You know how I always tell you in the vids that if you tell yourself you can, you will?

It is SO TRUE.

In fitness, in life…it all starts with your mind. Your focus. If you want to have something, get something, go somewhere – it is ALL POSSIBLE. I am serious. And you know what? Nothing can stand in your way but yourself. You ignite your flame. And you can make yourself shine brighter. No one else can.

That is the reasoning behind this new inspirational tank:

Next up…I wanted to try something hot, pink, young, bold, and sexy! For you girls that hit the gym a lot and find it like a second home…this one’s for you! I am most def a gym bunny. Love teaching there, working out there, and making friends there! Such a positive environment if you make the best out of the people you meet :)

Then!!! As I was drafting ideas, I was thinking I need to make a shirt that shows you how to love yourself and your own individual beauty inside and out. So that’s the inspiration behind this next tank!

OK and then I was probably up super late and was like “uhh I want another tank, what should I do!?” I thought, why not make a tank for one of the most common things I say all the time when I get super excited. And I get super excited a lot. Hence the OMG! tank!

Uhhh…no you didn’t.

Oh yes I did.

Just cuz okay!!?? Everyone needs an OMG! tank.

Oh and I think you will really LOVE the design of the back!!! It’s a peekaboo racerback that’ll allow you to breathe.

That’s what I’ve been working on for the past few weeks! There will be more lacey hoodies coming, more neon hoodies, zip up sweatshirts, and I’ve got some rockin’ slim-fitting tanks as well. Once again, I did not make a ton so grab em while you can! The styles and sizes are limited to keep things fresh, so get your mouse clickers ready!

Also, today at the gym, I saw this chart and thought you might be interested to see it!

This is just a general chart and is totally dependent on how hard you work, your gender, your age, and a bunch of other things. Probably the most accurate way to determine how many cals you burn during a workout is to use an armband thingy like an Exerspy or BodyBugg. I actually just bought one and will be able to tell you how many cals our workouts burn on myself soon, after each video. That should help you out!

  21. Hey Cassey! I didn’t want to ask this on facebook but what kind of underwear or unmentionables (I love that word) do you normally wear while working out? I just bought blogilates leggins and omgosh, my “unmentionables” always rides up. So annoying while workiing out. What do you suggest?

  25. aaahhh!!! THANK GOD CASSEY! finally! please do so…calculate how many cals we burn with your workouts because i cant understand how the weigh training site works and i cant figure how can i see how many cals im burning! anyways! THANK U FOR EVERYTHING <3 LOVE UUU

      i also have some issues w/ the weighttraining website. what i figured out so far is that the number of cals burned can only be calculated if you’ve got a PRO membership – which i don’t.
      i reckon that this is also the reason why i’m not able to see (and log) any blogilates workouts. (cassey once mentioned that she registered every single workout on the website so that we should be able to log them. but i can’t find any of them?!)

      • The bikini blaster videos are on there (under workout plans) where you can see how many calories you burned doing them.
        And for the other videos, you can create a workout plan (at the right on the homepage) and put the different exercises of the video along with how many reps or how long each move lasted, and then if you log that plan, it will tell you how many calories you burned.

  26. Would it be possible to make a couple of the shirts that you offer and one hoodie in a plus size ?? I don’t mind if I have to pay extra … I love your clothing !! It’s so motivational to me and I have ZERO workout clothes. It would be awesome to be able to work out in my yoga pants with an awesome shirt and hoodie ♥
