Today I wanted to share with you a motivational story from one of our POPsters, Hayley, who worked her butt off to achieve a slammin’ bod and sparkling confidence. I was astonished at the transformation picture she tweeted me and just had to let you guys hear her story! Through clean eating, working out, and pure drive she’s transformed her inside and outside…please read:

Hi, I’m Hayley! I’m 24 and I admit I am an official Blogilates addict. 

I guess I am always someone who has been completely out of shape, the thought of exercising was always just a no no for me. I tried the gym and always felt like people were watching me and I just kept quitting with home workouts because I found them BORING!! I actually remember finding your videos online googling crazy but fun workouts, and one of your youtube vids came up. I watched it and I was like OMG that girl is insane, and to be honest I was super jealous of you!! But it made me think that maybe I could do it as well.

I was at my highest weight of 160lbs and I just wanted to change it. I started following your blog and sticking to your workout calendar I did every video until I knew each word that was going to come out of your mouth, yet I never wanted to mute you. I’m proud to say before I could not do one pushup, and now I can rock them out with you! And also the first time I did your Bikini Blaster workout you actually made me throw up as well. I made it my goal to stick with your workouts and reach my goal by my 24th birthday which was just two days ago.

Sometimes you made my body want to cry I must admit, but you always kept me motivated and focusing on the end goal!! I am now at my lowest weight ever of 125lbs and nothing feels better than being able to put on a bikini and feel beautiful for the first time! I put a few pics on here just because I LOVE THEM and I never thought I would say that!

So thank you so much for making the videos and just being there, because I am truly a new person ♥

Thanks Hayley for being a dynamic part of the Blogilates Community!!! You are a true inspiration to all of us and I commend you for your rock solid drive (oh and rock solid abs while we’re at it.) I am so sorry I made you throw up!!! I haven’t ever thrown up from working out so I guess I have never pushed myself as hard as you have! Be careful – but at least you know the extreme and you know your limits now.

Hayley is a perfect example of what a focused, driven game plan can result in. Even though her physical transformation is stunning, I am not featuring her for her weight loss. I am featuring her because she was able to create that mind-body connection and push push push through tough times to get where she wanted to be. She set a goal, kept her vision close and didn’t let anything get in her way. When people email me and say “Cassey, I want to lose weight but I’m not motivated,” I always say the same thing. “If you want something bad enough, you will figure out how to make it happen.” Hayley definitely figured it out.

It’s so crazy to me still that Blogilates has sort of become a program, a free program, for people to use to get fit. I never imagined that when I first started out. I just wanted to post a video for my real life students to follow as I was moving across the country. You guys helped build the program actually…asking for meal plans, asking for more cardio videos…you made this yours. So thanks for molding me into a better instructor and for sculpting Blogilates into the perfect plan for you! I honestly don’t have a business plan or whatever for Blogilates – I just kinda go with the flow and listen to you guys. You’re my boss :)

    I’m not over weight I just want to get more muscle and toned. I play volleyball and soccer. Any advice for losing around 5- 10 pounds and gaining muscle?

    Although this is very old, I really wish you would do your research before putting up these success stories. It took me around 15 minutes to figure out that this is a complete fake. “Hayley” has deleted both her twitter account, and her gmail account. Upon searching the pictures on google images, I found that the first set of pictures is from a girl named Elaine on Myfitnesspal. While I couldn’t find a match for the second before picture, the after picture towards the bottom of the page belongs to a woman named Catherine who has a blog. It is incredibly sad if you really did end up sending this girl a gift because she is a total fake.

    The first picture with the blue and pink bikinis is not Hayley. I recognized the pictures from my MyFitnessPal friend Eliane. She has since deleted her MFP profile, but several other progress pictures of her are still on the message board forums under the username elianexox.

    This is one of the reasons why I want Blogilates to be my PE trainer. I hate PE at my school. Its just so BORING! Same moves and games over and over and over again… Nobody wants to do it and our currant trainer won’t let us do anything else. Always ether way football or volleyball… ALWAYS. It is really annoying. BUT blogilates has different routines every single day if you follow her monthly workout plans. It is always fun to exercise with her and reading motivational stories like this, makes me wanna work out as hard as I can and move forward. THANKS!

      just do the workouts and you will get a flat stomach. Trust me, it happened to me already after only 2 months of workouts.

    She must of worked so hard to get where she is now, freaking AMAZING job Hayley. Way to show us how it’s done:)) >> Can’t believe how fantastically fit you look. I’m 16, and my HW. was 165-170. I never really put myself down, put going into high school made me realize that I had to after the things I want and work hard for them. So I dropped down to 120 lbs. It took a long time, but it was worth it. I had a weight fluctuating on 115-125 for a couple of months, then decided to throw away the scale. Numbers don’t define us, and my weight didn’t matter to me anymore. I’ve been lifting weights for almost 2 years now and I try to work out almost everyday. I just recently found Cassey’s videos actually, and got her app. I’ve done 6 videos so far and I’m in love with it so here I am.

      hi casey! how did you lose so much weight? I am kind of suffering from anorexia yet i don’t seem to be losing weight. I am 13 and 115 lbs but as you said, numbers don’t define me, I just want to be skinnier. How did you do it? Which videos did you watch?

        Hey, sweetie.
        Please don’t worry about a thing. I promise, you are beautiful already and at the perfect weight. If you’re this focused on being skinnier, and you even think you /may/ have any disordered eating, PLEASE GET HELP. I know it’s embarrassing to talk to your parents about things like this, but it will really change your life, in a good way. It will help you understand that your body is perfect.

        Please, honey, trust me. You’re in one of the best years of your life. Don’t waste it worrying about losing weight.

    I love stories like this! They motivate me and let me know that I can do it if I stick with it. I turned 30 a few months ago and it seems like my metabolism is slowing down so I have started the beginner’s workout to remove some of this stomach and thigh fat haha. I have never been over weight in my life and want to keep myself from getting there. I am so happy for this girl though! She did an awesome job! She looks great!

    Wow this is amazing! Truly an inspiration to everybody no matter what weight! I love blogilates so much its amazing and i have a thigh gap after doing the thigh gap video like 4 times and its amazing! The first time I did that video which was the first video i ever did I was struggling and couldn’t finish and now im stronger than ever and can you all you videos properly! Thank you so much Cassey, I love you and tell all my friends about you! Train insane or remain the same, and abbs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen!

    No matter how many times I try and watch other YT workout videos or even regular DVDs I still prefer to watch you Cassey! Hope you don’t mind I make my own Blogilates DVDs from them – Custom Workouts! Your bubbly personality is so encouraging and motivating! I also like that your workouts get harder, but you still have some that are easy enough that I can direct my friends here! Your recipes are a HUGE help and I hope to see more of them in the future as well! Thanks to your recipes I was able to realize eating clean wasn’t “gross” or less tasty! I feel fantastic, I never had so much energy in my life (AND I gave up caffeine!) and I can’t wait to post my before and after pics when I reach my goal!!!

    I feel the same way! i am 30 and going to be 31 in Aug. i would like to know how long it took to get those results!!!! i’ve been working everyday for an 1.5 for a couple months now. thank you! love the videos!

          definitely, I really wish that blogilates was our PE lesson, seriously if i love it(and i hate pe) i’m sure loads of people in my year would love it too. It would also mean that after school i had time for homework and revision. The joys of being in year 11.

    Hi, I know this post is really old but I’m commenting anyway.
    I can so relate to Hailey. I just started doing blogilates yesterday.
    I printed out the workout calender and took a picture of myself I my underwear.
    And it looks almost exactly like Hailey’s before picture. It’s so great to see
