How to Get Rid of Cellulite + The Perfect Butt Lift Workout

Hi POPsters!!!

Here is today’s Monday workout: Perfect Butt Lift! I’ve designed some brand new moves that will strengthen your hamstrings and shape up your backside. If you’ve ever been worried about how the back of your thighs look, the only way you can really smooth out the bumps of the cellulite is to work the hamstring, stretch the hamstring, exercise overall, and eat clean. There’s no topical cream that will get rid of that “cottage cheese.” Just like how you can’t put cream on your boobs to make them bigger. Sorry, I had to say it. I’ve seen ads for it and all I can do is shake my head. Be happy with your bodies! Enhance what you’ve got and don’t compare your beauty to someone else’s! You’re different!

Do you know what cellulite really is? It’s a collection of fat cells that push against the connective tissue under your skin. In women, the muscle fibers create a honeycomb style pattern so when fat increases in a certain area, that area will bulge – creating the cottage cheese effect. The muscle fibers in men are arranged in a crisscross pattern that prevents dimpling. Isn’t that wonderful? I remember my biology professor trying to explain cellulite in another way too. He told us to imagine our muscle fibers as a bunch of rubber bands stretched out. If we push lard up against the back of the rubber bands, some will pop through, which represents the increase of fat in your body. The lard that gets through is the lumping you see on your hips and thighs if you have cellulite.

So the only way to get rid of cellulite is by decreasing the amount of fat in your body. You can do this naturally through diet and exercise. You do not have to go to the extremes of liposuction or other medical procedures. Your genes and your age also affect how visible your cellulite is.

And just a note on topical creams. Some claim to reduce the visibility of cellulite, but if you think about it, how does a cream that goes on your superficial body help get rid of fat internally. Well, the answer is simple. It doesn’t. What it does is remove moisture from the skin and makes the skin become firmer temporarily. This reduces the appearance of cellulite but in NO WAY gets rid of it. It’s like wearing a corset to get abs. Umm no.

Listen up, you are never “doomed” to look a certain way. You can work for the body and the strength you desire, and you will get it as long as you keep trying. The most important thing is to be real with yourself and love what you’ve got.

Lemme know in the comments below what “problem area” makes you feel most self-conscious and we can talk more about how to deal with them here.

Love you and have a FANTASTIC start to your week. Go accomplish amazing things.

My friend Jessica Riley she is also celebrity trainer and she told me about DermalMD Cellulite Cream for get rid of cellulite and trust me This is a very good cellulite cream! It has many awesome ingredients that make this cream work. I’ve been using this cream for a few weeks now and it works quickly and
effectively. It goes on very smooth and absorbs very quickly. It has not left my skin oily. In fact besides helping with my cellulite it has also made my skin super soft and is perfect for dry winter skin. I just simply massaged a generous amount on my problem areas twice daily! Easy as that!

  • When we talk about cellulite, the workouts are something that can be way more effective than anything else. Perfect bull lift is a workout that merely stresses on the thighs and helped the one to get rid of the cellulite. I have tried it and it really solved the purpose for me.

I received a bottle of DermalMD Cellulite Reduction Serum for reviewing purposes and I loved it. It worked really well. I can notice less cellulite on my thighs. My skin looks a lot firmer. This is the first product out of all the products I’ve tried before that actually works for me! I recommend this to anyone looking for a serum like this. Also the serum isn’t greasy and blends nicely into skin.

My inner thighs and inner calves area have stretch marks and also below my hips. I always wanted to wear booty shorts but because of these stretch marks I feel so insecure and can’t even wear a bathing suit. I want them to be gone but stretch marks are for forever. :(

You can hind stretch marks by having sun beds and applying fake tan. I have done this for years. I was a size 20 when I was just 18 then by the time I was 22 I was a size 10. From going to the gym and diet. I have no loose skin but I do have a lot of stretch marks. I hope this helps

  • Thank you for interesting information.

  • Try a low sugar diet and synergistic moves. Here is a great post on that.

When a friend told me about a new cream that she is trying, called the Somaluxe Stretch Mark Cream, I really didn’t think that it would work. As a matter of fact I even laughed at her for trying it. She was telling me all about the routine that she had to do with it, and frankly, I thought it was too much of a hassle to do for something that more than likely didn’t work anyway.

Now, I have to say that I had to eat a little crow when she actually started showing a decrease in the cellulite on her thighs! So naturally, I ordered the Somaluxe Stretch Mark Cream online. I originally thought that it was a little pricey, but when I consider the progress that I have made by using it, it’s really underpriced.

I ordered the 4 fl. oz. jar of the Somaluxe Cream and it actually lasts for a while. Don’t get this wrong, it didn’t happen overnight (for me it took around 1 1/5 weeks), but then again I had a lot of cellulite. I know, I said it too! But doing the process of applying the cream, wrapping myself in saran wrap (I felt really silly), then gauze, really was the key to get it to work. I did use a heating pad but I would assume that a warm (not hot) blow dryer could work as well.

  • I just started noticing how much fat and cellulite I have on my thighs. So that is a big problem area for me as well as my “spare tire” ab/love handle area….but I started following blogilates and doing the strength training videos as well as walking/running on the tredmill I know blogilates has cardio videos but I like to run :-)

  • If you want to eliminate cellulite from your thighs then it is important that you realize that the foods you consume on A daily basis can greatly influence the effects of cellulite. The more fruits and vegetables you can incorporate into your diet the better off you will be and the chances of success will be that much greater. If your diet consists of a lot of fried and fatty foods you are really going to have to make the sacrifice if you want to get the results you desire.

I use the Made from Earth Holistic Honey Lotion and somehow I put it on, and at night – IT TINGLES – At first it freaked me out but that’s prove that it’s doing it’s job. Of course, after applying to your cellulite, you must MASSAGE the Made from Earth Honey Lotion several minutes DEEP, so blood circulation can be doing it’s job ( I hope I am not mistaken) …..I can see a MAJOR difference in my cellulite since I have been using it. . .
