Here is your new Muffintop workout for Bikini Blaster 5!!! CELEBRATION!!!!! Whoohoo! Totally new moves – I think you will love love love. Get on the floor and do this now. Keep in mind that the moves are advanced but I want you to TRY. And follow modifications if you are a beginning! Got it!?

Also, I didn’t tell you this…but I am headed out to film the POP Pilates DVD right now! I’ll be instagraming and tweeting pics from behind the scenes today so make sure you’re following me on both places!!! My username is Blogilates on both of them. This is gonna be so good and it’s all for you guys – my students, my friends, my community, and the people who make me smile daily. I LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!

  4. This is a crazy intense workout! Love it:) Btw It’s so ironic how you said you had a fractured wrist and had it diagnosed as tendonitis. I was running on a stress fracture all track season and had it diagnosed as tendonitis as well!

  9. Hey Cassey! Just wanted to say thanks a million for the outfit you sent me! (I’m the winner of the mint green blogilates tee and booty shorts). I feel silly saying this but at the moment, they don’t quite fit me just right because I still have a couple pounds to lose but I chose to get a smaller size to inspire me to be even healthier! When the outift finally does fit right I will gladly send you a pic of me to show how awesome your workouts work!! :D Thanks again!

    Can’t wait to try the new video!!!!!
    I’ve been doing your videos for about a month now, after my chiropractor told me 99% of my pain issues were because I had very weak core/hip muscles from sitting at work all day. And I thought I was fit! I used to swear at you in my living room and honestly want to hurt you when you’d cheerily say “WOW that was SOOO good!” But something about your videos kept me coming back for more :) And now, the moves are more fluid, I can keep up with the reps, and I find myself smiling once it’s done and going back for more, rather than cursing your name.

    Thanks Cassey, and sorry for all those negative vibes I put out there about a month ago! Good thing you couldn’t hear me!
