HIITilates: Beautiful Burn Workout

Hey POPsters!

Who got a chance to try the new HIITilates video!!??? You will hate me for Plie hops but hey, if you want toned legs and a strong lower body, you gotta do whatcha gotta do!!!

I’ve been drinking a ton of protein smoothies lately and this is one that I am absolutely in love with!

Popeye’s Banana Smoothie

- 1 handful of baby spinach

- 1 banana (fresh)

- 1 scoop of brown rice protein powder

- some ice cubes

- 1/3 to 1/2 cup water or almond milk if you like it creamier

I loved loved loved the gritty texture of the brown rice protein, the natural sweetness from the banana, and the awesomely healthy looking green color coming from the spinach! Of course you can play with the proportions to taste and if you don’t have protein powder, it’s ok, maybe try using greek yogurt to get the added protein. In this case, your smoothie will be super creamy! Mmmmm!!!! Smoothies are so fab because you seriously can’t mess up. You can keep changing it and tweaking it as you taste! Baking on the other hand….whooo…that’s like a whole ‘nother science!

Hi cassy your work outs are amazing omg the first time I knew Pop pilates I was like omg tommoro I ‘ll get starting with it I kept going on and I am still working out ;) and omg I.found great results. When I saw my new look I was like the person in front of me is not me at all I didn’t. Believe. It was me really so I went crazy jumping around and just screaming I was crazy but I just wanted to ask is 47 kg.can Be determined over or under weight for a seven grader cuz I really think I am too fat and my belly is slim but I want it slimer I want at lest to be around 40 ,39kg. Wat. Sould I do love you. Bye. (Train insane or remain the same ) I always keep this in mine thank you cassy love ya love pop pilates

  5. Hey Casey,I’m 13 at the moment and turning 14 in may! I have curvy hips but not a very big stomach just an average size! Any tips anyone could give me to feel confident swimming and enjoying the beach with friends? Just want to get fit and healthy!! Xxxxxxx

    • Drink lots of water. And do at least 100 crunches a day. Eat normal. Work out after you eat by two or three hours. Run. What else mmmm. Oo ya do at least 4 times cardio a day. If you are booting or anything do the abs work outs that Cassy do . And if you are a foodie person. Just eat lots of gum with mint flavor believe me it works And hope my tips are helpful:) for you. Now I’m able to concentrate for such a long time ! I’ve got an A in every subject :) I’m from Germany and ich thank you for the big chances you made in my life :*

  17. Something that I”d love to see: rubber motivational bracelets/bands (especially one simply stating “eat clean” or something)! Those rubber bracelet bands are so fashionable and easy to wear! Plus it will remind/motivate me to keep on track with eating the right foods!

    Hope to see them one day in the shop!

Here’s a smoothie I drank today and was SUPER YUMMY it’s good to drink if you are trying to not got sick: a big handful of spinach, a one-inch piece of ginger, the juice (or the pulp as well) of half a lemon, an apple or other fruit cut up, and two cups of water. If you don’t put the lemon in, it’ll be pretty bad. So make sure that goes in! But it’s a really good smoothie that boosts your immune system and is the fabulous green color too :)

  26. Between work and school and family, stress piles up and it can be insanely hard not only to find time TO work out, but to find the motivation as well. When I have a bad day, doing one of your fun pop pilates videos always lifts my spirits and gets me in the mood to work on myself FOR myself. These hitilates videos are so much fun and I cannot wait for more! Thanks Cassey! Getting closer to a healthier me every day.

  30. I had a green smoothie for the first time on Sunday! I used romaine lettuce because I didn’t have spinach, and it was good! My sisters thought is looked gross because of the color, though XD

I had to temporarily quit taekwondo when I tore my ACL a couple years ago, and was never able to find time to go back to it, so you have been my inspiration and motivation to get back in the habit of working out and eating healthy –and you make it so much fun!– and I feel so much better, mentally and physically, since I’ve started following you (not literally of course :P) and reading your blog. Thank you for all the inspiration!

  32. Okay I am doing a compromise today. I really try hard to follow everything on the calendar but I simply can’t do the cardio twice. So I am going to do everything once and then add the new HIITILATES…. At least my form is great and I have to say: My abs (maybe to as visible yet as I want them, but at least a huuuuuge improvement already) the are feelable :D My stomach is harder then EVER before, and I was very sportive before doing Pilates as regularly as now!! Amazing! Thanks Cassey!

  43. So I’m not on Twitter so I won’t be participating today!! That smoothie looks so good though! I might try it for breakfast today! Also, I have been loving a scoop of chocolate protein powder mixed in with black coffee! Tastes like a mocha without all the calories, fat and sugars!!
