My 100th Video + OMG it’s October!

Hey POPsters!!!

Did you print your October Calendar yet!!??? I hope so!!! The password is in your activation email if you just signed up and for the rest of you, the email is coming around! I can’t wait for you to see it! I am still up (it’s now 7:30am) because this one took way longer than usual. I decided to give you the EXACT workouts I want you to perform each day for the next 31 days of #OMGOctober.

One of the workouts you’re supposed to do today is the one above! The 100 workout! It’s a good quickie you can do before school, before work, or on vacay. Even a good, fast lunch time pick-me-up. 10 moves, 10 reps each. Give it a shot! You are probably familiar with all of the moves, so test yourself and see how you do!     Is there any advantage in doing the October calendar workout checklist in the order listed? Because I noticed all the cardio video is always at the end. Any particular reason why we should do the cardio last?

    I’m going to my basket practice in about an hour, and I have just been to church, where we got nutella, heh. But I wanted to try your video, and since I don’t have much time (really, my Tuesday’s are crowdyyy) this worked perfectly! Love it love it love it!

  9. This calendar is great! I really liked the earlier ones too, but this one is extra special (my fave) because it’s got the workouts listed. (Oh, and the background is pretty cool, too. ;) ) *And I get a day off for my birthday! :D for the easier day, :( for not doing a fun workout… Gotta watch that birthday food, though…*
    Anyways, I do have one question (if you don’t mind): How do you make the workout calendars? Do you use a special application or program, or did you just design the entire calendar yourself? I’m thinking of making a calendar like this for my classes and activities, since it helps me to stay on track. Thanks so much! *especially for the awesome October calendar!*

  18. So I’m new to using the monthly calendar for workouts. I’m trying to find the “plank workout for flat abs and toned arms” and I’m not getting anything when I search on blogilates.com or the youtube channel. Help?

    Also, suggestion for the future: A clickable calendar with links to the individual workouts.

  21. Casseeeeeyyy :-D because of YOU(!) I just applied for a Pilates Class. It’s not a class in a big fitness center but just a small meeting . I told my mom and she was like “Oh Dear…there only will be some old ladys like me, that’s nothing for you…”, but I think I will prove her wrong! Besides, when there aren’t lots of people, the 1 on 1 mentoring will be much better, don’t you think? ^^

  22. Oh no Cassey, I accidently throw away that email that had the password for the calendar!! How do i get a new one?? HELP!!!!!! Anyone??

    • Sometimes deleted emails aren’t really deleted! They can still be in your ‘trash’ folder. Also, if you are using google, you can just type blogilates into your search bar and you will be able to view deleted emails matching that name! Hope that helps!

    i LOVE that you set up the workouts we’re supposed to do for each day because a) this means i won’t have to create my own schedules anymore ;) b) it gently forces me to do workouts i tend to avoid bc they’re so hard and c) also, if YOU tell me to do a specific set of workouts i’m much more likely to push through them whereas i sometimes find it really hard to stick to plans i set up on my own ;-)

    so: love love love! and can’t wait to get the newsletter w/ the password to unleash that crazy hard but beautiful calendar of yours!! yay!
