1. Jump Squats x 45 sec
2. Burpee Push-Ups x 45 sec
3. Plank Jacks x 45 sec
4. Side Lunge Hops x 45 sec
5. Reptiles x 45 sec
6. Out-in Donkey Kicks x 45 sec
7. Plie Punches x 45 sec
If you’re following the #myyeartogrow January 2016 Workout Calendar, do this ONCE through on Monday along with your other videos. If it’s your only workout of the day, then do it 4x back to back with 1 min of rest in between rounds. Make sure you have a bottle of water laying around. YOU WILL WANT TO DRINK THAT BABY UP in between rounds. Trust. Me.
