Exercises to make your boobs bigger?

Ok I’m going on an ASK CASSEY frenzy. I like doing these vids. They are fun for me and I like talking to you guys. Plus sometimes when I talk to you during the workouts, I know some of you get annoyed because you repeat the videos daily, so this is a good way for me to get the talkity talk talks out.

But I probably won’t stop talking in the workouts.

Today’s question comes from YouTube and asks how one can make the breasts bigger through exercise. Can it be done? In this video, I give you the REAL answer, some moves that can help lift, and one quick trick that will give you Victoria Secret model cleavage without plastic surgery or exercising.

    Okay,i am a 14 years old girl,witha flat chest,and i feel horrible about that.I know that boobs are normally 80% fat,and it must be that i do the workout from Cassey who have cardio in them,specailly spetember one,so probably thats why they arent growing at all :( I dont wanna stop doing Cassey’s calendars,but i also want them to grow up while they still can,what should i do guys :( Is it cause of the workouts that my boobs arent growing at all or what??

  12. When it comes to performing exercises that will stimulate breast growth, you have to remember one key factor; the breast itself contains fat cells, milk ducts and glands, and other soft tissue, but no actual muscle. Some exercises are:
    a. If you are a beginner, then you want to start out on your knees, place your arms at shoulder width on the ground, slightly in front of your head. Slowly lift your body into the air, but do not fully extend your arms as to keep your elbows from locking up. Repeat this as many times as you can without causing any pain.
    b. If you want to expand your chest workout, then you will need some weights to provide additional resistance that will further build your muscle. The easiest way to incorporate weights into your workout is by using dumbbells.
    c. If you have access to a fitness center or gym, one of the best pieces of equipment to build the chest muscles is the Pec Deck. This is one of the most concentrated exercises for the chest because it completely isolates the muscle.

  24. I really hope you don’t stop talking in your videos. It helps with coping with the burn when it REALLY burns. I hate you while doing your workouts sometimes (with your “go lower!” when I’m squating and it hurts like hell already), but it’s a love-hate thing and you talking is what keeps me going.   26. Ok, here’s one. What is your opinion about artificial sweeteners? Do you have one that you prefer, or should they just be avoided completely? I’ve heard people say they can actually make you gain weight, is that true? PS I know that Stevia is great and I use it when I can, but I just can’t get away from my gum and diet soda which all have aspartame or splenda in them. Hope you answer this one, thanks!

    2 questions!
    1) Is it really the worst thing ever to have a snack before bed? I try my hardest not to, drink water and stuff, but I just can’t stand it! I can’t do anything on an empty stomach, sleeping included. :(

    2) I’ve been breaking my workouts up every day so I do 2 a day. Usually cardio in the morning (eliptical or jogging) and pilates in the afternoon, with some pop cardio mixed in. So it usually works out to about an hour and a half. Is this beneficial? Or should I do it all at once? I was kinda thinking that if I break it up then it would help keep my metabolism going all day?
