Waist Slimming Workout to “Wings” by Little Mix

Hey POPsters!!!

So….I know this came kinda late but I hope you finished your workout today and you can do this video the following day and still checkmark your Monday “new vid”. My bad – was taking a while to edit and upload. I will try to do better next time with scheduling! Thursday’s video will be ready for ya in a timely manner :) Umm and GET READDDAYYYY for Thursday. Let’s just say w’re gonna work out…GANGNAM STYLE :))))))))

Big thanks to you guys for suggesting “Wings” by Little Mix! I really enjoyed the song and had  fab time creating this workout! I added a new feature to this video – you will see a “modification box” that shows you an alternate move to do if you can’t do the advanced version that I am demonstrating. I want to see the feedback on this and see if it is something worth continuing on with going forward. Let me know in the comments if it helps you…

  5. It’s been almost a month since I started doing Cassey’s WO and I love the changes in my body, most especially my strength and endurance. It’s still a long way to go before I could do everything as effortless as Cassey, but I’ve never been this happy to accomplish something for my body and health. I realized that taking baby steps is okay, as long as you keep moving forward every single day. To all beginners like me, I encourage you to keep pushing. You will really reap a harvest if you do not give up!!! ^_^ Let’s do this!

  9. Cassey .. I hope you’re happy. I watched your video on how to properly utilize the new september calender and thought I would be good and do a cardio and then body 1 hour workout.. its only half way through and I have sweat dripping like water down my face.

    I love blogilates soooo much! I’m a beginner here and it’s very difficult for me to stay through the entire workout. That’s why in my opinion this modification box is so important. Thank you for putting it, and congratulations on the blog it is amazing.

    P.s. -> sometimes my back hurts a lot when i’m working out, am i doing something wrong? should i stop when it hurts or just keep exercising? Thanks for reading.

    1. what time is best for exercise ? after breakfast ? if so how long after
    2. do you exercice when you have your period?
    3. how long after excercise do you take a bath ?

  26. I almost never able to get on the computer when you post new videos. I adjust my calendar and do old favorites or the new to me videos that I haven’t tried yet. This month I’m doing your challenges for the first time.

  27. I like the modification box. I like how it showed me the move but you were still doing the advanced so I could keep seeing were I need to be.
