Just wanted to remind you that I don’t ever want you to take a day off…from TRYING HARD. Whether it’s trying hard to get an A on a test, trying hard to find peace and balance in your life, or trying hard to push push PUUUSHHHH through a workout…there is NO EXCUSE to not give yourself the chance to reach your potential every single day.

  4. Guess what: I didn’t feel like doing anything today @ 1st, but after reading this post, I got up & did 5 Blogilates vids: the Inner Thigh from London + all 4 of the VS Angel workouts! You’re incredible, Cassey, not just for your rigorous POP Pilates & your über spectacular oGorgeous products, but also for your pep talks!   5. Hi Cassey! I LOVE the bikini blaster videos you put on this summer! Especially the muffin topless, those candlesticks are killer! Also the belly pooch attack videos 1 and 2 (though I can’t seem to find 1 online anymore:( ) are really what got me hooked to your videos/ blog, boy they work! Can’t wait to be done with my half marathon so I can get back to do Pilates and a little cardio full time!

  6. I love the Pop Pilates Total Body Sculpt, oldie and a goodie! It is one of my go to challenge workouts. I am looking forward to the new machine workouts for the month. I always need a new way to do cardio because it is my least fav, but I know I must! Thanks for everything you do Cassey- you are one in a million!

    I love your videos. The abs ones especially–no matter what, they ALWAYS leave me sore the next day.
    This is my favorite video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWQtEfZMTB8. I think it’s your first one, too, haha. But again, if I need a quick 10 min. work out, this always delivers and leaves me shakin’ the next day.

      it’s one of those super convenient vids that i do whenever i can’t decide what body part i want to work on but don’t have time to do one of the 30-min full body vids.

    first of all i would like to congratulate u for moving to LA, its also my dream to move to LA…well i am really happy for u. I just wanted to say that the reason y i only like doing your workout videos is the energy that you give out. You r soo inspirational that even the hardest workout is so much fun and the best part is that they make me sore the next day. Besides, i love your smile and your attitude and i never miss any of your videos and i love them all…it is hard for me to pick a fav one.
    I read your interview as well n i completely agree with u on the topic what expectations Asian parents have from their children and it might be very hard to against their wish and do something different. I also have an Asian background and i can understand, how hard it would have been for u to pull this off and to prove your parents that u made the right choice. Hats off Cassey…u made your parents proud….love u.

I have like 10 – 15 fave videos:)) Like BB3 for abs, BB2 for legs, Park HIIT, Gangam style, Sexy back in the park, all old videos for abs, Butt Blaster, Muffintop meltdown… But The one I love the most right now is still Corset Workout:) Love love it! You said : you can have a sexiest six-pack ever, but if you have belly fat, we just cant see it. :) So I do cardio every day, every free minute, couse I know its worrrrrking :) I am sweaty as a hell, but I’m heppy then.
