Hey POPsters!!!

Here’s the new video for today! Make sure you squeeze your butt cheeks as you do the moves to make them super effective! It’s a beginners video so I really break down form and go slow with the explanations. Even if you’re advanced, it’s still a great reminder!

Also, here was the Pilates Bootcamp video from Monday – forgot to share with you! I challenge you to try this with me and stay in plank the wholllleee time!

And here’s a fab idea for water! Add frozen fruit to your water bottle and bring with you to the gym! Make it cold and flavorful and you don’t have to cut anything on the chopping board. They act like ice cubes. Way too easy to be healthy!

What fruit do you like to add to your water to make it more flavorful so you can stay uber hydrated?

  3. Great idea everyone! Cassie, you should sell blogilates water bottles! Ones that are like 64oz and lower, because I cannot find one large enough, and I’m sure yours would be super cute!

  4. I like to freeze lemon juice in ice cube trays and throw those in my water, too. (: Super tasty, and they disappear. (:

  5. I love putting lemon slices in my water! I never tried frozen fruit but maybe frozen grapes, strawberries, or blueberries would be good

      OMG a thought just crossed my mind:
      can you guys remember that mayan calendar prophecy thing that says the world was supposed to end on Dec 21 2012?

      this would go PERFECTLY with a bond girl aka POPster girl themed workout :)
      us popsters saving the world from ending (and attaining bond girl abs btw, hehe) with some charlie’s-angel russian twists & sailormoon sidekicks, lol:)

  8. Cassie, I’m doing your workouts for 2 months now – and I truly love them. You’re such an amazing teacher – thank you for all this amazing job you’re doing!

    I have a question: I have this lower back issue (discopathy, sounds pretty disco, I know) and after I started to do more than one hour of your workouts per day my leg started to hurt (it always does when there is something going on with my back) – so, now I’m trying to figure out is it bcs I did something wrong, or is it bcs my back is changing (but in a good way) so it has to transform. So I’m keeping an eye on myslef but I’d like to know if you have any recommendations for people with this kind of back issues. I know that pilates is rather safe for a spine but maybe there is something elese I should be aware of?

  12. I buy these bags of mixed frozen berries in Sams Club, so i usually have a water that tastes like blackberries, blueberries, and rasberries. mmm, soo yummy!

    Love the idea.

    And the butt workout is easy to follow so I really like it.
    I have a hard time sometimes with your other workouts because it goes by more quickly but this one is good! Well, at least for me it is.
