My glutes and quads are soooooo sore. Yesterday I got a WORKOUT from being on set filming some exercises. It was only 1 min or 45 seconds for each move but OMG when your form has to be spot on perfect the WHOLE TIME it is TOUGH!!!! Thank goodness I was training hard the whole week before…and thank goodness I was able to push through without stopping. I did want to MANY MANY times but remember, this week is the week of pushing through when you think you wanna die! How timely!
