New Vlog, PO BOX and Day 2 Winner!

 

Hey POPsters!

Tried to film my new HIITILATES video today outside but I ended up chasing the sun so did a vlog instead! I ended up filming your new HIITILATES vid inside my apt with no furniture so it looks pretty boring, but oh well! Will plan better next time and maybe…stop staying up til 5am so that I can wake up with the sun…not close my eyes as it rises! Your new video will be a little late today so I will allow commenting on the new vid up until Friday night 11:59PM PST for prize qualification. That means that I will pick 2 winners on Friday night. One for liking and commenting on the new HIITILATES vid on my Blogilates YouTube Channel and one for commenting on the Friday blog post right here on blogilates.com!

Personally, I would think twice if my parents didn’t approve of a decision of mine… But, I guess, you just have to do it, right? You are such an inspiration, not just on being fit, but on being positive and succeeding through life!
    On the interview, when you say at some point “my popsters”, it sounded like you’re the queen and we’re the faithfull followers! Loved it! lol!

  4. oh my god i know your workouts are good for me but i hate myself for slacking off so much.
    whenever i need some motivation i’ll scroll on fitblrs a bit but nothing motivates me more than you.
    im currently at ten percent body fat all thanks to you!
    i hate waiting for calendars since i live in australia it cant be helped though.
    make sure to check your po box as often as you can so we can be penpals!

I’m proud to say I’m finally seeing the results I’ve wanted. On top of looking great, I’m also FEELING better!     I was wondering how you were coming along on your goal of 5 pullups. Last night I did a full 3(!) for the first time and was super excited. I’m trying to get 5 by Feb 14th and I think I can do it!!!! Really excited for your hiitilates, and those banana oat cranberry cookies i am obsessed with :D

Quick question for Cassey (or anyone in the community): This is my first month doing the calendar, and there’s a little box on the side of the day that says “new video.” Am I supposed to do that one in addition to the ones listed? I just wasn’t sure. Thanks so much, Cassey. I’m sore as can be today, but I’m going to attempt to struggle through today’s workouts!

  30. Ahh Cassey you’re so cute! Congrats on the move! I have a quick question–I’m still super sore from yesterday’s Lolo Legs…should I still do the wall sit and other leg moves? I don’t want to hurt myself.

    • I’m sore too and barely got through the wall sit. Don’t push yourself TOO hard! But still make an effort to do your workouts, every little bit counts as Cassey says :)

I have been following your vids for almost two years now and your workouts are the only ones I don’t get bored with, they are always challenging and even though I may be in pain during, after I always feel better about myself!! #POPsterPresents

    • im super excited too…but i dont have a treadmill or stairstepper or anything…does that matter?

      • I don’t have access to a gym with those things either, so what I would do instead is a random day focused on cardio so I still have something to “check off”
