    Hey Cassey! I just joined your website and I love it!!!! I just finished duind this wworkout and my handss are shaking so thats probably why I can]t write well! I can’t, however, lift my legs straight. When i try to, they bend involuntarily. Do you have exercises that work on that? and how long will t take me to be able to do thart and touch my toes? Thanks for everything!!!

    Oh. MAH GAWD. I have a new love/hate relationship with The Earthquake. Love how it helps your abs, HATES how it hurts so bad……but that’s how we know this is a good workout!

    I loved this workout!! My only issue is when doing any ab work, I often strain my neck. Do you have any suggestions to avoid doing that?

    Amazing workout! But what’s up with the music? I’m not really a fan of pop, but I still liked it better with real music. I actually started to like lady gaga because of you! And now even the lazy song reminds me of you and motivates me to work the triceps:)

    Woah baby! My mom and I did this workout video yesterday and I just had to come back and comment to say that this is a great workout because boy do we feel it! Ha we are very sore which means A+ workout woo hoo! Oh and you were right we hated you then but now we love you! ;D

    Cassey, thanks for this workout! It was great! I have a question though: whenever I do leg lifts or circles my hip flexors pop a lot and hurt. I read on your faq’s that this can be due to lack of flexibility, but I actually have the opposite problem. All my joints hyper-extend! Any tips on how to stop my hips from hurting?

    Abs on fire was awesome! I did them all today for the abs series and I was dying! Quick question though- will I still see the same results if I do other forms of cardio on the cardio days (rather than doing the vids on those days)… I just like to run, get outside and get some fresh air!

    • I should think so! Just try to work in some HIITs (since Cassey features those a lot, and they work!)

      I believe so too! Since she says not to forget the cardio, be it any form. So I am sure you can run :)

    Day one done!! yay! (I’m one day behind cause I do my workouts in the morning). The Gentleman one was AWESOME!!! my butt hurts so bad!!. Best butt workout ever lol :)

    The abs on fire… WOW!! that was LITERAL description for my abs!!!! They died in the rest of the workouts cause they were already so tired from that one lol seems like I need to push harder and get stronger :)

    Now I’m ready to go for an hour long easy run to chill off a bit :)

    So I finished all the cardio and I ran a mile in the morning and thought “I’ll do her new video tomorrow”. Here I am in my room and I see the video and I’m like “Oh screw it I’m going to do it now!” Yeah uhm…OW CASSEY D: I’m still on the floor shaking!

    OH. MY. GOSH!!! Ow Cassey! My abs were already sore from Saturday! I had to stop a few times because it hurt my back a little but only for five seconds then I pushed harder!

    Video went live after I had already done two cardio videos. This workout was so intense that my abs really did feel like they were on fire! Time to do the rest of the cardio.
