I am soooo delighted to share with you this 3 minute inner thigh workout to Train’s “Drive By”. Inner thighs were the MOST REQUESTED muscle group this round so I had no choice but to grant your wishes. It actually makes my job a billion times easier when I know what you want – all I have to do is just DO IT! So thanks for your comments – I am always reading them :)
