Post Thanksgiving Tune Up Printable Workout for Fitness Magazine!

Happy Wednesday!!

I had a crazy day yesterday. Slept at 4am again, woke up, filmed an exclusive total body workout for Fitness Magazine that I had just learned about yesterday (OMG I know!), then edited for a couple hours, uploaded, and before I knew it had to teach Pilates at 5pm! It was crazy hectic, but fun because I loved every second of the rush.

The printable above is something I made special for you guys just in case you can’t access the Post Thanksgiving Tune Up video wherever you are.  Perhaps each vid should come with a printable from now on – instead of you guys having to ask for them! What do you think? It also makes it easier for me so I don’t have to create separate workouts and separate printables! They can come together as a package :)

I am super super excited to be collaborating with Fitness Mag on the video…I can’t believe it actually. I am a long time subscriber and fan of their articles. It’s one thing to have my oGorgeous mat sling featured in their pages (I almost died) but to be featured as me on their website??? I might just explode. The whole YouTube Next Trainer program has been a whirlwind of new experiences so far…I am so thankful for these opportunities. Most of all, I am thankful for you guys, my POPsters for continuing to show your love and support. Believe me when I say I LOVE YOU. What drives me to continue to make more great content for you guys is the fact that I want to keep you excited and happy. Seriously! I get joy out of seeing my students happy (real or virtual).

  3. The printables with the videos as a package deal is a great idea! I like doing the video workout first to get a sense of how I should be moving my body then moving on to the printables so I can do the workouts anywhere. Thanks for all that you do Cassey, you have really motivated me to work the hardest and be the best I can be!!

    I really want to thank you for what you are doing. I just want to say that your videos are really important for me, and I mean – really important for my health. Due to some reasons I cannot do any weight lifting, intense cardio and HIIT (which I love so much). I hope that I will be able to do them again, because this is what I used to do all the time.

    But right now your videos are helping me to work out – I still can do pilates fortunately. They help to rebuild my core and back strength, which is really essential for me right now.

    Maybe it is very selfish thing to ask, but please please please post more and more pilates workouts for butt, back and legs – I really need them!!!! I intend to do your workouts 5-6 days per week, so I would love them to be diverse!

    Thank you again! I just want you to know that you are not only helping people to get in shape, to lose calories, but you also inspire me to keep moving literally and figuratively and getting my health back. Actually it is your site that helped me to get out of the very deep and dark depression because of my health problems. So, I cannot thank you enough…
