I really wish more cardio machine work outs were posted. Elliptial? Treadmill? Bike?! BRING IT! I want to be able to do my blogilates work out and get some serious cardio x-training in <3

I just started and do not know how to read the treadmill shredmill, could someone explaned this to me
The numbers on the side (0-3, 3-5, 5-7) are which minutes you’re doing that part. So 0-3 isn’t 0-3 minutes but minute 0 to minute 3 of the workout. So you do that part for 3 minutes, then 3-5 is going to be 2 minutes, etc. Then you have inc. which is your incline (how tilted the tread is). And lastly your speed is just that.
