Yea. No password. I’m trying something new this month :)

Also new is the fact that we all will be doing the same video as one another daily! I felt like this would help give you some direction PLUS it’d be cool to have some commonality among our workouts. So your challenge this month is to do what the calendar says, capeesh!!???

    I have just found YOU and your sites . I I’m trying to lose weight but I stop everytime when I will eat something sweet and start again every Sunday on Monday .. Help … I thought that if I won’t eat much I will lose weight but i have haerd that I will only hurt myself because of not giving my body vitamins and stuff like that .. Do you have andy Diet plan or someting .. I know that I schould workout and eat regullary .. but i need a plan .I will start going on fitness activities , volleyball and basketball after my school lessons but I have to know what to eat and how big should be my meals . I’m scared that I won’t loss weight ever :.(

    HELP! i have the same problem, I am only 5’4 and have a small frame but i have a round face, which means a double chin! How can i get rid of it? any tips?

      Thanks a lot for the calendar idea! It will surely help me to exercise more regularely ;).
      I’m right in pain because of before yesterday exercices! OMG!
      Would you prepare also a long (15 to 20) mins full body stretching routine to relieve our pain, pleeeeeeeaaaase!

    Hey Im new to this and im 15 turning 16 soon! ive lost over 70 pounds in the last year so now im just looking for something to tone my body! if i follow this august calender will it help me for toning? and each day you have to do 45 mins of targeted muscle + the video? ot the video for 45 mins? im confused, help pleaseee?

    Just found your site and spent today exploring it. luv the inner thigh workouts I looked at ur cardio work outs but I cannot do them because of the jumping I have a bad back would like to know if you could do some Zumba type workouts that are not so hard on the back.

      hi there! not cassey, but ive been on a weightloss journey for a year now and lost over 70 pounds! I can say that when your lose body fat no matter where the parts, it will also be reduced in your face. I did some double chin exercises and it works! so what you can do is, tilt your head back so that your chin is in the air. Then kiss the air but make sure when you do so you stretch your lips outwards! do 25-30 reps! you will definetly feel it:)
