possible for you. (Well not the exercising part...but the getting your butt off the couch to exercise part.) So this month, and every month going forward, I will post a playlist for each day's workouts RIGHT HERE ON MY BLOG (see above) so that you no longer have to keep searching YouTube and waste precious minutes typing. OKAY. Now let's talk about your #NOVEMBURN workouts!!! We're back to Sunday Relax Days but now you've got something new on Fridays and Saturdays. Friday is "100 Day" and Saturday is "Dance Days." I think the latter is pretty self explanatory. But 100 days? There's no video for this one...it is a challenge for you to complete and COMPETE! I want you to time yourself doing the whole routine each week and see if you can get faster and faster.
Your moves are:1. 100 jumping jacks 2. 100 sit ups (NOT CRUNCHES) 3. 100 squats (go all the way down and all the way up…these are NOT pulses) 4. 100 criss crosses (make sure to pronate your opposite shoulder to opposite knee) 5. 100 bridge pulses (to make it harder, add a barbell, books, or weights on your pelvic area. Cushion with towels and hold with your hands) 6. 100 chest press pulses (keep those elbows together and make sure you’re going from shoulder height to nose height will pulsing)
I am asking you to go FASTER each week. But that does not mean you can halfway do the moves. No. You must complete them with full intensity. But you must try to move it move it. Got it? Good :)

Let the 12 Week #Newbodymakeover Challenge BEGIN!!!!
First thing...TAKE YOUR BEFORE PIC! Make sure you get a front shot, a side shot, and a back shot wearing a bikini. This is for your personal journey only and I do not have to see it. The amazingness happens when your "after pic" is revealed in 12 weeks :)
Now, here are your workouts for the first 4 1/2 weeks. There is more cardio in this one to really make sure you begin to lean out quickly as you begin your transformation. If you are not looking to burn extra fat, then you can skip the mile runs! Also, I wanted to warn you about all of the new fitness infomercials you're going to be seeing for the next month. Please remember that just because someone or some product appears on TV, and a company charges you money for it, it does not mean that there is something magical about it that's going to make "slimmer, tighter, and toned" fast. It's still all on you. Big companies have millions of dollars to spend on commercials to get your attention and they hire professional fitness models to keep you glued to the TV. This does not mean those programs are any better than this one right here in front of you. At absolutely no cost.
Why do I do this? Because I can. Simple as that. I have knowledge and expertise to share from my years of training and teaching...and I enjoy seeing your hard work and dedication. I think fitness should be free. So that's why I've been posting free content this blog and my YouTube Channel (which will hopefully reach 1 MILLION subscribers by Jan 1, 2014!!) for 4 years now!
This month, I want you to take advantage of what I'm giving you because not only does it REALLY WORK...it's free of charge...it's way more fun than other programs...and it instantly comes with huge group of supportive friends: the Blogilates Community. 2. Follow the January 2014 Calendar. All you have to do is complete the workouts listed each day. They will last about 1 hr and are honestly, really fun. I segment the week for you based on how I want you to target and tone your muscles and how much cardio is necessary to burn a significant amount of fat. Follow it to a T and you won't have to worry about anything. New to working out? Dont' worry. Print the Beginner's Calendar.
3. Take a before picture on Jan 1 if this is the beginning of your new year, new you journey! Paste it in a safe place like the Blogilates Fit Journal and write down EXACTLY how you're eating and how you're exercising. This is an essential part of a successful body transformation.

Here is your new #MOVEmber Workout Calendar! I honestly cannot believe it's November already. Like, what!!??? Wasn't it just like summer? But hey, you know what? At least we were training together throughout the whole year as a big Blogilates family!
This month's program starts out with a cardio or HIIT video and then you get into toning the muscle group of the day. This way you'll be sweaty, burning tons of calories, and getting the most out of your session.
For those of you doing the 8 Week Hot Body Challenge (that starts on Nov 10th and ends Dec 31st) this is the exercise program you will be using for your daily workouts.
I'm already seeing so much friendship flourishing in the private Hot Body community! I know that you guys are going to be so successful with this plan and with all the support you'll be getting. Do not forget to take your before pic on November 10th along with your measurements for bust, waist, hips, arms, and thighs.

