It’s def not Thursday anymore so most of you have probably already found this video by now! I filmed a lower abs workout for you that fetaures some new moves that I’ve never taught you before! You’re going to need paper plates again. Yes. I know. Paper plates for carpet or rags for a slick floor.
The Plate Pullback and the Criss Cross Pike (1st and 2nd moves) are difficult and can be tough on the arms. If you are a beginner, do not worry. Just do as many as you can and build up to it.
Remember that a firm mid section and flat lower abs don’t just come from doing ab exercises. It is about getting rid of that layer of fat on top of your abs.
