Long Lean Dancer’s Legs!

Hope you didn’t miss this great workout on the Livestrongwoman channel! It’s a standing Pilates routine that will sculpt super sexy legs. Be sure to keep those toes pointed and do this workout with grace!

This is my fave move for butt toning! The attitude pulse! If you wanna go crazy add a weight/dumbbell behind your knee!

    loved the new dancer’s legs video! accidentally switched legs before i was supposed to and forgot which leg did what move but both of them burn so i must have done something right! =]