Today I'm releasing your new 30 Day Challenge. This time we are focusing on your BOOTY (by popular demand!) I would love it if you could invite all of your friends, family, and co-workers to do this with you. It's an easy way to get some extra movement into your day and it's super effective, and dare I say...FUN!!??
Here are the moves you will be doing on the #30daybuttlift. Please use this hashtag whenever you post about your workouts! Oh and I wanna see your selfie with the printed calendar!
Keep your feet hip-width apart and squat down like you're about to sit down in a chair. Push into the floor with your heels and keep your chest lifted, back tall.
2. POINTED BUTT LIFT
On all fours, lift your right leg into the air at a 90 degree angle, straight up behind you. Keep your toes pointed and pulse up! Also keep your eyes looking forward. Do both legs.
3. FIRE HYDRANTS
On all fours, lift your left outer thigh up to the ceiling while keeping your leg at a 90 degree angle. Do both legs.
4. HEEL KICKS
Bring your forearms down to the floor and kneel. Then straighten your right leg and flex your foot. Kick your heel up into the air while keeping your leg super straight. Keep your hips aligned (facing the floor) and don't open up. This is how you will effectively get your lifted booty! Do both legs.
Lie down on your back. Relax your arms and place your feet hip-width apart. Then raise your pelvis up to the ceiling and then touch your butt back down to the floor.

By popular demand, your challenge this month is all about those arms! Let get 'em strong, toned, defined, and beautiful! (So that we can carry 17 grocery bags in one trip because THERE IS NO WAY I AM TAKING 2 TRIPS!!!!)
These exercises target your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and shoulders! It is quite amazing what you do do without lifting a single dumbbell.
I want you to ask at least 1 person to join you on this 30 day challenge! It's easy to incorporate into your day - you can do the exercises all at once or just one at a time. Either way, just get it done! Here they are:
1. Arm Circles (Golf Balls)
Draw mini golf ball circles with your arms! Keep your palms open the whole time! Do not drop the golf ball. Targets your shoulders.
2. Arm Raises
Palms open, raise your arms up and down! Pretty simple. Targets your shoulders.
3. Single Chest Press Pulse
Bring your elbows together. Imagine you are holding onto a $100 bill. DO NOT DROP IT!!! Hands in a prayer position. Now take your elbows from chest height to nose height! This targets your chest, your biceps, and shoulders!
4. Half Cobra Pushups
Place your hands underneath your shoulders and lengthen your body on your mat. Pressing through your palms, lift your chest off the ground and stop when your elbows create a 90 degree angle. Make sure your elbows are TOUCHING your ribcage the whole time. Targets the triceps and chest.
5. Up Up Down Downs Start in plank on hands and toes. Beginners, go on hands and knees. Bring your right elbow down to the floor, left elbow down, then press your right palm where your right elbow was, press your left palm where your left elbow was and now you're back in plank! That's one Up Up Down Down. When you're half way through your reps, start going down on your left side first to even out your body. Targets chest, shoulders, and core.

That's why you will have daily stretch homework. Only 10 min a day and I promise that if you are 100% dedicated you will either get into the splits or get very very close!

2. Stick to the 30 days. Do not skip a single day. Promise? That’s how you’ll get into the splits. Every day I want you to post a picture of the pose of the day as a sign that you did your stretches.
3. Ok but here’s how this month’s challenge is different than The Stretch Project. Everyday I will need you to do stretches 1-5, your foundational stretches. You may not skip them. So, the first 5 days, you are doing the first 5 stretches! Then beginning day 6, you will just add one move on. So on day 6, you will do 1-5 and 6. On day 30, you will do 1-5 and 30. Get it? So you will do 6 moves a day beginning day 6.
4. How long to hold? I want you to hold each stretch for around 30 sec to 1 min per side. Total, each day you should spend around 10 min. stretching.

I noticed that when I put up this post on Instagram, so many people were commenting that I was being "discriminatory" and "mean" for not putting "he". The truth is, looking at the analytics of this blog, the YouTube channel, my social media pages etc...I can see your gender! I hope you love the calendar as much as I do! The pumpkins you see in the background were personally painted by a very artistic member of the Blogilates team, Leslie! She used glitter and fabric paint to achieve those looks. I really love how they don't look at Jack-o-lantern-y. Because the base is white, they look really classy!
