Easy Quinoa Recipes, Call Me Maybe + Gangnam Style, and Giveaway!

Hey guys!

New FOOD BITES video! This one is on quick and creative ways to cook with quinoa. Also makes fab school and work lunches – super portable and adorable.     Just wanted to tell you that i think your amazing and I am loving the workout videos I do one every morning:) and have even been getting the girls at work a workout on our lunch hour. I am also loving the recipes wish you would come out with a cook book soon with all these great recipes. Think your such an inspiration.

  3. Oh m gee thank u for making this vid ! Now I can have my sushi & actually eat it too lol & not feel guilty about it ;)/ btw I’ve found that amino acids can replace soy sauce & cuts the sodium by almost a third & tastes just the same ! I’ve found it at fresh& easy & it also goes great with stir fry it’s quick & easy & guiltless !

  4. Oh m g thank u for the sushi recipe using quinoa ! Now I can have my sushi & eat it 2 lol & btw just a lil tip for sodium control per say amino acids taste just like soy sauce but with 1/4 the sodium pretty much & I’ve found it at fresh & easy a great but I use it all the time in my stir fry veggies from Costco a quick guilt free meal , thanks again kuddos
