I’m following the beginners calendar 2.0 and I’m wondering if I should consider that as cardio, weights or cardio+weights? What should I focus on eating after those exercises?
I’ve always wondered this too. I think it’s a little bit of cardio (she has the warmup cardio videos) but mostly strength training.
I usually eat some cottage cheese after my workout, or some chocolate milk and fruit. She has more options for eating clean somewhere else on her page. It’s saved on my phone, but I can’t seem to find it on this website. I think it’s in the blogilates app. It suggests things like a protein shake, spinach salad with chicken, fruit and cottage cheese, eggs and veggies, and salmon with sweet potato (YUM)!
