Hello POPsters!

OK, so I am like 4 days late on OFFICIALLY announcing this, but I am one of Everyday Health’s YouTrainers in a new YouTube fitness show called YouTrain!!!!

Remember those pictures I showed you of me in LA on set? Click here if you don’t.

Well the producer of The Biggest Loser, the brilliant Mark Koopswas the mastermind behind this new YouTube show so you know when you’ve got the best of the best working on a new project, it’s gotta be something good!

And it was FABULOUS!

I got to work with Steve Lee, developer of the YouTrain program/trainer to the stars and Nicky Holender, star of Shedding for the Wedding and Hollywood trainer! I felt so cool to be working alongside these guys! (Like whaaaattttt how did this YouTube Pilates Instructor get here!?) Fellow Next Trainer Amanda Russell was the other female trainer there and we had a blast on set. Well, maybe more like a butt blast. It’s not like we just had to smile and look pretty. I had to smile, look pretty, and perform 10 billion squats on camera. Yah. Life is tough.

Above is the complete playlist of YouTrain workouts! There’s a fitness level for everyone whether you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced! You can do these at home or just write em down and do em at the gym. I am not talking through these routines as I normally am in my POP videos but I’d love for you to try them out and tell me what you think! If you like it, then all four of us will be getting together to bring you newer and more innovative stuff throughout the year.

    That Amanda is not healthy. As a personal trainer its painful to watch, specially when those lunges were done wrong and that you can see that that simple exercise is to hard for her.. Her back should be straight and not leaning forward, she should do the exercise so that she always has her balance. I usually like your work but this is just wrong..

    But what I recognised is, that Amanda looks really really unhealthily skinny. And not that kind of where you think, “oh she’s just skinny”, it’s more like “I can’t look at here”. It’s really disturbing, she’s probably a very nice person. :/

    God those bottom squats are horrendous!! :) I did 22 sit ups. Something to work on!! Really my weak spot.
