Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge

I haven’t uploaded a POP workout with a real Top 40 song in a while mainly because I am so scared of getting strikes and videos taken down for copyright issues! But yesterday I was soooooo feelin “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepson. I am loving that song. So I said what the heck, let’s squat it out!

I dare you to do this Squat and Plie challenge with me. Try not to stop. Feel the burn. Your glutes, quads, and inner thighs are gonna die!!!!!!!! And you’re gonna love it!!!!!!

Good luck! And remember…whenever you feel like stopping…think TRAIN INSANE OR REMAIN THE SAME.

More of these shirts in different colors will be coming in about 2 weeks. We will have burgandy, heather grey, charcoal, magenta, and purple! Unfortunately I couldn’t get the cucumber and turquoise again :( Will also be trying to launch a BRAND NEW web site experience for in the next month or so. Meeting with a web developer tomorrow! I just can’t code HTML anymore. My head will explode. I need help!!!

    Since my goal is always to feel sore the next morningi decided to do this workout with two 12 pound weights……I could barely move my legs after that.

    I was crying out train insane or remain the same with the plié squats…. My legs were shaking but I kept going.
