Pilates Bootcamp is BAAAACCCKK! Arm slimming series!

Hey POPsters!

Oh man, after an unexpected hiatus, here is the long awaited THIRD episode of Pilates Bootcamp on Livestrong! This one is an arm series without weights. You may remember I did something similar a couple years ago and I am wearing a white top and blue yoga pants. This is 10000000000x better quality and so here’s your updated version!

Umm, so today I got really excited about something and I cannot tell you. I can’t believe I keep doing this to you.

I’m sorry.

But let’s just say I’m dying soooo bad right now over it and I love it. I was also gonna announce one other thing that I hinted at over the weekend on FB and Twitter, but that has to wait a bit. Maybe I’ll announce it in a few days.

Too much right now I can’t handle myself. I might collapse. But in a good way :)

How is your #OMGOctober week 2? I hope you started off strong!!!

Get the workout calendar here and get the pw by signing up for the newsletter! Also, there is a complementary workout journal here if you want one! Super pretty.

<3 Cassey

Clothes: Top and bra are from Lorna Jane and the shorts are from a shop on etsy from a while back. I can’t remember the name but here’s a link to a ton of booty shorts that are cute.

    Hi Cassey!

Just did this vid and i loved it! my arms burned!!! Ive just discovered your blog, and im already addicted! thanks for al your great work! tomorrow im gonna wake up with youre banana pancakes, their so yummy!

  • Cassey, I have a PRAYER for you! Today I worked out with my friends, and it really hit me… Well, let me start from the beginning. Two times a week, my basket team (and me, ofc, haha) work out in the gym. I always feel like the most,, slacky? I think that would be the word. All the others are so much better than me, and I really think its because I give up too easy. When it starts to hurt, I’m like ‘uh, ow it hurts. Guess I’ll better stop.’ and that is NOT good! But I just can’t.. Say ‘no! I have to do this!’ and it really hurts me that I can’t do it anyways. Really. I just don’t know how to do.

But Cassey, you are always like ‘it buuuurnnns and it feels so good!’. How? Have you always had it like this, or did you simply train? I love all of your workouts, but a video/post about mental training would be amazing! I really need that, because I almost cried at the gym, because I simply couldn’t do as many sit-ups as my friend. I know, it’s terrible. But please, I would love that!<3

Sorry for my bad English, hope you understood most of it :-)

    Love you <3

I’m not a master at training and working out, but I what I learned from personal trainers and P.E. classes taken in college is do not compare yourself to other and work at your own pace. Some people are just naturally athletic or have been working out actively, they’re used to the burn and probably most of them have felt like in giving up. I’ve been told numerous times to start out slow. In one personal training lesson I’ve taken, my trainer pushed me into an exercise I simply could not do and was embarrassed in the gym that I couldn’t do it. He pushed me to keep trying, but said it’s ok, as long as I tried and eventually gave me more confidence. I hope this help.

      • Thank you so much for the answer! Guess you’re right, I shouldn’t compare my self to the others, but I just can’t help it :-( but I’ll try.. Thank you so much!

  • Ahh I’ll have to share this with my best friend! She’s working on toning her arms/back for her upcoming wedding!

  • Sandz

This isn’t for beginners -_- lol

  • Hey! Thank you so much for your videos! I love them all so much. I lost about 110 pounds and now I am trying to tone my body and your workouts help tremendously, but I had one quick question. In your cardio videos you say to do them four times, but I can only get through two without losing intensity. Is it better to do two then come back later and do the other two or should I go for all four just to keep my heart rate up longer? Thanks and sorry if it has been answered before :)
